2 yrs in a row, the only 2 yrs I had used this co, they made a major mistake! Never owed the govt in over 40 yrs & upon submitting 2014 & 2015 I had to pay over $1200 ea yr when I had already had monies taken out of my SS to pay my taxes! I ended up paying double! IRS found Cheryls mistake; she picked up the wrong #s & put them in wrong box on long form! And I paid over $150 ea yr to E & E! Her mistake took a financial toll on me & had to pay interest on both yrs! I still havent been able to rectify these issues, but this yr Im working on it! I should get my money back with interest! So upset!!!

For two years in a row my mom owed the government over $1000 each year. She is on disability amd living in poverty. Come to find out she didnt owe so she lost money and had to pay back the government each year.
