I had my carpets cleaned last week by this company. The representative that came to my house, Isaiah, was extremely professional and went over exactly what he was going to be doing while he was there. He was very proficient and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I have had this oriental rug for close to 40 years. NEVER has it come back from a cleaning looking this amazing! Not only is it clean and fresh, colors are absolutely vibrant again. Will be using this Chem Dry from now on.

Tile and Grout cleaning was very poor quality, They left puddled water messes and chemical/soap residue in multiple places. They had two evenings to clean the lobby tile and did not even return the second evening. They cancelled return appointments to clean where they had skipped on their original clean dates. Then blamed it on holes in equipment lines and spray nozzles that wouldnt rotate when they did finally come back and try to make it right They had to cancel twice, going over the missed areas and cleaning back up chemical residue from original cleaning, and then skipped other areas of the building, between cancelled appointments and poor professionalism. I highly recommend using an alternative company. We asked them come out and see how poor of a job they did, and two weeks later they showed and said they couldnt have got it any cleaner... We ask them to lower our bill and they said they already quoted it at a Discounted price to begin with. Once again SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE. Very poor service/quality/organization and regards to customer satisfaction, you name it. We wish we had spent our money elsewhere.

Isaiah was very professional. Explained the process in detail when i asked. Company was very helpful and answered my questions when I called. I will use this company again because it was fairly fast service. I only had 4 rooms. No odors. Did have a nice smelling solution for floor when prepping. Otherwise no odor or smell what so ever.

Andrew and team were very professional and thorough. They cleaned in a good timely manner, wiped up and dried areas that were needed. He also let me know if after 24hours that were not satisfied and still had some areas of concern they would come back out. Thanks again for taking care of our home.

I hired this company to come out and wash the carpets and tile in my new home. They were very professional over the phone as well as upon arrival. Once the gentlemen he did his job which roughly took 4 hours or so. I paid the ticket $1,800 and he left. The next day I noticed water damage to the bottom of the trim of my walls. I contacted the company and they informed me they would get me in touch with the owner. After a few days of calling, I finally spoke with the owner. After explaining the issues he responded “I don’t want to deal with this so I’m going to refund your money and hung up”This took me by surprise to say the least, after we got off the phone I contacted a contractor to come out and inspect the damage. The total cost for damage is roughly $2,800 and no one will acknowledge or respond to my calls. I am now in the process of speaking with my attorney to unfortunately take matters to the next level.I would highly recommend against using this company, what you get when they are selling their brand vs what you get and the quality professionalism once they receive their money is on two different ends of the spectrum. Disappointing to say the least.

Andrew was very courteous. He was very thorough in the estimate, and the work. I was very impressed with the work he did. He also did my tile. I will surely have them come back when I need the service again.

Ive used Chem-Dry twice now to come out and clean my sectionals. They are really incredible. My couches look like new once they finish. They need a full day to dry and I know some people dont like the saturation of the furniture, but it works and has been a really big help for us. We have 2 kids under 3 and after having the furniture cleaned - it really does look like brand new. Highly recommend. Its a little pricey, but my couches werent cheap so I figured its probably best to go with the pros.

The service technician was on time and friendly. He explained everything in detail so I knew what to expect. He removed stains I thought he wasnt going to be able to get out. The carpet looked and smelled great. Great servicr at a great price.

I had my great room cleaned. It was sticky and crunchy. I called they came back took a pic of my vC that was white from residue. After the came back and redid, I still have a large amount of white residue. It isn’t suppose to be that way.

I had some dog urine issues in my carpets and I had them clean the two rooms w/ their specifically formulated dog urine destroyer stuff and it got most of the smell out in about 2 days. I’m pretty happy w/ the quality of work and most of the carpets were dry in a few hours w/ the fan on and windows opened.

I’ve used this company twice and I spoke highly recommend. My carpets look brand new.

Young gentlemen came out to clean our area rug. The next day red dye appeared on the rug. Called Chem Dry they scheduled an appointment to pick up our area rug to fix the problem. Its going on 2months and they HAVE NOT returned our rug. Every other weekend we call theres a different story. Its still being clean, the manager wants to clean it a 2nd time, let me talk to the manager Im the only one here in the office..These are the excuses we are receiving. I talk to Sandy on 12/19/20 she stated I see some rugs but she couldnt reach them to see if one of the rugs is ours...then she stated the rug that I described dosent look like our rug and again she will get with her manager on Monday, then I learned last week our area rug is in Dallas. My husband and I purchased our area rug from Mathis Brothers got it on sale for 900 bucks. It was originally 1800.00 but luckily they had a pretty good sale during the time of the purchase last year. I will be contacting channel 4,5,& 9 news. Also, I work for a law firm and I will follow as to what steps to take. 2months. This has gone toooo far and it is absolutely unacceptable. Folks read the reviews. My husband know I read reviews 1st before doing business unfortunately he found this place and didnt do a complete search about this company...& I got on my husband about this as well. Either they have misplaced, damaged the rug even more, or someone has taken our rug.

Andrew was awesome! He took the time to listen to & answer all of our questions about our upholstery cleaning. He also was very honest. He took the time to make sure we were satisfied and he happily went over any areas we werent satisfied with.

Andrew was great! He did everything asked and was very attentive and friendly. I have never had my carpets cleaned professionally as i usually do it myself but it was well worth the results and how quick it dried. I will definitely use chem dry again!

I do realize that I opted for only the $99 special, however the house was empty and collectively all three rooms probably dont add up to no more than 400-500 sq ft, and yes it was dry in about 1-2 hrs. My wife said they only spent about 30-45 min, but it was most definitely NOT clean. used my wifes rug cleaner 3 days later and this is what the water looked like after. If your a carpet cleaning company and you get paid to clean a carpet, than at least clean it.

Response to initial inquiry was fast. Confirmation email and call were received. Technician let us know when he was on the way via text and arrived promptly afterward. All staff were polite and helpful. Cleaning process was fast and very efficient. We did the $99 3 room carpet special with no extra treatment. We were told that for pet urine stains there could be a worsening of odor if PERT treatment wasnt used. This didnt happen with our carpet, but not discounting that it could happen. Very pleased, would recommend.

They did a good professional job cleaning our carpets. I dont like steam cleaning carpets and was glad to find a local company that would come out to our area to clean. I will use them again in the future

Andrew, the lead on the project went above and beyond, as we had a big event planned for Sunday, and we only had the mishap Wednesday. He came back Saturday and early Sunday to make sure we were in place for the day, when it certainly didnt seem possible this could happen. His teammate, Tyrone, was equally respectful, professional and thorough. Their demeanor left us confident we would get a complete job; I trusted it would be done right, but it was above and beyond in every respect! It’s taking a little longer than expected to dry but the humidity is a little higher today due to potential storms and it doesn’t bother me to wait due to how good the carpet looks and smells.

This company has cleaned for us several times and we always have an excellent result. We have a dog and they get the urine smell out of our carpet. Always professional and never a mess. Highly recommend!!!

Called to specifically have 1 room only treated for pet urine. was advised of a minimum so I added another room for regular cleaning. Was told $99 for the rooms with a $9 disposal fee. Tech arrived and advised it was going to be an additional $90 for the urine removal. Was not at all told it was anything other than the $99+$9. Called the office to inquire and was told all calls were recorded and they were going to listen to the call and get back to me. Did not receive a call back until a day later when I posted a review to Yelp. Said reviewing the call I was not told of the additional charge but would they like me to come back and go ahead and clean? uh, no thanks. Would not recommend at all.

The technician arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He didnt try to up sale us. Cost us $188 for a basic clean on five rooms under 200 Square feet. We have used this company numerous times and have never experienced an issue.

There were a few stains that were almost completely removed, but I was told the carpet would be almost dry at the end of the cleaning and would dry in 2-4 hours, but it was still sopping wet 8 hours later. This prevented the other work to be done that had been scheduled that day. Also, I had the grout in the tile floors cleaned in the home and while the grout in the bathroom was much better, the kitchen looked the same as before the cleaning. Also, I had to ask the technician to dry the tile floors and the wood floors as he was leaving. The cleaning was very expensive ($480 for 3 rooms of carpet and 2 rooms of tile) so I expected it to be better. One other note, the technician requested a tip to add an extra stain preventative service. I will not be using this company again.

Carpet dried faster than with any other service I have ever used. That was great but my WOW was the shine they put on my granite counters. Who knew they could do granite too? My kitchen looks new again. Thanks for your great service.

I have always used Stanley Steemer in the past. I decided to try Chem Dry because they claim to be more environmentally friendly. The technician was professional and seemed to do a good job. However, on the day after the cleaning, we started to notice a smell. And by the following day, the smell was really bad. Upon further inspection, I have a large purplish moldy spot in one of the rooms. Id run the fans and kept the windows open during daytime hours. I emailed Chem Dry with my concerns and received no response. I finally called. I was told that the technician warned me that the smell (that had been isolated to individual spots in the carpet before cleaning) might become worse after cleaning. I was warned that the cleaning might not get rid of the smells in individual spots, but I was NEVER told that cleaning might make the smell worse. Use with caution.

Andrew did an excellent job and got out stains we thought were impossible to get out. He was HELPFUL and professional. We will ask for him in the future and recommend Chen-Dry to everyone. Thank you so much.

I set an appointment with them with a “flex time” of 1-5, which is really an inconvenient because I would have to be on call for their arrival. After waiting at home for them to come, I received multiple calls stating they would be there shortly. I continued to wait for them to show up. Finally shortly after, I received a call stating they had received a water damage call and would need to reschedule. Not only was this a waste of my day, but they showed no customer concern that they blew me off for a larger job. I gave them one star because they offered to reschedule me the next day, however to me, it wasn’t enough. I schedule with another company the next day and they gave me an exact time they could arrive.

Called Chem-Dry after having another carpet company come out. Chem-Dry did a fantastic job. Really got some of the harder stains in my carpet. Would definitely recommend. Still not completely sold that this method is better than steam cleaning. But I cant argue with the results.

Love the green solution, its safe for kids and pets. Its dry in no time compared to other companys. I love that the protect-ant will help me get spills up easier. Next round of cleaning is my upholstery.

Our appointment was scheduled for 6.3.16. They called to confirm the appt. but told me it was on a Saturday and not Friday, as scheduled. After a while, they called back and honored the original date. The gentlemen that cleaned was very nice, polite and very professional. We had a trouble area that we didnt think would come completely clean, but should at least look better, and it absolutely looks great. The gentlemen came in and didnt waste any time getting to work and worked diligently until finished. Very satisfied with the work done. You could smell the difference and it was nice. So, other than the mix up on the date, which they corrected, we were very pleased with the services provided.

“Good help is hard to find.” I hear this all the time from people in the service industry. But if you get Andrew from this office, you’ll get a guy who, even though he’s just an employee, approaches every job like he’s the owner! He does his job and he does it well. I called Chem Dry after being stood up by Pro Steamers, they are horrible. Chem Dry got me in the next day. They showed up early and it took maybe 30 minutes for them to clean my living room and hallway. Customer service rep was nice and did a great job. I would recommend to anyone based on my experience.

The men did a good job cleaning the carpets. I did however specify that I had just cleaned my wood floors and I did not want them to mess them up. They assured me they would not. They left my wood floors with grass and smear marks wherever the hoses has been. I had to reclean after they had cleaned. I have used other companies that actually carry a mop for this specific purpose. I recommend that you consider this service as well.

Phil and Andrew were excellent! They were very professional, kind, and easy to work with. I opted out of the pre-treatment because I honestly did not think my LR carpet needed it. I realized quickly that I was WRONG. The guys were kind enough to go back and pre-treat the carpet and shampoo it again. What do you know? It was amazingly clean the second time! The pre-treatment smells wonderfully and refreshingly citrus, make sure you use it. Definitely worth the money. They were also wicked fast.

I scheduled for someone from Chem Dry to come out to give me an estimate on carpet repair. I had looked at their reviews, which were mostly good. The scheduler I spoke with seemed very distracted because I had to repeat myself a few times and she also put me on hold for several minutes. I also asked about gettung some ball park pricing and was told they could not do that. But I was still happy because they were able to schedule me the next day. When I asked what their turn around time would be if I were to go with them for the scheduler stated they could do it while they were there. That was even better and regardless of the price I would have most likely went with it. They scheduled me.for 12-3...a tech finally showed up right at 3pm. But she tells me she doesnt usually do the carpet repair estimates or the work and that they had just now transferred the estimate over to her to come handle!! She stated that she was sending the info over to the carpet repair tech for pricing which ended up being a price per hour and prices for each patch and seam... (why couldnt the ball park prices for me then?) I told her of my conversation with the scheduler and that I was expecting someone to do work today as I had taken off work. I also told her that the scheduler I had spoken seemed very distracted. She apologized and said she had it down as an estimate only. I called the main number and got Sherry. She apologized and said all she could do was schedule me for another appointment. I realize mistakes are made. I just think there should have been something else done in return for the trouble I had and there was not. Really, the only thing that kept me from loosing my cool was the tech that was here was very nice and apologetic and I knew it was not her fault. Needless to say I decided not to go with Chem Dry and ended up finding someone else that is doing it for less anyways.

Regardless if they were or not, they were still filthy with stains and an odor I was growing more and more irritated (and disgusted!) with. We found ChemDry and the rest is history. They explained different the cleaning techniques on the phone and set up and appointment for the next day. The technician came over and reviewed different cleaning packages and specials with my husband. We had 4 rooms and a hallway cleaned, as well as the spot treatment. I came home and the house smelled CLEAN and the carpets looked brand new. It only took a few hours to dry and I got on the floor to do yoga last night and.. no more horrible odor!! Finally fresh carpets! Thank you ChemDry!
