Ive been doing business with SF for many years. I have never had anyone w/SF that impresses me like Melana Ivers. She goes up and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns are addressed. She has a unique ability to make complicated issues, seem not so complicated. Thank you for doing what you do Melana. It is greatly appreciated!

This agent doesn’t answer emails. I have an existing policy, I am currently out of the country and I am unable to log in online because the site and the app is regionally locked. I will be switching to another provider as I travel frequently.

Great place if youre planning to insure your car, or life. Agent Melana explained everything in detail and was able to get me great insurance, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

I accompanied my son to your agency, who was transferring from SF in Colorado. Melana waited on us and spent a lot of time resolving our issues. Brandi had been assisting him previously by phone. She was very prompt in transmitting the data we needed but unfortunately our printer wouldn’t print the docs.I am a retired SF agent from Texas. The ladies that work there are absolutely the nicest people around. They make you feel as if you were a friend and not just a client. Saying they go above and beyond just isnt enough. When it comes to keeping you insured or saving you money when times are tough both in my case this place helped me with both when they really didnt have to do either. Hands down best around. Ill leave it at that. Sorry my grammar is awful.

Claires office has always been very responsive and easy to work with. Whether its been adding a vehicle to a policy, reviewing my policies for savings, or providing advice and references for other professionals in the metro area, Claire has always been professional and friendly in demeanor. I have been with her for several years and intend to stay with her company.
