Needed some new extinguishers and old ones inspected. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The employees are super knowledgeable and nice. Excellent service and I will be back every year for inspections.
My first experience with APS was through someone at their AP regarding an invoice from a previous ownership. This interaction was difficult and strained, but finally led them to sending me some information regarding the services APS provides. During this interim process, a received several calls from a very rude and aggressive APS representative demanding I pay for the services rendered to the previous building owner; harassment at its finest! While I was attempting to aquire APS services, I had a potential issue with my system and called the APS customer service for assistance. A representative was scheduled to arrive the next day at 12 noon. The rep gave me his direct contact number in cause the situation worsened, which was greatly appreciated and had a significant value for me, the customer. However, he did not show, he did not answer the direct contact line provided, nor was a call returned to me after I left a message with the 24 hour customer services line. Two days later I received a call from the representative who explained he was told not to render services until a delinquent invoice was resolved. Be mindful, this was a situation already resolved.Im so thankful I was able to experience the actual services of APS before entering into an agreement. For the above reasons, I will be moving forward with a different company!
Based on my experience with one of your men today, you apparently need to have training on how to wear a mask properly and how to social distance. The gentleman here today wore his mask below his mouth even after being asked to fix it. Came right into a small one person bathroom while the sink was being used and was entirely too close to the person inside. This is September, not March. We should all know better by now. Thank you.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Called the okc office recently to schedule a sprinkler and fire alarm inspection. Im a new, (or wouldve been) a new client until I had a very rude encounter with someone named Rebecca. I was advised that inspections are booked 3 to 4 months out? How in the world is that possible? Youre not a doctors office. In my line of work, if I told someone that Id be out business! I find it hard to believe considering that I called a different vendor and I received SERVICE WITHIN ONE WEEK. Theyre so efficient, they also inspect all 200 of my extinguishers and my fleet line too for my trucks. Thanks for nothing, you terribly rude people!

Sold me a k class tank for $200 come to find out it went out the following month an had to pay another $115 to get it reserviced.I called an its not on the invoice at all an I bought it from the guy that serviced everything.I do not recommend them at all.
