Do I even have to give it 1 star? Let me tell you about my experiences with the hairdressers and staff at this Salon Inferno. Do not go to Amanda Dover or Jill. Amanda will forget your hair appointments. Yes, appointments. Even if you just made the appointment a few days before you are scheduled. Jill will color your blonde highlighted hair Red/Violet and not mention that you need a filler color first (I learned this the hard way...save yourself!!). She charged me $80 for that red/violet color that she knew would wash out in ONE WASH!! Then when you ask her to fix it, then she charges you ANOTHER $40!! What!?!? Then when you try to call the salon, to speak to a manager or owner, you get hung up on by Donna. Best to take your money and your sanity somewhere else because it is not appreciate here.

They did ABSOLUTELY terrible on my hair. They are rude. She told me she’d refund me since I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed and then recharged my bank after she voided the transaction and said I was trying to con her when I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET IT FIXED . I had blonde LONG hair going in and came out with light “ brown” (actually had a very brassy orange color ) hair with blonde lowlights and I don’t even have words for how she cut my hair she just kept chopping and made it completely uneven and crazy layers that made it look like she was just grabbing pieces and randomly cutting . She was rude and started doing her friends hair in the middle of doing my, she kept apologizing to her friend like I wasn’t a paying customer who she said she had time for when she clearly didn’t. Seems to me she was just very unprofessional and not focused on my hair.The lady I had fix my hair said she it looked like she just didn’t know what she was doing and couldn’t believe the cut she gave me. I wouldn’t even give this place a star. ALSO been waiting for the owner to call me but she’s “on vacation “ .

So I usually dont post bad reviews, but I just got the worst haircut in years. I wanted a certain look and to avoid confusion I brought in a picture. The stylist looked at it for 2 seconds and, as I am trying to make sure she understands what I want, says she gots it. She goes on to give me a generic haircut I could have gotten at Supercuts. Not seeming to follow the lengths in the picture at all...it was honestly not even close. Half the time she seemed distracted with conversations with other people. From the other reviews it looks like I might be a rare case, but be warned to make sure they pay attention to what you want. I use to go to this place a lot a few years ago, but now wont be going back. Sad because the nice lady in the front seemed to remember me too.

One of the beauticians here wouldnt allow my sister the hair style she wanted, and was being very rude when my sister was asking for reasons why. I felt that customer service should come first regardless if you have some great advice its your job to do this, not your hobby, I understand that you are educated in your field,but next time you should be alot more pleasant towards your customers and not defensive, and abrasive.

Kim had cut our kids hair and was very professional and outgoing in conversation. Great prices and atmosphere.
