Car has been in their possession since January 2Today is March 24thThey have been closed a month and still my car is not done even tho promised eta was months agoInsursnce has check and they won’t even send finished repairs cuz they aren’t working60 eta dates and no response when it timenever do business with them if u want your car back I’m going thru police and courts for missing car since they won’t open nor give me my car with all my possessions in it!!! Worse chive ever to work with lazy people who don’t put clients 1st even after calling and making promises to it being fixed. As of today they said it’s still not fixed

Keeping car.this is month 3 and they wont return calls keep giving dates to pick up then.not there and car isnt there either. Funny business going on..UPDATE STILL HAVE no CAR Just MADE POLICE REPORT AND ON THE WAy TO GET MY CAR FIXED OR NOT

Brought a van to get transmission replaced and its been going in 9 months that they havent fixed it, called multiple times to get an update and every time he said he would call me back and never did. Would not recommend this at all. They suck

These guys are the best! Always do great, quick service. If you compare other places prices to them, they are always the lowest. A place told my son he needed some work on his care that was going to cost over 200.00. We went to AST and they said he did not need the repair, and his car has been fine every since. I have been using them for years and would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful. They are very helpful and reasonable! Another shop tried to charge me 200 to fix a belt on my car and they only charged me 20. My mom had a complete motor replacement. 1800.00. They are awesome.

This place doesnt even deserve a star. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had. I took my car in February due to some engine issues and got my car back in August. Never got any updates on the status of my vehicle. We would call no answer, they would call back days later. The excuse I was given was they were waiting on a part. I get my car back 6 months later and til this day the car is not in good conditions my sensors are all screwed. Ive taken the car back twice and was told that the car was good, but its not since we keep having the same issue.The mechanic keeps giving us the run around,twice he has said that he would stop by my house to fix my car which was suppose to be fixed since we were told that my car was ready, he hasnt even came by.... smh I wouldnt recommend this place, very unprofessional.

I am a car dealer in oklahoma city which means i dealt with many repair shops. AST is quiet frankly the best repair shop i ve ever dealt with. No misdiagnosing vehicles, they always diagnose right even better than the dealer. Pricey but worth it. Very honest and will not nickle and dime you. Dont waste your time and money with other repair shops, fito at AST is the best of the best and very nice guy too
