Terrible customer service. i went in with an oversized blazer that i wanted alterations done to (hemming sleeves / body + taking in sleeves). laura first commented on how expensive it was going to be to alter the blazer (ok...) and then discounted everything i said i wanted, which were realistic given i wanted to preserve the oversized fit of the blazer (taking in sleeves and hemming length are common for blazer alterations, right?!) and decided that the changes were not possible (because she wouldnt like what it looked like...).
