AMAZING STORE! What a beautiful experience I had from the second I walked in the store. I was greeted with a warm smile and hello. My husband had gifted me the most beautiful blue beaver coat. I have never seen anything like it. Truly a one of a kind. I went in to have it altered. The owner Gene was very kind and professional and had it altered to perfection. He even had my name embroidered on the inside at no additional charge. I have been in many times since and I always find something special. I had to run in to see Gene this afternoon and pick up some furs that belonged to the decedent of an estate Im working to liquidate.Gene needed some documents faxed over from my client (i.e., the Trustee of the estate) before he could turn the furs in question over to me.He told me exactly what he needed before releasing the furs, too. He was very precise, extremely friendly, and exceptionally helpful.The store itself was clean as a whistle -- sparkling, even!I will definitely send business Genes way whenever I can.
