One star is more than they deserve. Our companys contract was expired years ago by Eliots own account but when we sent them official notice that we were moving to another processor AND they confirmed that they got the notice and would close the account, they continued to debit both of our accounts for $65.71 over a month after the agreed date of account closure. Once they get your bank account number, its worse than a root canal getting them out of your bank account. Had to pay my bank to reverse ANY AND ALL future charges.Deal with Eliot at your own peril.
Extremely difficult to cancel service. You must cancel more than 30 days before anniversary date and less than 90 days. So you have 60 days during the year to remember to cancel. Otherwise, you are hit with a $495 cancellation fee. So frustrating! Would never recommend. Go with someone that doesnt have a contract like paypal or square!
I have to say i absolutely love working here! I get the opportunity to meet merchants and be apart of their business growth which is a joy to watch! Ive had an account with Eliot management group for 2 years and have nothing but exceptional things to say. Excellent customer service and always responsive if I have a question. Ive referred Family and friends putting my own name behind what they can expect as well because I know Eliot management group will meet and exceed their expectations. The manager jamie strives to take care of each account based on their individual needs and it shows. I was tired of being a number somewhere and I am treated like a person when I call. The feedback from my family and friends has been the same. I highly recommend this company!
ALL of the 5 star reviews are from employees! Just find someone else!!! Yes, they trick you into a 4 year contract with a leasing company, not at the 49.95 they claim,,, its actually 60.00 per month for 4 years for a 300.00 terminal. They waived the 4.95 overnight fee, but now they want 3 or 6 months of bank statements to fulfill the overnight funds. I could go on, just use your bank, this company rates up there with all the rest of the bad ones
We know youre thinking about doing business with them or you wouldnt be reading this post. Do yourself a favor, seriously, and move on down the road before you fall into the same snare we did.The only reason we rate them poor to fair is theres not a button for horrid on the page. We fell into their snare looking to do business locally. Theyre a front for another company that you deal with instead of your local office. Theyre absolutely horrid. From the start, they hit you with hidden fees, held tickets because the sales person didnt get our ticket size correct, fees for the held tickets, endless cycle of hidden fees, and the whole rate thing was a scam. When confronted, the customer service agent informed that the lower rate that we were promised is only for banks that have more than $10,000,000,000 in processing assets. I blew up when I heard that. Its a pure bait and switch. Add insult to injury, their equipment arrived dead on arrival, which cost us a fee to replace even though it was never used and was dead on arrival. We paid the $495 fee to get away from them, but their lies cost us another almost $500 in surprise fees!Their chief selling point is they are local. Its really not a selling point because you can never get them and when you do, theres so much drama in the office or their lives that you spend all your time listening to that instead of being helped. Theyre really not a good deal. We support local companies and try to do business with our neighbors when we can, but this is the only exception we have made in 20 years. If they call you or you stumble on them looking for a local company to do your credit card processing, move on down the road. Youll save yourself a lot of grief and a trip to the doctor with ulcers swallowing all the hog crap youre going to get when you set up your account with these people.
HORRIBLE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT USE THIS OFFICE. THEY OPENED 4 EXTRA ACCOUNTS THAT BILLED ME $1,028.00 FOR A FULL YEAR WITHOUT TELLING ME. VERY UNETHICAL PERSONS WHO ONLY WANT TO HELP YOU WHEN THERE IS MONEY TO BE MADE.

I should have read reviews before doing business with Eliot in Okc. Bought a point of sale register from them. Big mistake! After i paid them they disappeared. Didnt complete installation and never came back as promised. I called several times and they would not answer. Just a warning do not do business witj this company.

Excellent customer service my representative Cetericka Grant was outstanding for the distinctive Dezigns salon she went over and beyond to ensure proper installation of the equipment not to mention went the extra mile to pick it up from fedex for me after missing the delivery to ensure I could stay focused on services with clients she was very knowledgeable of everything i must say this was a superior experience on professionalism thank you

Rude is an understatement. The rep, Zenobia, lied and suggested she had personal business in an effort to take with someone and sell whatever theyre selling, then got instantly upset at the idea of leaving a message stating that her time was precious. Terrible cold calling practices.
I worked here for 2 days after being laid off. The most ridiculous and scummy people on earth. Once I got thru what they call training, I got to my cubical with a phone book and a phone to dial for the tiny 5ft 4in 130lb jackass they let run the place. Its a 1099 position and they micromanage, illegally, and threaten to take your cell phone away if youre caught with itZ No one do business or work for these scumbags. Ever. What a joke!

Require you sign a non canceling contract. I needed two machines at my business so they put them on two separate contracts. My business closed so I have been forced to pay over $4000 in cancellation fees. Do yourself a favor and use Square or Paypal. Leave the criminals out of the equation.
My experience as an employee:- never got paid- manager has too manage so many people at once and other employees who work there fall short under the bus with no pay cause the company terminates people once the deadline hits- if you plan on choosing them for a career I advise you to be financially ready and stable because the first few weeks/months of working everything is coming out of your pocket- you’ll be advised to set plenty of appointments and calls for nothing

Called salesman, Zack Cline for assistance on my account. Spoke with him personally on a couple occasions and left voice mails. After 2 MONTHS, he has NEVER called me back! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
