Heartland Kitchen and Bath did an outstanding remodel of our kitchen and bath. Barrys expertise in assisting us with selecting tile, counter tops, mirrors, shower doors, fixtures, and much much more resulted in a first class remodel. Rich was a perfectionist with all install and treating our house as it were his own home. He was so careful and neat with the tear out of both rooms and also during the remodel. If I could rate a 0 I would. This company took 2 weeks to respond to me when I called in about scheduling a quote. At first I thought since it was around the holidays that they were busy or took time off, so when they did call I didnt think much of it. Then, when describing what I was looking for, the man seemed dismissive - he actually said I could get online and look up what it costs to remodel a kitchen. He acted like he was being bothered by my request for an estimate i.e. giving him business. Then, he (hesitantly) scheduled me and never showed up! We didnt receive any contact from them saying they needed to reschedule or had an issue locating our residence.... Nothing. Very poor customer service, we will not be considering this company for our upcoming projects.

Had a guy from this company come out to give me a bid on redoing a bathroom after water damage and attempted repairs went south. After explaining to the guy that weve had several contractors from Johnson County avoid giving us business because we live in downtown Wyandotte, he flaked on our second appointment to go over the bid...with two hours notice. We were supposed to meet on Monday, but suddenly he couldnt meet again until Saturday.I called the company to complain that I didnt appreciate being put on the back burner and that we did not feel respected at all by the guy...and was told that they were doing us a favour by coming out at all, and they just wont be able to do business with us. We didnt even get an estimate from these guys. Thanks a lot.
