Accused us of not paying twice. Then the roof leaked on my daughters bed. So they got it patched and it got worse during the May showers, the ceiling fell through. As soon as the rain let up they sent a roofing company, they didnt cover up our AC unit, it broke. Then got the run around for five days about the AC. While my husband and I both have outdoor jobs we dont want to sleep in the heat as well. Cold showers and frozen washcloths its smooth humid it feels like 100 degrees in the house.This has been a literal nightmare.

I am awarding two stars because the maintenance was okay. My primary complaint has occurred upon move out. After having a month pass and not receiving any notification, deposit disposition or the deposit itself, I called the company to find out what was going on. To this day, 5/30/18, I have yet to receive the deposit. Renters Warehouse agents claim they, dropped the ball and gave most of the deposit money to the landlord, and now he isnt returning their calls...We are still without our deposit two months after move out. I honestly wouldnt recommend this company, as their agents have failed to call me back despite the multiple requests I have made to update me on the situation. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am hoping I will not have to take this to small claims court.Edit 6/24/18: Still without an update on our deposit and surprise... the company did not respond to the BBB. Reducing to one star as no amount of maintenance can make up for this.We also had Leslie Wilson, and she was great... up until she got us in the house. I understand its not her job to resolve this type of issue but she was the face of the organization and assured us of the quality customer service Renters Warehouse offers...

The team that they have in the local market (Colton and Wendye) is very helpful and informative, if you are looking to invest in rental properties or have questions regarding your potential value of your home (selling vs renting) this is the place to go. The website is phenomenal and is definitely a game changer!
I met with Wendye for an interview. I have been interviewing with many companies and have been searching for a company with high integrity that understands the value of their customers as well as their employees. She has her priorities straight for sure. She has compassion and I can tell she genuinely cares about who she is talking with . As a renter myself I appreciate the services they offer.
We found an older house online back in October/November and absolutely fell in love. Albert was awesome in getting us in as quick as possible. Theres only been minor issues with a typical rent house, and Trent was very professional over the phone about fixing the issues we have and accommodating us. They are quick, laid back but professional at the same time! I definitely would refer them.
Ryan Spangler is a God send!!! He literally came to maintenance one issue and allowed me to show him all the other things that needed repair and fixed them expeditiously. He also replaced my water heater alone which Ive seen like three guys do once before. He definitely deserved his 5 star rating and then some!
Colton is amazing! He has helped me several times with my account. He always follows through and gets back to me in a timely fashion.

I have been working with Renters Warehouse as a Vendor for 2 years, the overall experience has been very easy and streamlined. I enjoy working with the office staff in the local office and being able to help take care of the Maintenance for the OKC Office.
I was a tenant under Redneck property for several months before it was switched to Renters Warehouse. It was easy to pay my rent on time, the online maintenance portal was convenient. Plumbers always contacted me quickly, and the office would e-mail me with the details as well.I never had to wait for repairs, and the contractors even went the extra mile to tell the homeowner the deeper issues in my home that were causing the minor fixes they had to do regularly.It was easy to see a history of reports and how they were dealt with.
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered. Nothing but a nightmare from day one of move in. Rude customer service, if you can call it that, because there is none. No compassion or regard for human comfort. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
This place is horrible! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!I thought this place was great until the day came for us to move and we realized they didnt do any cleaning. They didnt even remove the dead animals from the back yard. They were supposed to paint and clean the carpets but the previous tenants moved out and the owner never even stepped foot in the house and they were going to rent it to us without any cleanup whatsoever. The paint was terrible there were boxes, dishes, dirt and dust from the previous tenants. This place is terrible.
We have been using RW OKC to manage our rental property for a little over a year now and they have been incredible to work with! Wendye and Colton are always super helpful! They are always on top of things and easy to get in touch with! Would definitely recommend using them!
Redneck Property always provides great service. Any time I have a problem with any of my rental properties they are right on it. I dont have to worry about a thing! Anytime I have questions, theyre always able to answer them. I know I couldnt do it all without their help!
Renters Warehouse has really diminished the quality of service for Redneck Property. When we started renting our property in January of 2015 I thought we had hit the jackpot with Redneck Property. They were attentive, returned calls in a timely manner, and helped us get quick solutions to any fixes or breaks we encountered in our house. Since the buy out the service we have received has been AWFUL. I have to speak to four different people from all over the US to get a simple doorknob changed or pipe looked at. I was on hold to talk to an adviser for 45 minutes this morning after leaving a voicemail with the local property manager Cassie. I wont hold my breath for speedy assistance.

I have rented from Redneck for almost three years when they took over for TMS Properties. I have had a few maintenance requests. The garage door spring broke and then a plumbing issue. They were fast to get corrected. I have had no issues what so ever!! I pay my rent on time and they do their part. Its a win, win situation! I would recommend them if asked.
WORST real esrate management company I have ever heard of. Moved out over 2 months ago and have requested my deposit back twice and when I call I am told Ill get a call back and I get a text message saying check email. Email says by state law you have to request deposit back. No phone call and I email back the letters with dates. Guess I have to have my attorney take care of it. So sad they want all your money but dont want to give it back.
My friend and I looked at a few homes for rent here, we loved the customer service from the staff in the office. Very professional!

Since all these reviews seem to be from property owners, Ill drop a tenant perspective into the mix.This has been the most miserable renting experience I have ever had to deal with. I moved in on December 10th, 2016 and did not have hot water or functional plumbing until January 10th(just kidding, its still not working), 2017. A full month. NOW a month later, they still have not paid me back for the plumber I had to hire because theirs refused to show up. The house had unpainted doors and trim, and there were still leftover tiles and paint in the bathroom from their remodel when I moved in. Their contractors never communicate, nor does Redneck. Its a nightmare scenario, and one Im trapped in until December. Avoid at all costs.They just got bought out I found out, so it will either get better or worse. Id venture towards the latter.
Waste of my time. The agent Karlee Feller never showed or called to cancel. Do not use this company.I had an appointment for July 3rd, 2017 at 1:45 p.m. with Karlee Feller to look at a house in Edmond, OK. I was sent a link on July 2nd that asked if I still wanted the appointment in which I confirmed I did.July 2nd and about 2 hours before (11:45 am) I received a reminder about my showing which said Karlee Feller would see me there.I arrived at 1:35 pm and sat there until 2:10. During this time I called about 4 numbers all which I wasnt able to speak to an actual person.
Terrible management, communication, and service. Do not recommend.
FROM A RENTERS PERSPECTIVE:This is probably the worst renting experience Ive had (or ever will have). My roommate and I were told that after the previous tenant left at the end of the month, they would have the property cleaned before we moved in. When we show up to the property on our move in day, they obviously had not cleaned anything (there was dog hair EVERYWHERE, the kitchen and bathroom were pretty gross).I called the property agent and was told we would receive a $150 cleaning credit (this was on Aug. 2nd). I kept waiting and waiting for this credit to show up on our account, but it never did. I called and texted numerous times, and even went to their office and was told they would have it done soon. My roommate and I had paid all of our rent minus the $150 credit we were promised. The day before rent was due at the end of the month (Sept. 1st), I called a customer service number and was told they would resolve it. After they spoke to the property agent, they told me it was only a $50 credit that was promised, according to the agent.I told them that was incorrect and emailed screenshots of text messages where the agent and me discussed a $150 credit being applied to my account. After seeing the screenshots, the customer service rep told me I would be awarded the full $150 credit and that she would take care of it. Now two weeks later, Im getting threats of eviction because they never applied the credit to my account like promised. Ive spoken to at least 4 people in the past two days. None of them can get a hold of that customer service rep I originally spoke with and keep getting told that they would contact me as soon as they hear something (which they never do).For any renters looking at a property using this company: BEWARE. Be sure to get everything in writing. We put in a maintenance request on August 20th after we had water pouring through a recessed light in our ceiling during a rainstorm. Tomorrow will be a month exactly, and we still havent had anyone contact us to come look at it. I can not stress this enough: DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

Renters Warehouse purchased the company that I was using as property management in Feburary of this year. I have had nothing but problems with them since they took over. Communication seems to be the biggest issue with this company. In the beginning, the number listed on thier website and on the signs posted in the yard is not a good contact number. You call the number and follow the prompts and you never get to speak to a live person, if you choose the option to leave a message it hangs up on you. This was a problem with my rental property sitting empty. I recieved several phone call stating they were unable to contact the company to schedule a showing. If I am a property owner and unable to contact them how is a tenant suppose to contact them with a problem. This is unacceptable.My current tenant is having an issue with the compay saying they did not pay thier rent and they have charged them late fees. The tenants provided documentation and proof the payment went through and cleared thier bank. I have talked to multiple people at this company to try and correct the problem and over two weeks later the issue is still not corrected. You speak to one person about the problem and they say they cannot correct the problem and send you to someone else.I am charged a monthly management fee, what is the point if I am having to handle these issues.I have given Renters Warehouse multiple chances to try and correct these issues. I have now terminated my contract with this company.I would not recommend them as a property management company.
Absolutely awful experience! the home we moved into has the most disgusting stench Ive ever smelled from god knows what! Electrical outlets quit working in certain parts of the home; an infestation of roaches and fleas and god knows what else; a flood in the living room, kitchen, foyer and master bedroom; buckled and unsafe flooring; a backyard full of dog feces; missing keys and garage door openers; AND electricians who never show! If I could give negative stars for the most horrible rating, believe me I would! AND the only way to post this is to select at least one star!
We have gotten the run around on our security deposit that is owed to us. We were renting the house for 3 years and then ended up buying the house from the people that were using renters back on August 7th. We have called and called, Ive also emailed Cheers Pena several times trying to get updated but no response! Went up to the office today, it says they are open until 5 but doors were locked and lights were out at 4:25!
My son rented from these people and they are the worst of the worst. They take advantage of 20 year old college students and refuse to speak to the parents because we are not on the lease. Will not return phone calls and will not return security deposits. Absolutely worst company I have dealt with in real estate. Between renting myself and working as a real estate agent I would never recommend this company.

They claimed we havent paid rent for February; We most certainly have they even sent us a confirmation text and we have the money order reciept. Today a Letter was taped to my door claiming we have 5 days to pay rent and a 50 dollar late fee. Horrible company if youre a renter.
It’s got to be the worst rental company out definitely Oklahoma City to send you bills for no reason without discussing it with you let homeowners use their own vendors and then you’re at home or his discretion and the bread the warehouse is the middleman rude threatening to not worth it
Had some set backs with the move in as far as repairs, but that was a miscommunication not Redneck Property. The owner reached out to me and explained the situation. He and his employees were all friendly and worked at getting everything handled.

They ran my credit which dropped 12 points.got approved took my deposit.never heard another word from them.it was all computer talk.met onetime after that I had to pay for credit check then deposit they got me for 690.never heard another word.I believe his name was Ryan?Im still looking today for rental.but they brought my credit down.Im trying to build back up.scam
Unprofessional. They try to find anything they can to get money out of you. Totally disorganized. Their online pay system extracts money on business days and not the day you want it to.
