I was frauded it by my own family Never seen any letters go out no disputes happening every time I called to inquire I got a run around and I’m amazed that everyone is on here talking about how great the services were But the website has been down for almost 2 years all I want is you to pay me back my money so that I can pay someone on us to fix my credit

Im really blessed to have ran into Charisma at the grocery store. I was needing to buy a house she said she could help me buy it within 90-120 days and she kept her word. I bought my house last week. I pray your blessings are times 10.

I paid her 750.00 to repair my credit and I only seen few things come off and only received one round of dispute letters. She told me (charisma)they was working on another round and hadnt seen that yet. Also I asked about adding a tradeline to my credit. She told me she knew someone that could do it for. I paid her 400.00 more dollars for that and never seen on my credit report. Charisma made it seem as though she was going to give me my money back and I never received it. Ive called several times along with via text message, and she never returned and calls nor texts. Now she has me on block! SMH.. She also had me sign an contract along with Kevin patten just incase Mr Kevin dont follow up on his end, which he didnt! She said he was sending me a check in the mail which I never received. So she Charisma said she was going to send my money back being that I did pay her via zelle. I hope to get this issue resolved soon. Definitely a lesson learned
