There is not a zero to rate this company. They rent properties that are in forclosure without the lein holders permission and when they take possession you have to move. They are a bunch of crooks!!!! Do not rent from them!!!!!! You will be left on the street.

Describe my experience. Where do I begin? Lets jump striaght to the end. At the end of lease as stated on contract, a final walk through was to be conducted by myself and the landlord. The property manager told me that she couldnt do a walk trough because she was pregnant. Also stated in lease is that a return of the deposit will be mailed out no later than 30 after end of lease. They kept all $1300 of my deposit as well as charging me an additional $850 for painting the house. When asked to provide receipts for said repairs as proof I was told that information did not have to be supplied by them. Even more interesting, I knew I was being lied to so I drove over to the residence and discovered that no repairs or painting had even been started nor completed. When I confronted the manager about this issue she proceeded to tell me that if the balance was not paid in 30 it would be sent to collections. I am currently in the process of taking legal action towards these matters. So future buyer beware. They will lie, steal, and manipulate whatever they can to take as much of your money as possible. Hope this review helps someone else in the future to not be taken advantage of like they are trying to do to me now.

Screw these people just find someone to rent from dont bother wasting your time and money

They rent houses that are for sale owners dont know they are renting them and you get evicted if owners find out!
