Cecilia and her staff have been kind and welcoming since the first day! I started seeing Cecilia during one of the hardest times of my life, due to unforseen incidents, and because of her help, my mental health has never been this great. I will forever be thankful!

I haven’t even started seeing her and my experience had already been horrible. First we where asked to go in person ONLY to fill out, well, to sign forms, something that could have been done via email or fax or even portal - I work in the medical field and that is why there is a patient portal. Then, we rcvd TWO emails with TWO appointments only for DAN to tell us that was only for him to be reminded that we are on the waiting list.By then I had already sent TWO emails asking questions about the appointment and about the password for the portal to which I did not get a reply. Then I decided to call and was told that he didn’t know when we would get an appointment, someone wouldn’t need to graduate before we can get an appointment- which that wasn’t what we where told when we went to the office -

The best counselor yet, I’ve been going to counseling for years now and I haven’t received the right treatment, but when I went to Cecilia everything changed, I was finally back to my normal life again, the best in Oklahoma

Cecilia is a good therapist, but the business office cant get it together. I had billing issues with my insurance the entire time I was a client, And then I was let go because the office didnt file Medicaid properly. I was only let go as a client after sharing the worst parts of my life. Now I have to start completely over again. Dont go here. Go somewhere where they know how to handle insurance.

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt safe. Staff was super friendly! The counselors are amazing and are really helping me work through my anxiety/depression. Im gradually and more confidently moving towards a vida sin miedo (life without fear)!! Gracias Cecy.

My lawyer recommended this place, even though Im 11 hours from there i have family there in Oklahoma so i took the entire family for vacation and while i was there i called and set up a appointment, they scheduled it for that same day which it was awesome, i got my first evaluation for anxiety, i started my first appointment with therapist Cecilia and i still get help from her over the phone every time ill get a anxiety crisis, she is wonderful and so helpful, thanks Ceci for your help

It is an excellent place, and very friendly staff, the therapist is very professional.

These services are very professional and I am very happy. They are very friendly and do not keep you waiting. I recommend it to people who want to feel better and be happy. Sometimes Latinos dont want to go to counseling because we think its weird or that one is wrong, but talking to a professional actually helps you and they dont judge you.
