Worst customer service, I’ve never spoken with a “supervisor” so rude in my life.
This is scam they sent me a $2,500 bill for nothing. If they send you a letter report them.
THIS IS A SCAM they Sent me a fraudulent bill of $2,500 claiming that I caused damage to ncdot property in 2015 I called ncdot directly and said they bill people directly and have never heard of CMR. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAMS. IF THEY CONTACT YOU CALL A LAWYER AND GET LAW ENFORCEMENT INVOLVED
Unfortunely, this is the poorest customer service I’ve had to correspond with. Both Chad Fisher and Shelby Lambert were not helpful in dealing with concern about a billing statement that I had Verizon’s logo on it sent by CMR. With a little over 19 years of dedicated military service in the Marines, I would think I deserve a little more than “we can settle now with a lower payment”. They couldn’t provide a number to call to dispute the claim or to cancel the erroneous/illegitimate charge. They said they did not have the ability or authorization to execute that task; additionally couldn’t tell me who to contact or who had the authorization. Once I was able to get a hold of Verizon financial services and billing department, they didn’t even take responsibility for it and ended up forwarding me back to CMR. I never received a notice of bill from Verizon, no 30 day letter or late fee; It went straight to this agency as a third party. I agree with a lot the negative posts here. Companies like these can’t be really trusted. Semper Fi.
This company isnt a scam. They handle damage claims for different communication companies. You know like if someone damages a companies fios or phone line. They investigate and settle these claims.
Total scam artists. Have never heard of this company until their bills started showing up in my mailbox. Been sending me bogus billing statements on Frontier letterhead for months claiming that I owe them money. They also claim that they are a third party contracted with Frontier Communications to collect for damages, yet no one at Frontier has ever heard of them. Billing at Frontier shows my account in good standing since inception with no balance due. One of the CMR operators offered to give me a 20% discount to settle the bill. Someone has thought up a clever way to screw people over. Looks like I will have to get legal counsel involved to stop the harassment as well as file complaint with the state attorney generals office
They know little about the utility industry and are unwilling to listen to the facts. They send bogus invoices on behalf of Frontier. They bully and try to collect money that isnt legally due. Shame on Frontier for allowing CMR to handle their utility damage claims this way.
They are also sending bogus Century Link collection letters to people who dont even have Century Link!!!! Just filed with Arizona Attorney Generals office reporting their scam.
I am not sure who they are, but they sent a bill with Verizon logo and told me they will ruin my credit if they dont receive a payment in 30 days.
If you get a bill from this company report it as a fraud. They run a scam with Verizon...
This business is a criminal organization! They are illegally claiming debts and making threats!
They dont handle small claims just called but they said small claims assistance
