I was skeptical of the reviews and people who raved about this hair store to me before I actually went in to check it out myself. Everyone in the store has always been helpful in answering all of my questions about their hair. They know everything thoroughly about their products, which I appreciate, since so many really dont.One bundle of hair here is easily the equiquivalent of two bundles at most places, meaning you dont have to spend an arm and leg for a full head. Ive also had my bundles in for quite some time and its definitely some of the most durable but silky straight hair Ive purchased, and Ive purchased many. Very pleased with my purchase. The hair is of good quality and at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful even got the owners mother to install the hair for me which I love. I would definitely recommend both hair purchase and install to anyone. My hair looks so natural and beautiful my closure was sewed in not glued which I really love. My experience with prestigious hair wasn’t bad. The workers were very nice and professional. At first there was a slight misunderstanding but everyone was very professional about it and I can tell they have the customers best interest at heart. I was treated with the upmost respect. Christina was very kind and even tried to help me save money by informing me of the current sale and the possible upcoming sale. I haven’t had a install yet but so far the hair feels awesome. Although, It seems I may have a slight problem with shedding. When I run my fingers through there’s a little bit of shedding. I should’ve checked before leaving but it was late, I didn’t think to, and they were about to close. But hopefully it’s nothing that sealing the wefts won’t fix. The owner and her mom were super nice. The owner went over and beyond as-well to make sure I was satisfied with both the price and the product! I can’t wait to get my hair done!

This was my first time buying extensions from Prestigious Hair Company and certainly not the last. I made an online order of a 14inch wavy closure. 12inch and 14 inch tight wave extensions. I notice that the closure I purchase was a slightly different texture than my bundles so I decided to visit Prestigious Hair Company to see if I could exchange. I have to say Prestigious has the best customer service, the lady who helped me was so sweet. I told her my issue and with no problem she went in the back and found me a closure of my liking, she even let me exchange my 12inch for a 16inch and was so helpful. Thank you Prestigious Hair Company for the awesome customer service, I cant wait to slay my new bundles.

Their loose curly hair tangles and gets matted and is very dry. The hair also came with silver and orange strands and I had a to pluck them out because they were so distracting. The hair feels like it’s mixed with synthetic fibers. I guess that could explain the silver and orange strands. I wouldn’t buy from them again. You’re better off buying from aliexpress or iseehair. Prestigious has gone downhill.My response to owner: what about the silver plastic strands? Can you explain that? Contacting you guys would’ve been pointless. You guys once gave me a tiny closure that couldn’t have been used for my sew in and I had to buy one from my stylist at the last minute. After getting my hair done, I went back to your shop and asked for a refund because the closure wouldn’t fit on my head, you told me no and that I could only do an exchange. Which was very unfair. How is that my fault the closure was tiny? You guys are very unprofessional and so was your response. I support black businesses but not ones who behave in this way and refuse to take fault in anything. Veronica, you are a terrible business owner. Crystal, you are unprofessional.

Best hair I have ever purchased !!! The store is nice and the owner is a weave guru! I bought body wave when the store first opened and was able to reuse the hair for 8 installs . 3 months ago I purchased diva wave because I wanted a tighter wave to just wash and go . I’m now on my second install of the diva wave and I love it! The bundles are thick and the hair doesn’t shed . I am a head sweater but this hair doesn’t mat or frizz . Unfortunately for Prestigious but fortunately for me, this hair has some major bounce back so I can reuse it over and over . I say unfortunately for Prestigious because I don’t have to buy hair as often . I would suggest buying hair from this company to anyone looking to not break the bank for some raw hair right here in the city . If you don’t know what wave would work for you, ask the owner because she can fit you with the right wave from one of her many collections !!

Definitely my hair “go to” store. This is the only hair I have purchased from, actually kept and reused (not the type to EVER reuse). Very minimal shed. Great customer service. Fast to respond to questions online. Will actually take the time to help you decide what you are looking for in the store.

I highly recommend this company. The wig they made for me is gorgeous and it looks very natural. By far the best wig I own. The lady who did my wig was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect!

Hair isnt good at all it looks full but when you un wrap the bundles smh thin and tangled very badly money wasted never again for the prices of their hair i should be able to reuse this instead its going to the trash i support black owned businesses but seems like a RIP off🤷🏿‍♀️

I really love prestigious hair. They really do have the best hair in the city but this time I purchased a 16 inch loose curly closure from them but the closure was TINY. it was literally a small rectangle. So i had to purchase a bigger closure from my stylist so the hairstyle would look right. I went back to hopefully get a refund for their mistake, and veronica, the owner, wouldnt let me get a refund even though it was a tiny closure and she agreed it was too small after she took a look at it. Shed only let me do an exchange.. Sigh. But its okay Ill still continue to purchase from them since their hair is gorgeous and lovely. She did give me great Cambodian straight hair as an exchange.I really did appreciate that

OMG!! Out of all of the hair I have tried in the past this is by far the BEST! When I stopped in store to choose a texture, the staff was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I also appreciated their great customer service. I felt very confident in my purchase.During install, I noticed the hair was very soft, did not tangle, shed and did not have an odor. As I wear the hair, I notice it keeps the natural waves and curls no matter how many times I straighten it. I still wear in the same hair I initially purchased 4 years ago and I STILL get compliments! I have also dyed/colored my bundles and the hair did not dry out. I Purchased a 16’ & 18’ for my wedding, which is July 7! The 16’ looks like a 14’ and the 18’ looks like a 16’. I am very disappointed in these bundles. They are very small. This was my first time using Prestigious Hair.
