Called on a Friday at 1pm to find out pricing and he wouldn’t even answer my question and hung up on me. He said he “was off this weekend” and couldn’t do it. I didn’t even need services this weekend, but during the week. I couldn’t even get a those words out before he very rudely hung up on me. I wouldn’t even think about using this service if that’s how I’m treated during a first time phone call.

I called for a tow, and could barely keep them otp long enough to ask. I asked whom I was speaking to as a courtesy with an unprofessional very condescending response of “who did you call” I’m not sure who to refer to after an exchange of greetings. Ignoring the initial rudeness, I tried to ask if I could schedule a tow, to which I received a tasteless remark, I can’t with no explanation; and a hangup in the face. I called back assuming it was a mistake, to him answering with some irritation in his voice and then proceeded to lash his response at I like an ignorant nincopoop, again before abruptly hanging up in my face. We never established any dialogue for the situation to become what it became. I’m quite disappointed.

This company was great! My truck shutdown unexpectedly (later found out due to a wiring issue) and would not start. So I called them and with in 10 minutes they were to me, just north of Okmuglee and had me towed home to the south of Okmulgee not long after! Along with very reasonable priced! Will use again in the future if I need more assistance!!

These guys were great we called after becoming stuck in a ditch during the snowstorm and they was there to help out as fast as possible I would recommend them to anyone
