I had a problem with mold that is somewhat unique in that we just discovered the mold and are moving from the property but needed to be kept safe while we moved. Randy helped me with the problem by listening well, answering all my questions very professionally and guiding me towards the best solution for my particular situation. I would give 10 stars if I could! Randy was very responsive and became my advocate with the insurance company. He took the burden of dealing with all the different adjusters off my shoulders. We had water damage in our commercial kitchen. We called a few different companies, and Advanced Restoration was the only one who showed up when they were supposed to. They quoted me a good price and the final invoice was very close to the bid. The one thing that really shocked me was the foreman, Randy. He kept me updated all the time. Worked with Randy at Advanced Restoration on a leak that damaged our entire kitchen floor. From the very first time we met, I can tell hes had our best interest in mind. The most professional group Ive ever worked with - they went beyond normal expectations assisting me with multiple problems from termites and moisture being trapped underneath a flat, TPO roof.
