If there was an option to give 10 stars, I would. Peter and Jimmy went above and beyond when it came to repairing our basement after it had flooded. Peter was able to come out within an hour after I called him and they spent the better part of the next few days repairing our basement. They even dealt with the sounds of a jackhammer one afternoon as the plumber had to deepen our pit for the sump pump. They got rid of the carpet, took out the insulation, dried everything, repaired the dry wall, repainted the entire basement and installed vinyl plank flooring. Peter worked with our insurance to make sure that we were able to get everything that we needed. And the best part of all? Without us even asking, Peter and Jimmy put every piece of furniture back exactly where it was prior to the flooding, even down to the detail of organizing the coasters back on the shelf.

I can’t say enough about working with Peter and Tabitha. They were both so responsive and very professional. They completed the work in a very timely manner and were very pleasant to our family and our pets:) Even finished my daughter’s room first in the basement so she could sleep down there. We hired this company to help me with mold during our house selling. We had a complex case, few rooms in basement and an attic. I strongly recommend Absolute Water Restoration they are affective, efficient, courteous, and prompt. In the process of painting my basement, I removed a shelving unit to find black mold. It was a Friday. Our basement just the day before was filled with around a foot of backed up sewage, and we were desperately trying to find someone to help us figure out how we were ever going to get it cleaned. The smell was absolutely horrendous. We had spent almost the entire day, trying to find anyone that would even talk to us, let along be able to come the same day when my wife found Absolute Water Restoration. After speaking with them, we were able to get them our information so they could get us an estimate, and had someone there that evening. They showed up and began working immediately and were very kind and courteous. After just a few hours, they had our home smelling so much less like a sewer, and more like our home again, not to mention clean and sanitized from the actual biohazard that was our basement. We couldnt recommend them enough.

Pete and April were amazing to work with. Pete bailed me out of a tight jam. To make a long story short I had a window company coming to replace 9 windows in my home but we needed to have an area checked for mold to ensure there was not any concerns or structural damage. I had originally hired another mold company but the night before the job was to be completed the owner of that company called me and had to leave town immediacy due to a family emergency.I called Absolute around 8pm and Pete agreed to have April and himself meet me at 9am the following morning. After spending nearly 3 hours at our home the next morning Pete only found a small area of concern. He and April quickly cured the area and didnt even charge me. Absolutely the best responders to a terrible situation. They answered my call late one evening and got to our flooded house quickly, established a plan, and executed it perfectly. Not only did they come out right away, even with the bad roads due to icy conditions which was also late in the evening, they were back the following day to get my mess cleaned up, and WOW what an EXCELLENT job! We had a massive sewage back up in our basement. Not only was AWR the first people to get back to us but they had someone out within hours and equipment in place before the day was done. We were unfortunate and our backup reoccured a couple of times over 10 days. Through that time AWR was great. They worked with our very dynamic needs and helped us mitigate the situation from being worse.In the past we had to use another restoration company and had a really negative experience. With AWR though there was no hard up-sell or overstatement of their ability. They just came and helped out and got the work done.If anything like this should happen again they will be the first ones I call.

We had a pipe freeze and flood our church. We called AWR and they arrived within 2 hours and got to work. They worked all day the first day taking out everything wet and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Each day they came back to check on things and move fans around as needed. I submitted a request for a free estimate online, I received a call within 20 minutes and got an appointment set up right away! Tabitha came to our home that evening and advised on the best solution for our water damage and checked for mold and thankfully didnt find any! She even went outside with us to check our gutters and landscaping to see if that could be a problem to our basement flooding. They dont offer basement sealant or foundation services, so once we get that done, we will definitely have them back out to dry the basement out and make sure we extract all of the excess water! We recently had an issue with storm water backing up into our basement. This happened on a few occasions before the city came and fixed the problem. We bought dehumidifiers and placed them in different locations to dry the basement out however we still ended up with a terrible mold problem. We cannot say enough good things about this company. We have experienced water backup and flooding in several different homes, and AWR has beeen by far the best experience. They are super quick! They were in our driveway less than 20 minutes after we called, and waited patiently writing estimates while I was still dealing with the city sewer workers and the plumber. They took out everything within two hours, came back frequently to check and were finished within three days. I didnt have to move one thing, from the heaviest furniture to our teenagers clothes on the floor. With sewer water inches high in living areas, they hauled the carpet away immediately, and there was no trace of odor after the first few hours. One of the best parts is how quiet their machines are. The noise didnt interfere with our sleep and make us want to move out. Tiffany and her crew are fantastic! Our experience with AWRKC was outstanding. They completed extensive ceiling mold remediation in our wine cellar.The job entailed removing the entire ceiling, the lights, along with the top portion our racking system, then reinstalling all. The less than desirable 55 degree temp and the need to work around the wine inventory added significant challenges to the job. AWRKC rose to the occasion and completed the job this past week. The results far exceeded our expectations. This is a no nonsense team led by Project Mgr, Peter N. From the get-go he demonstrated he was a solution based, attention to detail professional. We recently had our finished basement flood due to a sump pump failure. AWR arrived quickly and immediately started removing the water. They pulled back the carpet, removed some of the padding, and removed the baseboards to dry out the walls. They communicated with us throughout the entire process and provided all documentation, including pictures for us to submit to our insurance company. After all that they coordinated all the put back.They made the experince as plesant as a flooded basement experience can be. They worked around our hectic schedules and worked quitely while I had to take care of our two small children. They even bought a few small gifts for our children. Would reccomend this company to others.
