I lived here for a year and I must say that it was the best experience I have had in renting an apartment, being single at the time. The management team and maintenance was nice to work with. Alberto was always friendly and professional. I never needed to call maintenance for any issues because all the appliance was new and working properly. The property was clean, inside my unit was nice and clean when I moved in. The people who lives in this particular complex was nice and quite. I received a full return in my deposit.

Dont bother with this company and dont believe the fake 5 star review from Carla Quillen. Shes the Office Manager for Hansen Properties. Just goes to show the level of deceit they will stoop to.

These apartments are cheap. They dont repair anything when asked. They keep most of your deposit and wont explain why. And if you ask for the owner they wont let you speak with him. Ive had a horrible experience renting through Hansen properties and I would not recommend them to anyone.
