Scott has been my insurance agent for about 5 years and his team takes time to get to know you and is always honest. If rates are going up, its because theyre going up all over the state. Scotts office will call you and talk about it and suggest ways to lower your premium. Theyre also good at finding places where you need more, or different, coverage. I doubled my liability coverage because they showed me it was only a few more dollars. I love Farmers Tow and Roadside assistance. I locked my keys out of my car within the first 3 months and it was all taken care of. Ive used it on occasion since then and its always been great. When I need changes on my policies, theyre always done that day and most of the time I can just email it in.We also have life insurance and a retirement account with Scott, and the options (and results) with the retirement account have been great.
