We hired this company to clean builder-grade carpet that was already in halfway decent shape, but they left a mildew-laden home after moving-in we almost gagged. One of the employees broke our spigot after leaving, and no response from the owner. every call and email thereafter was ignored. Crew arrived 1.5 hours late on the date of our move. Do not, i repeat, do not be so credulous as to think this company receives nothing but great reviews. Worst mistake weve made in a long time. Litigation will follow and restitution will be paid, rest assured. Horrible business and an even worse owner. dont take the time to write reviews, but this demanded a response to the public.response-we left you 4 separate voicemails with no response. no apologies or remediation of any kind were made. we hate it when companies do a lousy job, but we have zero tolerance for pathological liars. reported to the bbb. you should be ashamed of yourself, joe. the most unprofessional experience my family had ever come across.

So grateful for joe and his team!! had to make a super last minute appointment bc i completely forgot that i needed to get my apartments carpet professionally cleaned before i moved out. i was so stressed!! a quick google search of carpet cleaning okc same day brought me to joes carpet cleanings website. called the number listed at 10am and was able to get the service booked for the same day at 3pm!!! as a millennial, i absolutely dread booking things thru the phone, but the phone call was literally:-me: hey i need to book a carpet cleaning service for hopefully today or tmrw pls-joe: no prob. i got an opening today at 3pm. ill text u so u can msg me the deets.-me: *cries tears of relief* kk thx bye.i actually wasnt in state when i booked this service, but they offer multiple options for payment (ie; paypal, venmo, cashapp, & square) so i was easily able to pay online and didnt have to be there at all. went to the apartment at the end of the day to check everything and the makeup stain on the carpet was completely gone! highly recommend them!!!

Just purchased a home in the Edmond area 3 weeks ago. The sellers of the home agreed to have the carpets professionally cleaned. They went with this company for that service @ $180.00. I’m not sure if the day services needed that there was a lack of “attention to details” or services even being rendered. At the time of moving in the carpet really didn’t look like anything had been done but trying to give the benefit of the doubt I continued to inspect the rest of the house. Since I was not involved in the initial process of having the carpets cleaned I assumed that the job had been done...until I decided to purchase a vacuum cleaner (since I’m still waiting on my HHG goods) to arrive I vacuumed all the carpeted rooms. Let’s just say I was completely shocked to see how much debris, lint/fuzz and dog hairs I collected in my little $80 vacuum and that was just one room in the house...not to mentioned that I’ve been finding little nails all throughout the house where we have been sleeping on air mattresses; the closet areas, hallways and living room. These nails are not just located along the base boards but in the center of all the rooms. As much dirt, debris and pet hairs that I’ve collected by vacuum I cannot believe that this company cleaned, steam and shampooed this house. The previous owners moved out well before 22 of Jan. Why does the house have sooo much dog hair and debris if it was cleaned? I ask this question to the owner and the response i received was how expensive his equipment was. and how he remembered being paid the $180.00 but couldn’t explain the process that the cleaners use when servicing a reaidential house. He stated that he “doesn’t know what they did on that day but his equipment cost about $80,000. That’s all well and good that he purchased a high quality equipment...it’s just sad that that same equipment wasn’t used in the cleaning of this house that I will have to have cleaned before my hhg goods arrive. I have no problems with supporting a business as long as the quality and accountability of the work is 100%. I don’t believe that the quality or the representation by the owner made me believe that they 100% stand by their work if the work was even done. So for that I will not utilize their services ever nor recommend this company to anyone that I know looking to for carpet cleaning services.

I was so shocked that I could find a company to come out short notice and they came out the same day!! He came on time and was quick! I had my carpets cleaned in 4 bedrooms all with walk in closets and the tile/grout cleaned in 4 bathrooms, mud room, kitchen, kitchenette, long hallway and rear entrance. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to try Joes Carpet Cleaning. Joe was very accommodating to my schedule. Had a last minute change due to a change in a doctors appointment and he came an hour early than originally planned. My carpets look as good as they did five years ago when they were installed. I had several pet stains that are no longer visible. The house smells nice and fresh again. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

My phone call was answered quickly, a good approximation of price was quoted by phone, and they came out the same day after business hours. The work was great and the price was right at the preliminary quote. Very courteous, prompt, and fair; what else can you ask for?

We had Joes come by to do some carpet and upholstery cleaning. I expected them to just come by and give me a quote, but they came by gave me a quote and got started right away. A lady came in to negotiate the price with me. Their prices online didnt exactly match up with what she decided, but fair enough. Be aware folks that a sectional sofa is likely to be charged a bit more and know whether or not youve a double living-room. I got charged for that, though they didnt move my couch or entertainment console. On the whole, he did a good job cleaning my carpets and couch. The lady was a bit bossy and snippy while negotiating. But the work was sound so no real complaints.

We contacted them to clean our carpet. We talked to them on the phone and explained EVERYTHING they were suppose to clean. They quoted us $120 for our small 3 bedroom house. Before they came out we text them our address and again wrote out everything they are to clean. They wrote back yes it will be $120. When they get here they said the price was $140. They refused to acknowledge they quoted us $120. In fact, they told us $120 is the price from 2013, not 2015. I would not recommend using them! Several other companies out there that charge $120 and keep their word.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was a loyal customer for 7 years until Joe sent a crew to my home that did not speak English.They were late,quoted a higher price vs. price Joe (owner) quoted me originally and did a piss poor job cleaning! They did not go into the crevices of the couch and dog hair was still visible. I repeatedly asked them to slow down and re-do. They left lateral dirt streaks in my cream couch because they were to LAZY to take their time and be precise. The guy said it would disappear when the couch dried and that was a LIE. The next day, I had to spend more money and do the job myself and a better job at that! I felt cheated.I called Joe and he said he would come back and re-clean the couch. He kept postponing and STOOD me up several times, then he STOPresponding to my calls and text.I reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau and he never responded.I would NEVER recommend him to anyone because he treats customers like crap, he does not take responsibility or own up to unprofessional behavior, and has horrible customer service! He has proven to be a JERK and PISS POOR business man!

In spite of all cleaning, my room looks dirty because of the carpet. Carpet cleaning is not my cup of tea. I called Joe’s carpet cleaning for this purpose. Now I’m glad I did. Everything turned out great, now my carpet looks all new again.

When I initially inquired about services with Joes Carpet Cleaning, I emphasized to the owner the importance of removing insufferable pet odors. With that being said, I was explicitly told by the owner that he specialized in removing pet odors with a supposed 3-part enzyme cleaning process.After being reassured that any pet odors would be eliminated, I scheduled service for the odors to be eradicated from our carpets. For the record, Joes crew arrived almost an hour late than our scheduled appointment. Mind you, we are very tolerant and understanding when it comes to businesses being late since there are variables outside of ones control. However, we werent given any rationale or reasoning as to why they were late, not to mention that they never even took the time to acknowledge their tardiness once they did arrive. Once his crew had completed the job, I was told by a member of the crew that I would have to wait for a period of 3 hours so that the carpets would have time to settle.Once my wife and I moved into our new home the next day, we were overwhelmed by the gag-inducing odor of wet dog that permeated through the house. We took it upon ourselves to eliminate the odor by renting a Rug Doctor unit from Walmart, and we almost effortlessly eliminated the odor completely.After respectfully expressing our concerns to the owner the next day, he was not only disputatious and argumentative, but he took no accountability for his undelivered promises.As a settlement, we agreed that he would issue us a full refund for the poor level of service. Unfortunately, my wife and I never received a refund. Consequently, we chose to be proactive by submitting a complaint through the Better Business Bureau since this ordeal constitutes as consumer fraud. Coincidentally, this isnt the first occurrence in which someone had submitted a complaint for this business.In an act of complete malice and retaliation, Joe had posted a fraudulent review under my personal business denigrating my operation because of his inability to control his emotions. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! BUYERS BEWARE! My pregnant wife and I were buying a home and needed carpet cleaning and moving services. I called them 3 weeks in prior to moving to schedule both cleaning and moving services. Everything sounded okay even though I had to speak to Joe about the cleaning and Shawn (his partner I’m assuming) about the moving. A week prior to the move I called again to confirm everything and here’s where I should have realized something was terribly wrong. I could not get a hold of Joe or Shawn, I left messages on both their voice mails. Days later I got a call back with completely wrong information; they had messed up the address. After correcting all the information and reiterating we need the cleaning service after we close on our house at 11AM, Shawn assured me their moving and cleaning services were top notch and that I would be impressed. Nothing could be further from the truth. On the day of our cleaning service Joes crew showed up hours ahead of schedule, called us and couldn’t speak or understand much English. Joe/Shawn had never communicated the correct time. We were still closing on our house so we called Joe and informed him of the error. He said he would call the crew and straighten things out. The crew called back and said they wouldnt be available until 6PM and they would call when they were on their way. We reluctantly agreed since we had no other choice. Around 530PM, they called back stating they were at the property and asked if we could now come to the property (no respect for customers time). So we went immediately and they were not there. Had to call Joe again to find out what was going on. They showed up 10 minutes later saying they had to go get coffee at the gas station as they were exhausted and extremely busy. After giving them a walk-through of the house they tried to charge us more than what we had originally agreed with the business owner Joe. I called Joe and confirmed our house was 3 bedrooms. He said the price should not be any different than what he quoted. I handed the phone to one of the workers. They exchanged words in their foreign language. When he returned the phone, I discovered they were trying to charge more for two dark spots. That is the point of carpet cleaning!.After Joe talked to them again they started work with a crappy attitude mumbling to themselves. They did not even try to get the dark spots out and did a hurried job and left. These people were a waste of time and money. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK; I don’t understand how they have some good reviews on here unless they are fake reviews.The next day we were scheduled to move at 9 – 930am. 930am comes and goes – nothing, 10am, 1030am still nothing. I try to call Shawn and it goes straight to voicemail, I call Joe and he picks up and tells us that he will get a hold of Shawn and ask him to call me. I call Joe 2 more times over the next 2 hours and then I realize they are not going to show up at all. So here we are boxes everywhere ready to have our stuff moved to our new house scrambling with a pregnant wife to find a company to help us move. I was so frustrated and angry I wanted to go speak to someone, the address listed in Google is a UPS mailbox location. So this company does not even have a legitimate office. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
