Did a fantastic job on fixing my car and I’m just really glad that my insurance let me know about this place and I’m just so thankful that they got a fix and it looks brand new straight off the lot and makes me really happy and they love my katana she’s not in my car and I talked about it when I came in made me feel special these guys did everything out of their way to make sure I had a great experience and I think you just the small things were just being that made me happy and I’m just so glad they dated leaving air freshener in a car cleaning the inside of the car and putting those foot mats in there really great you guys did a great job

Jeremiah’s Carstar was recommended by our daughter who had used their service previously. Just as she said, the service and quality was impeccable. We had an appointment for September 6, but they had an earlier opening and got us in August 23. Everything went smooth and the paint and repair quality was much better than I was expecting. I walked out to my vehicle on a Saturday to a broken window. I called right before they closed and they got back to me Monday morning. They were able to get a replacement window ordered, in, and replaced on my vehicle by the end of the week at a lower price than anyone else in town. I highly recommend them for any service need!

Experienced a hit and run on my rear bumper and a dent on my rear wheel well. Jeremiah’s Carstar was extremely professional and worked with my insurance company to get me a consistent rental car rate throughout the repair. Not only were they 4 days early in repairing my truck, but they also vacuumed, cleaned the upholstery, and wiped down the interior prior to returning it to me. I hope I don’t experience another hit and run, but if I do, I know exactly who to turn to. Would HIGHLY recommend.

These folks did an outstanding job on my wife’s Altima! They were the best we’ve ever seen - personable, professional, concerned, friendly, and very quick! This car is 8 years old but now looks (close to) show-room quality!I went to the collision repair company my insurance works with … but felt ill at ease. The staff at this body shop was absolutely awesome from the point of estimating the body work I needed repaired to the follow through with the actual body man who repaired bumper and hood damage. Being in the auto industry for 38 years, I have become very exact about detail. These folks did it right. They didnt cut any corners on my Porsche Cayman S. Not only did the detailer rub out the new paint finish, he also rubbed out the whole car. I would Deffinately recommend this body shop to anyone caring about their automobiles appearance.

When I first came here I thought I was gonna have to get a new exhaust system because I got rear ended and I also thought that my bumper was destroyed beyond repair but now my car looks as if nothing bad happened to it. Jeremiahs Car Star did body work after an accident. From beginning to end all at Jeremiahs went above and beyond on customer satisfaction. The entire team worked to get my car finished before Thanksgiving because they knew it was a hardship being without the car. I received daily text, with pictures, showing me what steps were being taken. This was a surprising bu in on my part. Jeremiah evidently tries to ensure customer satisfaction and it shows with the friendly, caring people he employs. I cannot say enough GOOD things. I have NEVER had such good communication from a body/repair shop. Updates every step of the way. They send pictures and status updates which is very helpful.I had my 2021 Telluride for about 3 weeks before having a collision. Damages were covered by insurance, as they are an approved vendor for State Farm.My car was there longer than expected, but only because Kia would not send a needed part. Once the part arrived in town, the place that got it said they weren’t making deliveries that day due to weather. Jeremiah drove across town to pick up the part himself!Once they had the part, they were very quick & thorough getting the job done.Stephanie was great! Answered my questions, explained the delay (it happens with brand new cars), kept me updated, etc. She felt terrible that it was taking so long, but it truly was out of their hands.I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely be using them!Highly recommend!

Ive never seen any open and honest shop like this. They did a great job on my car, Im loving it now. They didnt try to rip me off like other auto shops do especially when they realize you have an accent. The best part is they went above and beyond to detail my car in and out. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and anyone who needs repair.

They did a really good job keeping me updated on the progress with my car including sending me pictures throughout the repair. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and informative. Only issue I had was that the repair process took a lot longer than I am used to. I was quoted 16 days for the repair process initially. In actuality, it took over twice that (38 days/5 weeks) to get the car back, which was due to ordering new parts for the car which I was informed of about 1 1/2 weeks into the repair. In the end, the car looks good however I did noticed a scrape/scratch on the car when I got home which Im not too concerned about because it is just cosemetic.

Excellent customer service. Stephanie was awesome. Very personable and professional. Certainly a real professional and business-like. Was very knowledgeable about State Farm and took care of most everything. Being from out of town she was a great help in making the process go smoothly. The car looked great and like new. They are super friendly, attentive to my demands, offered assistance when needed, superb AAA class service, they keep you up to date with photos daily in the process of restoring your vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a ding or been involved in a car accident, they leave your car like better than before you had it before the accident. My car had very extensive damage from a devastating hailstorm. Some of the dents were very deep! Jeremiah explained in thorough detail everything that it would take to fix it. I was more than pleased with the work they did! My car came back literally looking as good as new!! I highly recommend!!

Wow!! My experience here was awesome! My driver door lock started acting up right before a long road trip and I was nervous to travel with it. Not only were they able to squeeze me in last minute, they were able to get everything fixed and my car back to me quickly so I could finish getting preparing for my trip. The customer service is excellent and they definitely went above and beyond for their customer which is always appreciated. Will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks in the future. These people do great work and go the extra mile on customer service.They did a speedy hail repair for my Tahoe with almost every panel hit. Then they wiped down and vacuumed the interior and put in a hand sanitizer for me and a vent air freshener.They were very polite, fast turn around, and professional results. My Tahoe looks better than it did before the hail!Follow-up repair from getting rear ended, not only does it look as good as new, but the vacuumed and washed the entire truck and the tires. The reason I am giving this company this low of a rating is because they simply couldn’t save my car from being a “total loss” but Loren at Stout’s Body Shop was able to save my car and take off unnecessarily added parts. 🤗I think Stephanie is a sweet woman and has the customers best interest at heart!And I honestly don’t blame anyone but my insurance (Geico) for making things so difficult.If your car is close to a total loss and your insurance is not flexible, personally I would recommend looking for a different body shop.Also, they will charge you a hefty storage and tear down fee for an accurate estimate!Again, insurance was not working with me and it had to come out of my pocket. 🤷🏻‍♀️Just happy to have my car back so fast and you can’t even tell it’s been in an accident! 🙌🏻 😊Each star is for availability during COVID-19 and a friendly staff!
