I took my daughters car in to have the A/C looked at and I thought it just needed to have the coolant evacuated and refilled and not only was the price extraordinarily low, at least in my opinion, but they were fast too, despite being very busy. I know NOTHING about car repair, especially when it comes to the heating and cooling system and, I’m not going to lie, I thought I might get the “it needs more than just freon/coolant” call but when they called they said everything checked out and it was just the coolant. I don’t have to tell most people that many mechanics up-sell things you really don’t need and when they told me it was just needed coolant I was surprised and thankful I had found a shop with integrity. I will definitely be taking my cars back to Mikeys Automotive. And to top it all off the staff was very courteous and friendly. Thanks Mikey and staff!

Highly recommended by my neighbor and they were thorough, knowledgeable, and made the repairs in a timely manner. The dealership said I needed a new transmission and the mechanics at Mikeys discovered I need three cans of transmission fluid. Drive the car 1600 miles that weekend with no problems. I am going back there for all my car needs including oil changes from now on.

Very gratified by the effort Mikeys Automotive expended to find my suspension problem. The previous effort (at the dealership) apparently was to replace the first component that appeared worn, and not worry if the vibration problem remained (a problem beyond aggravating, approaching severe). Mikeys found and resolved the issue ; it was immediately evident that they were successful by the time I left their parking lot!And a tip of the hat to the ColorTech folk (down the street), who recommended Mikeys to me!

They were very friendly and had my issue diagnosed in a few minutes, I plan on being a repeat customer, you must be able to trust the people working on your vehicle and I trust mikeys auto!

Its nice to find a mechanic you can trust....not a common thing in this day and age sadly...I will be returning and referring them to my friends...

First of all they require masks for customers but not employees performing the services. The unmasked employees were violating the social distance mandate and doing so without wearing a mask. I believe this is in violation of city ordinance. Anyone can be asymptomatic without showing any signs of infection. This showed a lack of concern for the customer. They did a diagnostic on my van but failed to inform me of a diagnostic fee. I saw no sign stating there would be a fee for any estimate. Most reputable companies I deal with always provide a free estimate. The attitude displayed was very disappointing, I will not be recommending them.

Hands down, there is no better service shop in Edmond, OK. Randy and the team are the most honest, informative group of auto repairmen that I have ever experienced.

My previous place could not diagnose what was wrong exactly. I then had it towed to Mikes my first time but had always seen thru years how busy they were. They gave me estimated time it wd be seen and more than likely finish . They stay true to everything stated and was very nice and practiced perfect organized distancing. My suv is great again.

EDIT TO ADD AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: This review IS for the correct shop. The work was done under my husbands name - Kyle Miller, and I stand by this review.This place had our truck for over a MONTH, insisting they could repair an electrical problem with a sensor. They gave the truck back to us 3 different times, insisting it was fixed, only for us to realize before we even got home that nothing was fixed it all - so we would immediately have to take it back. We finally gave up after about 5 weeks of vague responses and them not really being able to tell us what was wrong. We asked for our money back and they refused to refund us because work was done, but we sure had nothing to show for it. This was heartbreaking being out $700 dollars, which we desperately needed to go find another shop to actually FIX the truck. So we were forced to wait another month while we tried to save for repairs after giving our money to these guys. Heartbreaking. Its hard not to feel robbed. I definitely feel taken advantage of. Low and behold, the next place we took it to was able to identify the problem and fix it in 48 hours. Truck has been like brand now for 2 weeks now. What a nightmare it was stumbling upon this place. Mikey is undeniably a likable guy, but really dropped the ball in doing the right thing. I wish you would have just admitted from the get go that you didnt know how to fix the truck, and let us seek help elsewhere. Instead, you took an opportunity to exploit us financially until we finally gave up. Not a good way to do business.

Was very helpful and was able to finish the repair sooner than expected. Got me in for a repair when I didn’t even have an appointment scheduled. Kept the cost $400 lower than what another mechanic quoted. Will always refer Mikey’s Automotive to anyone needing auto work done!

This is one stand up auto repair shop. I was in town for a job and my truck would not start. I replaced the battery and it did the same thing. Had it towed to Mikeys and Mike said he would check it out. He could not duplicate the problem and I came to pick it up. I suspected a starter. He was very honest and did not charge me anything for diagnostics and his time. He could of easily charged me what ever he wanted. I am a industrial mechanic and was so impressed to find someone in the field that is honest. Thank you so much. I am home now and the truck is doing the same thing intermittently. I will replace the starter since I have my shop area. I cant say enough good things about this place and their honesty. would recommend everyone in Edmond utilize this place!!!!!

Amazing! The best customer service I have had in a long time not to mention the quality of work they did on my car is out of this world. All the employees are down to earth and really looking out for whats best for you. They recommend options and dont force anything. I got my alternator on my car replaced in less than 3 hours and had a hole bunch of other stuff done. My receipt was very detailed and no mistakes were made at all. Wow! So great. 10/10. My family and I were passing through Oklahoma City when our 03 Ford Excursion broke down. We had it towed to the dealership in Edmond, but they were to busy and one of the service personal recommend we take it to Mikeys just down the street. We did and we are glad we did. Mikey was extremely friendly and helpful. They were not able to fix our vehicle right then and there so we had to leave it and get a rental. We were not able to pick up our vehicle until two months later when we had the opportunity to return to OKC from Phoenix. During that time, Mikeys took great care of our vehicle. We are happy with their service and would recommend them to other people in the area.

Took my car in to get a squeaking noise, maybe pully or belt issue I thought. They tell me I need a new balancer and belt so I say okay let’s do it. Day after I get my car back the noise still continues.

Not always the cheapest, but at least you know you are getting what you paid for and nothing added that you dont need. I like having a mexhanic you can trust.

I took my car there for an oil change. They were incredibly fast and the price was better than Walmart. They found a cracked belt and were able to replace it quickly and their work is priced reasonably. My girlfriend took her SUV there and had the same experience. I took my daughter’s Honda Civic there for radiator repair. They fixed it about a year ago... still fixed, no problems, I’m happy.
