Miracle Method did a great job repairing my fiberglass tub. They were professional, on time, and my tub looks good as new. Stacey, the estimator, was informative and really nice to work with, and Ty, the technician, did a great job. Everything was explained in detail, before and after the repair. Highly recommend.

What a great job Dee did on our window sill. He is truly a professional and he has such a pleasing personality. We really enjoyed meeting and getting to talk with him. It was a nice experience for us and we are very pleased with the results. A quality job.

My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this business. Their customer service skills are lacking, and they are hateful and rude (as evidenced by many of their replies to the bad reviews on here!). They reglazed our kitchen sink for us in October 2020. There was some bubbling that was covered under the warranty. I called to schedule someone to come out to fix it about a month ago. Both my husband and I work, and cannot leave at a moments notice to be home for a repair person to be there to fix it, so having an appointment where we can expect someone to be there on time is important to us! For the first appointment, they did not come at the scheduled time on my confirmation email. I called Miracle Method to see what was up. The woman who I spoke with on the phone was so rude to me. We were able to get rescheduled, because we were relying on a technician to be there at the scheduled time and my husband couldnt wait for him to arrive since he had to be back at work. We rescheduled, and the appointment was for 9:00 today. I received an email this morning asking if we could do 3:00. She called about 30 minutes ago to see if 11:00 was okay because something opened up. Turns out my husband changed around his schedule to accommodate them for 3:00 and could no longer do the morning. I had told her on the phone I thought 11:00 would be better, but I was wrong. My husband called her a few minutes after she had called me, and she was rude to him and blamed me when he said he couldnt do 11:00. She was rude and hateful every time we spoke - to both me and my husband and made us to feel like their scheduling was our fault and that we were an incredible inconvenience to them, which was insulting. I understand that schedules change, sometimes things get lost in communication, etc. But it seems like they are not willing to extend the same understanding to others. We felt undervalued and like a problem for them. We have cancelled and would rather pay money for nice people to fix our sink rather than have a rude business fix it for free under the warranty.

Used Miracle Method to resurface a shower pan. Ty was the technician, and did a very complete and professional job. He explained the complete process and we were very satisfied with the outcome. Needless to say it was much cheaper that replacing the the pan.

Miracle Method resurfaced my 1980s ceramic bathtub & white tile. They made it look like NEW at a reasonable cost! The technician was very professional & knew his craft! Love the results!! Betty

We had our 1987 country blue counters refinished, and it exceeded our expectations!! Forget new counters! This is SO much cheaper and looks awesome!!

We had a small surface crack in our jacuzzi tub. We called for an estimate and they came out within a few days. The bid was very reasonable so we accepted and scheduled the service. They came out in about 2 weeks and it took a little over an hour to repair. We were very pleased with the repair and would highly recommend them to others.

I requested a quote to fix crack in my shower. Young lady said send address and pics. She said she would text me quote. I waited all day then called back and she had to look up my phone number. Then asked what I was wanting I replied with a text. Its been over a week and no word from them. No quote,no reply, nothing! I would expect at least a courtesy call or even a text saying they cant help me from a 4.8 star rating on google!! Thanks google!!Thanks for finally replying! I did not receive any follow up from you or your office manager. My house is 43 minutes from your business. Why would you ask for my address if you did not check where it is? If a 43 minute drive is too far for you to help a customer no matter how small the job wow! I requested repair and resurface the tub! Please look it up. I will not change my rating. I wish your business the best and Happy Holidays!!

I had an old 1970’s yellow tub refinished white. It looks like new again! Tech was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and he left the work area clean. I am very happy with the entire process. I had everything explained to me, appointment was scheduled a week later, tech arrived on time, job was done well. Highly recommend this company.

What a beautiful shower and tub surround I know have. Tile and grout that was very outdated and difficult to keep clean has now been transformed into a beautiful modern spa. Tyler was the best. Did everything perfectly and was very cautious of the surroundings. I would recommend Miracle method highly to all my friends.

They came out late november and said they could refinish my tub. Couldnt book til late december. We waited and waited. Guy comes in (no mask, by the way) and within minutes says he cant fix it. We waited over a MONTH for them to tell us I still cant shower in my own home.

We had Miracle Method come out to a property to refinish the tub. They came quick, apparently there was a job cancellation. We recently had all of the plumbing replaced, before they refinished the tub. The installer said it was required that I replace the drain assembly, (it was brand new) to get him to move forward, I agreed.He goes about doing his refinish. Great.A week later I go back to the property. He never came back to finish cleaning up, the drain was never replaced, and all of the trim for the shower were left laying about.Then I started looking at the tub. They never sanded down the surface. Now I have the texture from the old non-slip flowers on the bottom of my tub.The quality of work and the care for the client are not a priority with this company.

My wife and I could not be happier with our recent experience with Miracle Method. It was great from beginning to end. The beginning was when we stopped by their booth at an OKC Home Show earlier in the year. We had had our shower base resurfaced several years ago, and while we satisfied with the work, we werent so happy with their process, which involved some very strong chemicals that lingered in our master bath and master bedroom for 3 days - we couldnt use them during that time. At the Home Show I asked about THEIR process and we were pleased with what we were told. For various reasons and other priorities it took as awhile to set up an appointment. That started with a call to Miracle Method and a visit from their rep Todd. Todd was fantastic - he determined what the best approach was, mentioned some options, and answered all our questions. The final step was the installation by their rep George. What a delightful, and obviously experienced and competent fellow. We had a great visit with George. The install didnt take very long, we got to use our bathroom and bedroom right away, and just had to wait 24 hrs to use the shower again. And of course both the finished product and workmanship were superb. It really IS a Miracle Method. We highly recommend the company.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Called to get a quote on a Monday, they were able to come the same day to give me a bid and the job was complete by Friday afternoon. Came home to a beautiful “brand new” 1940s tub! 5 star customer service as well!

They were on time as promised, very nice and answered all my questions before they started. The only problem I had was when they blasted the finish off my existing tub, they did not cover anything in the bathroom. Dust and spray was everywhere. Also, spray and particles caused a few bumps in the bottom of the tub but they came out promptly and fixed it. I would certainly use them again.

I first e-mailed Jessica a picture of the crack. She secured the appointment that I needed and quoted a reasonable price. George showed up at the exact time agreed upon. He was professional, clean and the repair was as good as new. I am seldom satisfied with the service I get today. I would recommend this company to anyone.This is the way it should be done!

Not really pleased with this process. This is definitely not a good choice for kitchen sinks. Scratches and chips really easy. I had our claw foot bathtub done by this company also. I called three times to explain that the claw feet fell off the bathtub they refinished and installed the feet on. I was told they would check their schedule and call me back to see when they could come out and Check it out. I called two more times after the first call and left messages but never heard back. I definitely would NOT recommend this product. I ended up having to re-install the feet myself. I explained on the first call that I had had this bathtub for over twenty years and the feet never came off. It was quite a terrifying event for my wife to be sitting in this bathtub, full of water, when all of a sudden three of the feet fall off.

The experience I had with Ty and George was awesome. Ty did the shower refinishing and was very polite, professional and quick. I have referred them to my Mom who wants to get her shower done. George installed the door, he was friendly, informative and quick also. They both cleaned up when they were done. This company was well worth the money.

We have used Miracle Method on two different bathroom projects. Both projects turned out great!! Highly recommend and will use them again and again on future projects. We used a competitor on our first project a couple of years ago. The quality of the work is no where close and currently plan to have Miracle Method redo that bathroom.

Installed Easy Step and refinished the tub and tile surround. The tubs appearance is improved and the placement of Easy Step is just right. The installation was messy due to no plastic draping placed to protect the bathroom walls from the fine black dust created by cutting cast iron bathtub. For future customers, would recommend completely covering walls and floor when cutting cast iron tubs.

They are great to work with. Mathew redid our tub and added grab bars. He is a very professional young man. Cleaned up the mess. It looks great. Will recommended them to others. Always on time also.

I love the new look. I recently bought a new house. The counter tops were peptobismol pink. The double sink in the bathroom was cultured marble. Matthew came in and repaired all cracks and put the new color and texture down. Ive had friends over to look at it. Everybody loves it like I do. The tub is beautiful. This is the second one we have had done. The second one was left with us needing to go to ACE hardware to find a stopper and a plate to fit above it (not sure of its purpose but has an ugly hole until we find the right plate. You will NOT be disappointed in the tub but may find yourself making more than one trip to ACE hardware to fine the replacement parts that fit your tub. In our case, we also have to find a way to drill out a screw that broke off when the place was removed. So need to figure that out before finding the plate. I did not plan on that work.

Beautiful results in half a day. Far cheaper than replacing an otherwise nice, cast-iron tub. No need to tear out and replace the surrounding tile.

George from the Oklahoma City Miracle Method franchise transformed our kitchen counter tops. They are just beautiful, and the surface seems sturdy and resilient. No contractor could be more professional, friendly, and helpful than George, and it was a pleasure having him in our home. His work is exacting. He approached our job with as much diligence and care as I think he would take in his own home. Everything that wasn’t to be coated was carefully masked off, and he hung a plastic tarp to prevent overspray into other areas. He also used ducting to draw fumes out of the house, so the smell wasn’t a problem. Everyone at this franchise is exceptionally helpful and friendly, and we’re so glad we had this work done. We’ve been debating for a few years how to remodel our kitchen. This was by far the best option for us, and we love showing off the results. It was the quickest approach, and, best of all, the least expensive and least messy.

I did want to give a glowing review for this company because it started out great. I have had quite a few neighbors interested in the same service who have asked how my tub resurfacing went bc we live in old houses and they were thinking about doing the same. But I had to wait and wait before I could give my opinion. I will start by saying the owner returned my email very quickly (within 24 hours) to give me a quote and get me scheduled. The technician was on time and worked the whole time. After the product dries (a few days) the technician came back to put in the drain and the cover the overflow and payment was given. Once I was able to use my shower I noticed that I was standing in water bc about half of the holes in the drain are filled with the product used to refinished and I can’t get it out. Also, I had to screw in the overflow plate bc it was left unattached. This doesn’t fit flush against my bathtub. Once I sent an email requesting that this issues be remedied, I have yet to be scheduled for the fix (21 days and counting since I emailed 4 different times about the problems). So, what started out as good has left me hiring my plumber to fix a problem that the company should totally have taken care of and in a timely manner. Seems that the paycheck outweighs customer service.

Found them on HomeAdvisor, had to call them after theyd already missed my first appointment to be told that the tech doesnt work today (then why was the date/time available on HomeAdvisor?). I had to call again when the tech failed to show up for the second appointment; this time the excuse was that the email regarding my appointment was sent to his spam. I stopped trying to schedule appointments with them when they failed to show up for the third rescheduled appointment. Have a little integrity and do what you say youre going to do! This behavior just confirms and strengthens consumer lack of faith in the contractor field, which is a shame for those that actually do their jobs with honesty and integrity.

Had some problems getting the job started but but once it did eveything went well my installer was on time did the job in a timely fashion was very professional did a wonderful job.

Waste of time, was wanting to simply just change the color of my countertops, my current counters are solid and in good condition and not making any design changes so didnt see any reason to have new countertops built for a different color when nothing else was changing, had miracle come out to do a estimate and quoted me $60 cheaper to resurface mine compared to having the entire counters rebuilt! Your not saving money by using them your only paying them more for doing half the work. Guess thats why the guy that came to give me a quote was driving a new corvette when the real countertop companies give quotes in there trucks!
