The carpets at my house were cleaned by another company and the smells of the dog urine came back to life in my carpet. RCR came in a deodorized the areas and cleaned them again. The carpets were not soaking wet compared to the other carpet cleaning job. The odor is gone and my carpets are fresh and clean. Highly recommend and great local company with very professional team. Wonderful job! I was moving to a new place where the carpet was an issue so I called Friday afternoon and they were able to send someone the next morning. They texted me to let me know that they were on their way and arrived promptly. They also answered all of my questions and explained every step of the process. My carpet looks much better and the odors have been removed!

A much-deserved 5-STAR review for Red Carpet Restoration, specifically, Doug Pinegar, who has been to our duplex (rental) twice for water damage. He was polite, efficient, and did a wonderful job! The carpet was soaked in the master bedroom. He came in with an industrial fan to dry it out and replaced the carpet pad and finished it off with professionally cleaning the carpet. WHAT A GREAT JOB--I highly recommend this company!!! :)

I called Red Carpet Restoration after 5 pm on a Monday and requested them to come to one of my rental properties that had old carpet with stains and see if they could clean them. They arrived before 11 am the next morning and did a great job in getting out the stains so that a new tenant could move in on Wednesday.
