Extremely rude staff. They did not give me everything g I paid for and pretty much called me a liar. Prisoners get treated better than they treated me. Also they took their precious time getting someone to help me and I could hear staff in the back talking and laughing and I was the only customer in there so they were not busy. I definitely do not recommend and will not be back!

Their online system is great with lots of options to put in your order, BUT they never followed up after putting in order in. My wife and I called 3 times to ask about our order and their response we were too busy. lady that answers the phone was very rude. they said they lost our order even though we had an order number from the online system, so we said we would start over, no big deal. they then said we are booked and hung up the phone.they may have the largest selection in Oklahoma, but have the worst customer service in Oklahoma with the rudest people!

We absolutely loved having Mariannes rentals provide all of our rentals for our beautiful wedding! To this day, (after almost 4 years) we still have our guests talk about all the details that went into our wedding and a big part of that is Mariannes. I also own Chantilly Couture, a bridal boutique here in OKC and we use Mariannes for several of our parties, open houses, and bridal show rentals needs. Grace is absolutely amazing, but overall you cannot beat their service and rentals.

Mariannes went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. We had issues on our end and the excellent team at Mariannes helped us troubleshoot to find solutions so our event was able to go on without and more kinks. HIGHLY recommend this company! We have already booked more rentals for our next event because we were so pleased with the customer service!!

We had a very positive experience with Marianne’s for our daughters wedding. We used the 8 foot farm benches and also had some curtains for the front of the ceremony. The plan was to have an outdoor ceremony, but the rain changed the venue! When the driver called to say he was on his way, we asked if he could come just 5 blocks down the street to an indoor venue. He was very kind and promptly changed his GPS to the new location. The items we rented added the perfect touch to our daughters day!!! Thanks!

We had a small wedding and a VERY small budget. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me, but I do know that she is part of the family who owns the business (I think her parents do) and that she and her husband both work there. Anyway, she was SO nice and helpful. I already knew what I wanted but she helped me with what size I needed for each table and what would be the most cost effective for us. They delivered the day before and picked up the day after, we had no issues at all with either and we got our deposit back in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mariannes.

I work for an event production company where we produce 30+ events across North America with 200,000+ attendees annually. We rent tents, tables, and chairs for every event. And Mariannes customer service is unlike any other provider I have ever worked with. Their pricing was competitive to the area and the customer service went above and beyond. We ran into some issues with our event and Mariannes was there to help - from offering advice, to sharing industry information (transparency and honesty), and ultimately being our solution to the situation with their excellent customer service. They truly went above and beyond. They took all factors into consideration with our situation and didnt simply write the issue off because it wasnt policy. I cannot say enough about the level of attention and customer service we received. I hope to be able to return to the area to work with them for a future event! And Id love for them to expand so I can utilize them across the country too!

I have used Mariannes Rentals for all of our events (state agency and Foundation). However, recently customer service has not been pleasant.I have asked several times for receipt of payments made during the month of October and as of yesterday I still had not received I called again. I spoke with Ashley and she said she would email me. I did not receive an email from her. I called back again this morning. Ashley had a bazaar reaction. She became abrupt, defensive and rude. Her tone was aggressive and incredibly unprofessional. I asked to speak to her supervisor. Ashely stated both her supervisor and Marianne were out of the country so that would not be possible. Ashley then hung up on me. Unfortunate to lose a relationship that until recently was pleasant and suited the needs of our agency.

Mariannes was very easy to work with. Thanksgiving was unexpectedly at my house this year and they helped me get the chairs and tables I needed to sit 15 people. Their prices are readily available online, the contract is signed over email, pickup and return went quickly and smoothly. The only time I had any bit of problem was in playing phone tag with the sales person to make the order, but we finally connected within a few hours.

The customer service and attitude you get from the employees here is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. They are just there to sell you things they do not care about what your doing. They also do not inform you of ANY of the things you need to do in regards to the “contract” that you sign. They don’t call you or email you to “let you know” or give you a “ “courtesy heads up” until days before they are dropping off their products for you. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with this company. If you have them drop off at your personal property make sure they DO NOT drive on to your property as they destroyed my front yard with their box truck. I will have them pay for my yard.

I am currently browsing online linen options for a baby shower. Reading these reviews for this retailer frightens me. Knowing that you are getting multiple complaints about your consultant should indeed concern the business owner(s). After the first complaint the behavior shouldve been addressed promptly. There shouldnt have been a second or third negative review. Family or friend of the family, the consultant should do their job in a professional mannerism.

Have everything you could possibly want to rent for an event. I rented for a wedding and was very pleased with the service I got. My only complaint would be when I originally went in to get prices while I was still shopping around I was told the deposit was 10%. no it ended up being 35%. But it was all refundable as long as you returned everything in good condition. I was very please with everything else!!!

Sales Rep ruined it for me. I originally had added this review to The Knot back in Sept of 2018 and was recently asked to move it over to Google by a couple brides who have or had experienced horror stories (yes brides talk...lol). This was MY PERSONAL experience with this company. Do what makes you happy.This is a little lengthy, but maybe this might help someone who is back and forth on deciding who to choose for their wedding decor. My encounter with them went all the way wrong. As you know, planning weddings are already stressful as it is. One would hope companies like this would take that into consideration. They are one of the best in Oklahoma (pricey, but quality products). I think Marianne knows their one of the top dogs and it clearly shows. My representative (Silvia Delgado) was a nightmare and the reason for this review. She was one of the newer additions to their team. Upon meeting her, she was very rude and pushy. One of her first questions were Well who is going to be paying for all of this. I was taken back with her tone and the audacity that she would even ask that. I dont know if she was passing judgement or what. Needless to say, my family and I were not impressed. Trust and believe we had the funds and had she treated me nicer, she would have been compensated very well . Anyways, throughout the process, she kept quoting me incorrectly. Mind you, she was a little new...so I let it slide. But it became so bad that I would have to wait on callbacks and emails because she would quote me something differently than what was on their website. Only to find out, the website pricing was correct. Well duh! Im looking right at it! lol. Another thing that frustrated me was that there were several occasions where I would inquire about something and she would say we dont have that (with a snotty tone that I was all too familiar with). Then I would kindly refer her to look at their website where I found it myself. Then shell say Oh ok...Thats cool, where are you going to put that. It became comical at this point. How did she end up in sales? I almost asked for another rep, but didnt want to ruffle any feathers. My wedding planner was surprised because he has worked with them before and hadnt experience this type of service.Fast forward to a few weeks before my wedding. I received my contracts. To no surprise, the entire thing was wrong. Silvia had items on there that were paid in full and it said I had only paid deposits. There were also items on there that I had previously asked to be removed and they werent. That was the last straw for me. My planner and I started to look around at other event rental places. It was extremely frustrating and I almost gave up. But luckily I found a place for my furniture and back drop. I was allowed to cancel my Marianne contract 2 weeks prior to my event. I did it exactly at the two week mark. Had I waited any longer, I would have been screwed and out of money. The other company I found were so pleasant, easy to work with, and they didnt charge me an arm, a leg, and a kidney for my items. Nor did they charge me a crazy amount for their after hours pickup fee. My advice is.....If you use them, pay attention to everything. If you feel like there are no other options. Trust me, there are! Things might have gone differently if I had a different sales consultant, but unfortunately I didnt and she ran me off. Marianne has beautiful pieces and your wedding will look stunning using their products. However they are pricey (which wasnt even what ruined it for me, it was Sylvia). I just hated how I was treated. Pay attention to everything brides and dont do what I did...... If youre unsatisfied with your sales consultant, ask for another one or ask for manager. Were under enough stress as it is, we dont need more. I need an overall good experience in order for me to spend my dollars anywhere. It just wasnt worth sticking it out with them anymore. Overall, my wedding turned out amazing and I couldnt be any happier. Good Luck Brides!

Used the website to book an appointment, I received a confirmation and everything. When I arrived and told the lady at the front I had an appointment for 1:00 she looked at me like I was crazy. We walked around for about 20 mins waiting for a consultant. The whole thing was very awkward and the consultant wasnt very helpful, Ive never planned a wedding before, I dont know what all I need!There is a large selection but everything was very pricy, even just for the basic linens and chairs. We decided to go with a different company.
