A close family member made an appointment here. When he arrived for his session, nobody was there. He called and they told him they hadnt met there in months because of the pandemic and that it would be a video appointment. They never said anything about that when he called to set it up. So, they put him through to his counselor but it was her voice mail. He left a message but then called the office back. They said she would call him in a few minutes for the session but nobody ever called.

The photos attached to this will are viewable in the business photo section of courseSo I need a public ethics opinion on this on what should happen to this Counselor woman named Cindy Bunch, because with all differences aside, Ethically the State Board of Mental Health thinks this is Ok👇(I had to copy and paste the words from my complaint document because it wouldnt let me upload it)This was last year and some months ago, long read but plz do soMy name is Ahmad Odetalla and I am writing a finished draft because I had accidentally sent a a previous complaint that was unfinished in regards to Cindy Bunch, who works at Cobblestone counseling Services LLC located at 11400 Vineyard Blvd Oklahoma City, 73120 to obtain a license in professional counseling for which shes a candidate for.I live at OKC Compassion (located at 2132 West Park Place Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73107) which is a recovery program for the homeless, mentally ill, battered women and sober living. Cindy Bunch has been offering offering counseling services at OKC Compassion off and on for 2 years. During this time Cindy has become more socially engaged with Compassion to the point where that she is on the leadership team. This means she has the power to evict counseling clients from their homes. She uses to relay information to the leadership team resulting in homelessness for many clients. Cindy Bunch has told me about the sessions of other clients for example Jordan Pennethy and she has spoken to about me to others violating my privacy. After some time Cindy began taking me and other clients to Messiah Ministries Church which is her home church located at 2540 West Main Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73107. She would often push her religious and political beliefs off on me and other clients and if we disagreed she would become hostile. On November 26th, 2017 I attended church with Cindy Bunch and we got into a discussion about politics and religion, When I disagreed with her she threatened to get me in trouble with my landlord at OKC Compassion and I explained that I could turn her in if she continued to violate my privacy and ethics. Then Cindy threatened me with by saying she would report me to the leadership team. A few days later I was called into the office at Compassion and was forced to sign a homemade gag order saying I would not turn in Cindy Bunch. When Cindy made me sign the gag order under duress of eviction she refused to give me a copy, which was witnessed by Pastor Richard Bond. She canceled my counseling services. When she refused to give me a copy of the gag order I called her employer asking them for a copy. Then later on that day I get a letter from OKC Compassion asking me to stop the complaint process.Cindy violated my rights by forcing her religion on me, forcing me to sign a gag order, getting me in trouble with my landlord, trying to cover her tracks, and then by publicly and severely humiliating me.☝️And Obviously a preacher was more worried about his own interest then what was right because albeit on completely separate incident, physical harm was done to meBy the way I seen her at my work, thats all my friends and family

Kathy seemed to care but the office was very disorganized and three sessions had multiple interruptions.
