I have a large messy house with lots of kids, pets and rooms. They cleaned bathrooms and sinks back to a color I thought was impossible. Pricing is competitive. They have been in business a long time. I will have them back on a regular basis.

We have been with The Cleaning Authority for three years. It’s always the best day of my week! Everyone is friendly and extremely professional. The main office is responsive. The whole organization of the company is well put together. As long as we live in an area they service, we will continue with them.

They went out to give me an estimate, but never called back. They never returned messages

I was pretty pleased with the first cleaning I received from this company. The two cleaners were polite and hardworking and quick. The clean was well done (especially my kitchen sink that had scratches on porcelain) and complete. Only glitch was I wasn’t ready when they arrived. They came earlier than I expected so my family was still in process of getting dressed. But next time I’ll be prepared. I will continue to use them bi-weekly.

I highly recommend Cleaning Authority. This company is very reliable. Maria and her crew do a great job! I trust them coming into my house every other week! They let me know what tasks they focus on during each visit and what they plan to do on their next visit. My favorite thing about this service is the freedom it gives me to focus on other things in my life. I don’t have to stress about what my house looks like when I have unexpected visitors. We are normally the second house on the schedule, with the cleaning crew arriving around 1030 or later. Previously, we had always received a phone call when the crew was en route to our house, approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival.The past three times, we did not get a phone call. And twice, the crew arrived well before expected.This drop in customer service has occurred since a new employee is responsible for making the phone call.The cleaning crew is always friendly and pleasant.Today, the bathtub in the hall bathroom was not cleaned.Our charge increased in May, and service has dropped since then.

Mixed bag. Some things were great and some things weren’t. I loved the attention to detail that was paid to my toaster and stove top, but my kitchen floor has not been mopped the last 2 visits. The toaster was lifted off the counter and wiped underneath but there were still crumbs around my butter dish on the same counter.My master bedroom looked pretty good. All surfaces and Knick knacks appeared to be cleaned but the baseboards did not look touched.

After my spouse passed I tried taking care of everything we both took care of but I learned I need some help taking things off my plate. The ladies were very detailed and respectful of my work as I’m a remote employee now. When I walked through my house it felt like I was home again. Thank you!!!

Their rotation for deep cleaning keeps our home nice year round. The ladies that come to our house are always kind and smiling. The system for postponing or skipping a clean are easy to use. We were supposed to be the 2nd house of the day for our cleaners. Ours ended up being the 3rd so it was 1 1/2 hours late. No one from the office called us.

The cleaning that was done was a fine job. The spot on the carpet has been removed.ee cleaning that was done was very good. There was one large spot in our spare bedroom, possibly from something setting on the carpet such as a vacuum, etc. Will that be cleaned the next time they come out? Also, were we supposed to give the girls a tip?

Very unprofessional. NOT happy! I signed up for their cleaning, which starts off with an initial deep clean, they did pretty good then but missed my chandelier and pendant lights. I think with the amount of work they did that time, I was overall pretty happy. The second cleaning came which was just a regular clean that had the bathrooms, kitchen, dining area on the rotation for more deep cleaning. My shower wasnt cleaned, I had a large amount of dust on my dining set, table and chairs, and they didnt really wipe down my kitchen countertops seeing as there was stuff on the countertop you could only get off with wiping it with water or cleaning solution. I easily did that myself after they left. Not happy that they missed the areas that were supposed to be the deep cleaning rotation. Per the owner, prior to signing up, he said that if they ever missed something they would come out the next day to make it right. Fair enough. So I politely called the Monday of the cleaning and left a message with the answering service to let them know areas that were missed. They called back Tuesday and were nice about it, but said they would check the schedule on putting me on for Friday or the following Monday and call back Thursday to confirm which worked best for them. No call back on Thursday, which is bad business to put in expectations of calling and not doing so. Not only that but the owner said theyd do next day in that situation, but I let it slide. They not calling me back though, terrible. So I called back today (the following Monday, that wouldve been the last day for them to reclean) Keep in mind, they already took my payment for the whole visit. So here we are sitting with them already being paid and not having the full service done. Sure come and fix would be great, but I was told today that someone would call me today to schedule an inspection, which receptionist said would also clean the areas in question. NO call again! Now Im really upset! You dont take FULL payment, not finish the work and then NOT schedule to fix your MISTAKE, and NOT call back! This is awful business practice. I called a second time today and left a message at 4:30 to make sure someone called me back today and you guessed it....Didnt happen. I really feel taken advantage of and avoided.

Every time they do the cleaning, I just walk through the house and love it! I cant do that vacuuming it or mopping anymore so that is such a great relief and a help.

Im a single, semiretired architect and part time musician. I love to do my own yardwork, and Im not a slob, but housework isnt one of my favorite things. Having a crew from Cleaning Authority come in every two weeks for basic cleaning and touchup frees me to spend my free time practicing music, reading, and swimming.

We enjoyed having the house cleaned. They worked hard and fast. We are soon having a baby and really needed a deep clean before baby gets here. We choose deep clean which wasn’t that much of a deep clean. I totally understand we all make mistakes. The only thing I was not happy with was our pantry door left dirty, spaces in the living left unswept and dirty, and dust still left on the ceiling room and some walls left Unclean with previous stains.We are busy people it would be great if they called to make sure we were satisfied or at least have someone else inspect the house after cleaning was done. When we pay for a service we expect it to be cleaned as they listed on their services. Probably won’t go with them again but it was good to try.

I get my house cleaned every 4 weeks by this company and I’m always so thankful for how well they do. They are wonderful ladies and are so joyous to be around.

The fact we now have different teams each time has meant we no longer can predict exactly how well they clean. Visit on 4/26 not all rooms were vaccumed.

Scheduled an appointment for an in house estimate and they scheduled it for the wrong time (330 instead of 3) and then were a no show to 330 and said that I didnt need to have an estimator and they would quote me a price. Unprofessional and wasted an hour of my Saturday. Definitely will not use.

I’ve had The Cleaning Authority come clean my house once a month for about 10 months. It was just something I wanted to do for myself....to come home to a clean house. During those 10 months I’ve had to call them 7 times to come back, because what they said was clean was never touched. So I’d wait for them to come back in the late afternoon. I asked that a supervisor come and check the job...they sent one at the beginning of the cleaning. Lot of good that does!!Monday they came and when I got home later, ready for a shower, try to open the shower door and it falls apart. No note letting me know or anything! I’ve called twice to get the owner, Brad, to call me back to get this taken care of. He hasn’t returned my phone call yet and it’s Wednesday. I will not be using TCA again...they are not a company that I recommend because they are more of a hassle. I gave them way more chances than I should’ve. Lesson learned? Do it yourself.

The best feeling is coming home after a long day and the house is spotless! We are so happy with this company and their practices. The house is always fresh and very detailed. They share which areas they focused on and let you know what area will be deep cleaned the next time. With two big dogs, a cat, and a young son it was hard for these two full time working parents to keep up. I’m never worried about people coming over now! Our most recent clean was with Jen, Hannah and Shelby.

We decided to start with a one-time clean to see how we liked it as we are usually the type to just do our own cleaning. There was such a huge difference in having professionals do it! We have two pets who shed a lot, and after the cleaning there was no pet hair to be seen anywhere. They were very thorough and as soon as I stepped in the door I smelled a clean house without the overpowering chemical/bleach smell I was expecting. I thought it was a great value and they were so easy to work with - punctual, polite, professional. It was amazing to come home after work to a clean house, our experience was great.

Jake came to our house and informed us of his company’s services. We were promised 2 deep cleanings priced at $170.00 each and every 2 wks regular cleaning at $95 each. After first deep cleaning, you could see dust underneath furniture and the baseboards were not touched in places. There were 2 girls working and they were at my house for exactly 2 hours. I called Jake and sent pictures to support my complaints. He offered to refund $20. That did not happen. My bank was charged the full $170. Jake attempted to make numerous excuses for the poor job. Going as far to say it might have been because they were using my mop and vacuum rather than the company’s. These people are not trustworthy. They take advantage of their clients. I would have given them zero stars if that was an option. Needless to say, the services were cancelled after one visit. We have since found another company who is much more affordable and their work is very satisfactory.

I’ve been extremely impressed with The Cleaning Authority, right from the beginning. I’m looking forward to our next cleaning.

Maria B, Irene & Veronica clean my house every 2 weeks and I LOVE IT! I have no complaints and can only say how happy I am every time I come home after they clean. I have 2 very hairy dogs and I have no idea how they do it but there is NO hair when they are done. The mini blinds always look great, the ceiling fans are clean and all the baseboards are dusted. They have a rotating system so that in 4 cleanings they deep clean your entire house with an ongoing process. Would highly recommend them and the company they work for. I have tried to get in touch with these guys 3 times to clean my house. Their phone number goes to their corporate HQ, and I tell them Id like my house cleaned. They supposedly give my info to the local place (which is literally across the street, in Fenwick Plaza) and I have never once heard back from them.These guys apparently dont want business and they are in over their heads. If you walk past their storefront, you can see their office through the window and it is covered in papers all over the floor.I just called MaidOK and theyll be here tomorrow. I guess they actually want my money, unlike the Cleaning Authority. Time for a change in management, methinks.
