LLR Concepts provided me with a tremendous amount of growth. Being a college athlete I still wanted to be involved in a competitive environment. At LLR I was provided with ample opportunity. The culture is fantastic.I was also taught many invaluable skills that I was very fortunate to learn. Not many professional work environments highlight self-development like they do and I was fortunate to be apart of it. Great company.

Lets be honest, because it might be kind of misleading if you think youre good enough to start as the account manager you applied (or did not) to be. LLR Concepts hires people to do one thing:2. Kiosk sales at places like Walmart.There is value to the skills you might gain from an experience like this, but they dont promote that up front. They dont promote the commission base. They dont promote the awkward hours.If you have any potential beyond brute-forcing your way through sales, try something honest, or at least dependable.

I worked for LLR Concepts and while I was not suited for Sales, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I know they truly believe in their product.

They promise the moon and the stars to people who dont know any better, which is why Im assuming there are so many good reviews. They teach you how to lie and bend the truth to customers while they lie and bend the truth to you. I disagreed with so many things here but its a relief to be gone. This temporary job just wasnt worth it.

I worked at LLR Concepts for 2 years and it was one of the best decisions of my life! During my time there, I learned so many transferable skills such as Sales, Marketing, Public Speaking, Client negotiations, and so much more. Those skills then lead me to make lucrative amounts of money during my time at LLR concepts. The coaching from the management team (Chad & Jackie mainly) I found to be extremely valuable. Any time I needed any kind of coaching, or advice there were there for me without any hesitation. By far my favorite part of working here was the teamwork and comradery within the company! Everyone is so friendly and success driven it just makes you want to consistently step up your game and work ethic! Speaking of work ethic, this career path is very lucrative and rewarding but it also needs massive work ethic and a great student mindset! The training and development is there, but if someone is looking to slack off and just have a job, there isnt the place. When this company hired me (October 2013) I was given a bottom of the barrel position - but was told if I worked hard that I would be able to move up. I worked really hard and now I manage the HR team, and I am finally putting my expensive degree to use! I liked the freedom I was given while still a lower level employee to make my own decisions, it helped me figure out what I was and wasnt willing to do as well as what I really wanted. I would be more than happy to talk about the good and bad with anyone who calls in and asks for me. So feel free!

Long hours, low pay, fraternity style atmosphere made it uncomfortable as a female. This job is not family friendly as you are required to show up early and work late. This made child care and family time next to impossible as they practically force people to work 6 days a week other wise they will label you as lazy. Not good for people with a family to provide for either as the pay is completely commission. Shameful.The management isnt very professional so I changed my name to deter further complications.
