Had been a loyal customer to Midas for years. Steve always took great care of me and my families cars. When All tune and Lube bought it I continued to take my vehicles there, hoping to get the same honest care that Midas provided. Not so much. I, needless to say, will not be taking my vehicles back here due to an overly exaggerated estimate that turned out to be wrong and confirmed by the Lexus dealership. (By about $900.00) And then Amy Pavlock, the owner proceeded to continue to charge me for a diagnostic fee since I was not having her company do the repairs AND when in fact no one disclosed this fee upfront. Her response was Its common knowledge that we charge for that.I feel like All tune and Lube try and take advantage of people that are not knowledgable and pad the prices of repairs supposedly needed. Amy Pavlock does not value her customers (or certainly not me). She even admitted that her employees told me the wrong information. She did not resolve my issue by refunding my diagnostic fee of $51.53 because I didnt pay them $1200.00 to fix something that only cost me $330.00 at the Lexus dealership. I have the paperwork where her mechanic wrote the estimate up which was incorrect or in her words half correct.Her employees made a mistake and she didnt even try and resolve the issue instead she tried ignoring me and the issue. Her last comment was her husband feels firmly about not refunding my money, which not sure why or how the husband became involved. This shows the professionalism of this company.There are reputable mechanical shops out there but unfortunately this is no longer one and I will be taking my business elsewhere.Just my opinion, for whatever it is worth. I believe in treating customers with honesty and not trying to take advantage of people that are bringing their business to you.
