I paid this company a $950 retainer. After changing my mind they told me I was entitled to a $950 refund. Its been well over 45 days and still have not received my refundThere are white females there that are very ride and has hung up in my face 3 times because I asked when I would get my refund. I keep getting told next week and I get nothing. Well over 45 days and counting. I wouldnt recommend this agency to to anyones dog. Terrible service.

The Gentleman I spoke with was very forthcoming and helpful. He shared information I was not familiar with and saved me much time and money. If you are looking for a “regular guy” to help you, look for it with Uprigjt Law.

I had no problems with Upright Law. They did call me very frequently for payment but once I paid them off my credit score sky rocketed. It went up 94 points in 1 months time!

This firm is a bad idea. First they gave me bad bankruptcy advice which I didnt know at the time and directed me to the wrong chapter (7). I agreed to go forward and paid $50 to start with. The lawyer they hooked me up with set me straight thankfully. When I called back to cancel the retainer because I changed my mind they said they dont offer refunds, even for work not done. So in summary dont waste your time or money. They made $50 off me for nothing so Im not happy.

If u need a refund don’t expect one. I waited my 45 days and was told it would go out the next week . Waited 3 weeks called again and was told it wasn’t sent out yet and could be next week. At this point I’m not sure what to think. Not sure if I’ll even get one. I was going to use them when I was ready to finish my bankruptcy but I will not do it now. I am really disappointed

I created a account in 2017 payed $1055 of the roughly $3000 they wanted they never did anything and clearly stated that they wouldnt do anything until the price was paid in full this wasnt a problem until in 2018 I couldnt keep making the payments and cancelled they said I was only entitled to a partial refund of roughly $350 because with all the work they did they earned the remaining $700 problem is they NEVER did anything ok no big deal lesson learned they said they would contact me and after that they would mail the refund over a year and a half later in 2019 they emailed me stating that if I didnt contact them immediately I would not be entitled to the refund stating they attempted to contact me several times but never actually did and every time I contacted them the would play phone tag or play dumb
