All I can say is wow. Just tried to spend 5000.00 and was told no we only sell to business. Guess Ill take my shopping elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time with this company . No counter sales, in other words ... don’t bother us unless every order is a large one. Idiotic trend to close down counter sales, what genius thinks this is a good marketing move.

Had a 🚛load delivery early morning called ahead and told them Im on my way. Ppl are very good and unloaded very quickly.

Ive been doing business with them for about twenty years but as of yesterday that has come to an end. I walked end and was informed that they no longer sell to the public who walks in to buy from them at the counter. You must have an account and call your order in ahead of time. That means that you cannot visually inspect the items to see what best fits your need. I guess you must order by phone and rely on their description of the item or maybe order from the internet, not sure how it works now. I understand they have new owners. Heres a message to you new owners......your business days are numbered. You have competitors. KP Supply is going the same way as most other businesses in the country, poor and impersonal service.
