Well i hired Beau to post a very good friend of mine out of jail. The bond was 40000 which cost 4000 cash. Once he took the money the bond was raised to 80000. When i told him i was unable to get another 4000 & went to get my refund he had already spent 2000 & told me I would have to wait 4 days for the remaining 2000. At this point we also found out we had to get another bondsman for city tickets because he refused to do city bonds which no other bondsman wants to take the city bonds if you give a competitor the felony bonds. The money doesnt even compare. Well then we collected more money to complete the new bond amount & since he owed us we really had no choice but to use him to post it. Well my friend followed his Rules 1.check in each monday & 2.do not leave state. Well waiting on the state to file charges (which they still havent)my friend got another case. I called Beau because my friend is his client. He was going to require property to do the new bond. So i found someone who wouldnt need propeety. As soon as the new bondsman posted the new bond she was notified that the bondsman on his previous case took his name of the bond. Now that was 8000 down the drain. Not a penny was refunded. There was no warning. So he pocketed 8000 & maybe was on his bond 45 days at the most. Now first of all if you choose not to rebond him fine. But nothing has changed as far as the contract that is already in place. He is no more at risk to run now than he. Was a month ago! Bad Business ! All the way around! Now as i have shared this story i have found he has done this to a handful of people not just my friend.
