I went to pay my premium yesterday and was please to see a sign on the door requesting that anyone who enters wear a mask. I was surprised to see the receptionist talking on the phone without a mask or any other barrier. Another person came in to ask if I needed help. They too did not have on a mask. I said I will just go, no one is wearing a mask.. She said oh we wear masks. I looked at both maskless people and said, no you do not. I left. Looking for another agent at this time. If you project to your clients that you are following safety protocols and even put a sign on the door, thenDO WHAT YOU SAY.
