Advanced aesthetics has surpassed all of my expectations of a medical spa. I recently moved here from Manhattan area where I received frequent treatments in top ranked medical spas in NYC, this medical spa is better than what I have previously experienced. The facility is extremely clean. Their availability is awesome - especially for busy working professionals and moms. All the staff is friendly and discreet about services you inquire about. Amber has been doing my facials and she’s wonderful ! So kind and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of all their staff. My results have never been better. I love all the products and services they offer - which are all reasonably priced.You cannot go wrong with advanced aesthetics in Edmond !

My dermatologist recommended laser therapy from Advanced Aesthetics for rosacea. I called and was scheduled with Chloe..... shes wonderful! I didnt know a thing about the procedure, and Chloe expertly guided me from beginning to end..... I quickly gained full confidence in her abilities. A week later, the redness and discomfort from the rosacea had diminished, and by the second week, I was very encouraged. Im expecting more positive results with future treatments. Advanced Aesthetics is a great blessing in the management of rosacea.

First time getting a hydrafacial in this place. Move from AZ to OKC and was really excited to get one done. Called the office to check if they had any last minute appointments for a hydrafacial, the receptionist was nice and told me to come in. I got there, got my facial (it felt really nice), it was really quick, got some after care recommendations, walked to the receptionist bought a product from them, payed for my service and left. I got to the car and looked at the mirror to see the results you know? Did not have a chance inside to do that, everything was so quick. I looked at my face (nose and chin) were usually you can see the difference and it did not look clean at all. I even told the girl thats where my pores get all clogged so she can maybe extract them? Or make it better? But it was not the case. I would not come back and think it wasnt worth the money, besides the massage I got on my face and its sad cause I was expecting more!

Right when checking in the staff is very professional amd know what they are talking about. We had a consult, not knowing anything about Botox or filler, we came out of our consult more knowledgeable and booked our sessions! We had amber as our injector. We will be coming back for our second injections in a couple months. 10/10 recommended.

Highly upset with my experience here- I sought out services here back in November, with Lindsey.I only get half a syringe of lip injections for a more natural look, which I expressed multiple times during my initial reach out (which I have in writing), consult, and procedure. They require that you buy the full syringe, even if you are only getting half- I was fine with that. I went in for my services and left confirming that they will store the rest for a later time.5 months later I call back, ready to get the rest, and in my chart it states I used the full syringe, which was not what was communicated to me. I truly know I did not use a full syringe, and they truly know that I did. It was my word against theirs, and all the office manager had to say was that it seemed like I was lying to get free services. I tried to stress to her that I dont think either of us were lying I just think there was a huge miscommunication, and suggested that if services are being bought in full, but not getting used all at once- there should be some kind of documentation for the clients knowledge as well. She told me she has been in business 22 years and is doing just fine.This situation was not handled professionally, and I just want others to know if you buy full services here and dont utilize all of them at one time, please ask for documentation in writing. I would also like others to know that they are not very good at hearing out their patients concerns. No matter how long you have been in business if you have a customer who is trying to express a concern, you should hear them out and try to resolve a solution.

I am from Oklahoma, but now live in NYC. Luckily I am able to come home every couple of months, which is why Lindsey will be my permanent injector from now on. I had a previous negative experience with HA fillers, so I was very nervous. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I came in with intentions of just filler in my lips, and left with product in my lips, cheeks and chin. She gave her honest opinion on what I needed and I couldn’t be happier with how I look. On top of the experience with her, this location is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t recommend Advanced Aesthetics enough!

I’ve been getting my lips done by Lindsey Willey at Advanced Aesthetics for about 4 years now. She came highly recommended to me from a woman I met who had the most stunning lips I’ve ever seen. Lindsey is a facial magician, seriously. She has done my anti wrinkle injections, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and of course my lips. Lips are one of the most challenging parts of the face to get 100% accurate, because any slight error can ruin the face, in my opinion. So I only trust Lindsey with my lips, period! Plus she’s an absolute angel in person. So friendly, warm, reassuring and calming. She’s the best nurse to have poking you in the face with a needle. 🤣Now onto the front office staff- professionalism and warm, welcoming atmosphere is off the chart here. Molly, in particular, is my favorite of all. She is the most kind hearted person and she is so thorough in ensuring all your needs are met and that you receive your credits from any procedures you’ve had done with the rewards program (this is a money saver, y’all)! I decided to try laser hair removal again and was advised to go to Advanced Aesthetics by another friend and I am so happy I did. Chloe was my nurse and she did a wonderful job explaining everything and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure because I was super nervous about it hurting. I have had previous laser treatments done elsewhere before but none have worked as well as these treatments have and I will definitely be returning for more!

I’ve been going to Advanced Aesthetics for 9 years. They have always provided excellent services and even better customer service. They recently relocated and also hired more people (which is always fantastic). However, this minor change has drastically changed their customer service. I understand that companies are constantly evolving and hence nothing is stagnant but their new attitude leaves a lot to be desired.I usually call in on the day or a day before for an appointment and they have almost ALWAYS been accommodating. If for some reason they were unable to accommodate me, they always called back to reschedule. It’s this tiny act of kindness and consideration that resulted in my loyalty to them.The last time I called, the lady told me I needed to call two weeks in advance. I mentioned how they have graciously squeezed me in the past. I even request being waitlisted in the event of a cancellation. I could audibly hear her irritation. Her condescending tone was the cherry on top to a very painful interaction. I obviously never got a call back. I finally called back on a later date and requested an appointment a week out.My appointment went well. The aesthetician was very thorough and I told her I really appreciated it. When I go to pay, the price went from $100 to $175. I asked the front desk lady why was it significantly higher. I told her I’ve had the same procedure for nine years and the price had steadily gone up but this was a huge jump. She clearly felt very annoyed by my existence and her condescending tone, aggravated body language along with the tossing of my credit card-all made me realize I never wanted to be there again. All in all, it was a good 9 years but I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I absolutely love Advanced Asthetics. The staff is always warm and so welcoming. I have been going to Lindsey for 4 years and am so happy with all my results over the years. She is also the sweetest and kindest person. Cannot say enough good things about Lindsey and advance asthetics.
