The best service a FAMILY could hope for... just when you think there is no hope!! I highly recommend Addam Fera and Wm LAW!... Long-story-short... A family member was somewhat decided to file bk7 after her husband passed, medicaid and such was stalled, and they may have lent a bit too much in a certain family member in my opinion. (who is now in jail..for drugs)... They were was just overwhelmed with their own affairs and all the troubles they had taken on. Which is probably NOT what a bankruptcy attorney probably wants to hear! But my family needed help! and Addam was quick to a solution that would allow all of us a reason to breathe at night ...well at least we planned on it if we lost all options for the finances...Well things turned up! Addam Fera and his associate, Doug Sisson were prompt, courteous and pretty darn frank – which can be a blessing or a cursing dependig on how you handle really stressful times. I like my shot straight versus watered down...they have a way of showing the upside of what they are fighting for on your behalf. Well... we didnt learn about our family members bk7 until after they had finally decided to file (without telling us)! So it was a bit anxiety for me, and I was not even a part of it ...outside of emotional suport! We actually blew by the bankruptcy portion of the whole “ordeal”...as Addam expected, but after-the-fact issues were a bit more than we expected... The future guidance and support from Addam, an Dougs follow-up were tremendous. You could tell these guys knew what they were doing, and have done it 1000 times, an with a few tips and maybe a history lesson in between if it just does NOT make sense to you! To be perfectly frank myself, I was shocked when I received a email from doug “just asking how things are going” and if “everything had been resolved” annd to “lookout for this/that” several months after “it” had been resolved... as they expected... I just now found Dougs follow-up letter in our mail pile (and forgot the email about a month ago)! And we wanted to leave a note of our deepest appreciation, as some of our family dont even use email... We are settled now, well much more than before, and planning a move we never thought possible a few year ago... which is kindof funny to think about in hindsight. Here is our two-cents and blessing to a TERRIFIC local law firm that takes care of its own folks!!!
