Would not recommend. They have not uploaded my trade in credit and have been 0 help for a month of trying to get it figured out. I am going directly to Verizon without them now.In store experience was good. Customer service and follow through was not.

Blake was amazing! He was able to quickly transfer all of my important data, including a word game dating back to 2011, from an android phone to my new iPhone. What a relief to have it done.

I highly recommend going to this location for any of your cellular needs. In particular I was helped by JP, who was courteous and did his best to explain to me the details of my upgrade. Even more so when there was an issue with corporate and my bill he went above and beyond trying to correct it and was patient with me when I became irritated and frustrated with it. The issues were corrected and he helped make sure of it

Picked up my new Motorola edge Plus here at the store. My sales rep was named Ryen I was super helpful. Very kind, not pushy on selling expensive phones, and patiently answered every question as I asked about a million. He even went above and beyond when I wasnt sure if I was satisfied and called to ask about return. I ended up deciding to keep it because after some time I liked it, and he called to check in to make sure I was still happy and I feel like that was above and beyond service. Super happy with my phone super happy with the service. 😊

Good customer service. I went to get a quick charging cigarette lighter adapter and screen protector for my iPhone 12. The sales staff was very helpful and were quick attaching the screen protector. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Even though they didnt have the phone I wanted, the sales person helped me make a better decision for my needs. Probably the best Verizon I have been too!!

I spoke with a Verizon rep before going into the store. The person in store had zero product knowledge. I paid my bill while I was there. She handed me a receipt, upside down. They charged me to pay a bill. This is my second experience with this agent company. Both times have come up short.

Went in there because my lines wouldnt get any signal .And some guy just told me that my phone didnt have the data roming turned one.WhiCh i think all all phones have to have that turned one 😡... disapointed.

I had to wait awhile for service, as there were only 2 representatives working. We I did get a representative, he was very good. He took care of my purchase promptly and explained everything as he went along.

For it to be a new store and everything it wasn’t what I expected. the store associate was helpful at first but when we decided we didn’t want an LG (the only phone he was trying to promote to us, pretty heavily) he got a little upset with us and it kind of showed he didn’t want help us anymore. They seem like helpful people who want to help you but only when it’s beneficial to them. I was very dead set on switching to Verizon but couldn’t do it because I didn’t want an LG slim Q. Also if it matters: they are no bilingual associates, (Spanish).

Devin was so helpful! I went it w/ a messed up SIM card that I purchased somewhere else & he got it switched out & fixed right away & made sure that it was working for me. Definitely recommending him & will be using him as my Verizon Sales representative every time.

Little out of the way but I’m going back for sure if I need anything else phone related. The sales guys were very friendly and joined in conversation when we waiting and our guy answered every questione we had and even explained our full monthly bill to us and what to expect financially going forward. Really easy and relaxed environment.

I was having problems with my new Galaxy Note9, spent time on phone with Samsung, in another store and finally came into this store, frustrated with my new not working and left the store a happy customer. Alex and Cody was so patient as they tried to figure out what was wrong. They were extremely professional and customer friendly! If you are in need of a phone I highly recommend this store and ask for Alex or Cody!

This store is the best Verizon store we have used. Jacob has done an awesome job and all of the customer service people are very knowledgable and answered every question we asked. We will count this store as our base store in the future.

Hunter took the time to figure out what was wrong with my phone. Once I decided I needed a new phone he took the time to make sure the new phone was set up properly and EVERYTHING transferred. No pressure sales nice new office, took my time making the choices I wanted.

This is the worst experience ever. The sales man didnt know the procedure and flat out lied!!Could not pay phone off early, was told I could. Was told bill would be a little more. $63 with StraightTalk to $242 with Verizon. I took that mess back as soon as I saw my bill. Also 300 trade in credit, put $200 down for a total of $500 and still owed $600 on a $800 dollar phone!! I thought I was at a flea market. Im back with StraightTalk thank God!

I came in on a Sunday right after New Years and was greated by Ashley who helped me and got me switched from being a long time Att customer. She went over everything and every detail on what my bill will look like to how good my service will be. So far I am very happy with my new IphoneXS and my Verizon service. Ashley was so helpful she even offered to come in if I called in advance to help me if I had any questions at all. Thanks Again Ashley.
