Vox Audio Visual met our expectations and beyond. Covid threw our church into the live streaming world but we were operating with materials that we grabbed here and there. Then....we had a pipe burst which flooded our church out (seriously...what next?). So, we took this unfortunate time of devastation and decided to upgrade our equipment. Matt & his crew did an excellent job from time of conception to completion of our theater room project. The number one reason I recommend Vox Elite is because they do the work themselves! If you ever had work that was subcontracted out then you know what a nightmare it can be.Matt came out to get an idea of what we wanted and put together an estimate proposal with optional upgrades. We also purchased acoustic panels from another source and Matt’s crew hung them for additional labor which was worth it to us & it looks amazing. They came out and had everything installed in one day. Plus they cleaned up after themselves every well!Given the current climate, some items were slow to ship from vox’s product source. Matt let us know up front and communicated status updates promptly.Incredible products, services and customer communication/relations. Top notch, will do business with them again!

Josh and Matt did an incredible speaker installation job in our backyard. They took the time to figure out exactly what we wanted to be able to do, and changed their original plans to suit our needs. They did the job quickly and cleanly, and spent a lot of time making sure that we knew how to use the system. I cant speak highly enough of Vox! They stepped in at the last minute when my corporate vendor failed to show up, and they repaired the music system at Penn Square Mall ahead of our biggest shopping weekend. Not only were the technicians on time, professional, and knowledgeable about our equipment, but they also provided great customer service the following day when I called back with additional questions. Moving forward, Vox will be my first call for service and new installations.

Jeff and his team responded to our call quickly that our Sanctuary sound system would not power-up. Jeff was out for a repair visit within a few days and it took him only a few minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Knowledgeable, courteous, and nice to talk to--you cant ask for any more! When we decided to upgrade our media room the first step in the process was to do a Google search of the OKC area for companies who did the type of work we wanted. The first company we reached out to has never responded. Can you believe that? Neither can we.However, contacting Vox via their website, within 24 hours the owner had replied, provided information and was interested in setting up the initial consult. Think about that. Within 24 hours from an internet inquiry I had a reply, a direction and an initial idea for our project. The project’s tone and tenor were set.When Josh came for the initial consult, he was professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with options and variations to the original idea that increased the project’s overall value but not the cost. One reason we used Vox was that they did not try to sell anything that was not needed. Instead they blended my current media equipment with the desired upgrade, thus giving us a better outcome for our investment. We may have been the smallest job they did all year, yet they treated us as if we were their only project.One more thing to note about the installation. Both Matt and Josh were surprised we let them determine the media room equipment configuration (ceiling speakers, floor speakers, television, components, etc) as apparently most customers don’t. Our opinion is that when you hire a company to provide a service, your job is to ask them good questions and their job is to provide cogent answers and solutions. Which Vox did, hence our trust in the outcome.While we are certainly not their largest customer, we are probably the happiest. Just the other night during a movie, a helicopter “flew” through the room and we high-fived and said, “Thank you Matt and Josh for that.”And, “oh by the way”, my wife is beyond excited that the entire system can be controlled by a single Savant Control remote at the click of a button.

We hired Vox to come into our home system and clean up a project that had been started by another company. It was a complex project, adding security, audio and video streaming into an outdated system with limited capability. We were hesitant to bring on another company, since our experience with the first had been negative...very slow response times and chronic system hiccups and failures. We were often without use of our system for days and weeks at a time. We contacted several Vox customers to be sure we could expect a higher level of customer service. Josh and Matt did an amazing job, fixing the bugs in the previous system and expanding its capability. When we ran into some connectivity issues a few weeks after install, though it was an internet issue rather than an install issue, Matt invested several hours to ensure we got back up and running without further lapses in service. We were able to sustain two adults working from home with four kids in virtual school this fall, and that would have been impossible before Vox came in to make our system run as it should. You can not beat their service from another AV company in the city...we speak from experience. So thankful to Vox for getting us reconnected!!!

These guys did a great job on our house! The Savant system we bought is user friendly and the best on the market. The owners are the ones doing the work so the quality is top notch!Use them!

VOX completely reconfigured our outdoor lighting. We had used another contractor a couple of years earlier, but the lights quit working. Upon further inspection, we learned that shoddy materials had been used and they quit working, after a significant expense paying the labor for the original installation. The VOX technician made some subtle changes to the lighting orientation and then completely replaced the substandard equipment that was originally used. It has almost been a year now and we are still enjoying beautiful outdoor lighting in a snowstorm. Our whole backyard just shimmers with light reverberating off of the snow-dusted trees. VOX is the company to go to for audio-visual needs, home theatre installation, and whole-home automation. Theres nothing that can compare to them in OKC.

I want to thank Vox for assisting me when a local big name internet company wouldn’t. Professional, knowledgeable, and informative is what I received and couldn’t be happier. It didn’t matter that the job was “small”, the service I received was excellent. I will for sure recommend this company to friends, and associates. Vox has brought A/V to our personal home, and multiple hospitality and commercial projects for our companies and have always been easy to work with, knowledgable, and patient. Audio/Visual is specific and has a learning curve for most people not in the field. The Vox team is always happy to explain the process and talk things through in a an easy to understand and palatable way for common folks. The quality of work is always excellent and their service is above and beyond, even after the job is complete. Theyve just completed work at our restaurant patio at LUA in the Plaza District, bringing high quality and great sounding speakers and amps to the patio to integrate with our internal Sonos system. Quick install and they were able to rush to get to the job due to their larger team. Will use them again.

I called Matt and Josh from Vox Elite Services after experiencing major wifi issues at our screen printing shop. Within hours they had relocated our router to a more optimal location, and ran ethernet cables so that all of the computers could be hardwired for redundant connectivity. They were quick and efficient, and we havent had any issues with our wifi connectivity since they came to the rescue. They went above and beyond, and I couldnt recommend their services more highly.

Jeff Bezdek at Vox Audio Visual is great! I run the video system for our worship service at our small church outside of OKC metro and the HDMI-Cat extenders went out again our system (2nd time). By the time I isolated the problem, it was Friday afternoon and I had to find a store in OKC that carried some extenders. None of the big box stores had them in stock, and after calling around to numerous businesses, Vox was the only one who had some in stock. Jeff was the only one in the office and was preparing to leave for an appointment, but he committed to staying before closing shop while I traveled nearly an hour to reach to their location in downtown OKC. Then, once I arrive and we talked about our installation/set-up, Jeff was extremely helpful in explaining what technically was happening in our system and ways to prevent problems in the future. Now, thanks to Jeff, we are all set for a wonderful Fathers Day service this Sunday. Thanks, Jeff!!
