Living at Mid-Town Apartments is GREAT. The staff here is really hands on and helpful. They know and care about you as a person rather than merely a tenant. This care translates well into every interaction. Maintenance is by far the most superior I have ever witnessed. I needed a couple of repairs after move-in that were handled quickly and there was constant communication directly from maintenance to keep me informed of the progression. KUDOS... ...this is above and beyond what one would expect normally.For the pet lovers this is a great place to meet wonderful pet parents. The building has a large variety of friendly pups! Wagging tails has been a great way to meet my wonderful neighbors.If you like an urban garden this is the place for you! The balconies are huge and allow plenty of space for a great container garden with fantastic views.Ease of living, exceptional management and maintenance are the reasons for this 5 star review. I only wish I could give a bonus star because it is well deserved!.

It is now called Mid-Town Apartments, and nothing has changed. Elevators frequently dont work, A/C goes out, theyve lost rent checks multiple times, I cant even keep track of who the management is b/c it changes so frequently. Hallways and Elevators smell of marijuana and are never clean. Lobby has flooded multiple times. I cant wait until my lease is up!

Lived here 2 years & it was the best experience ever!! Wish I could afford to live here again but prices have doubled in 10 years. Plus the bar is gone from the basement now. Very quiet & spectacular views!! Moving elevator was the worst.

I just recently moved out of here and Im unsure of what these last few reviews are about, they must be confused with Tiffany Apartments right near by. But the office and maintenance staff are wonderful. And living there was great especially because of the other people living there! Very friendly place

Was out there visiting my father. While there the ac went out. The service people got right on the issue and were very friendly and helpful

Black Mold presence. Plumbing always leaking in walls. . . Front door left propped open after office hours. Management confesses only very few of the security cameras function. . . Employees fraternizing with residents. . . All promised amenities do not work eg swimming pool and “club area” located in basement. . . Washers and dryers are always out of order and ruin clothing. . . Management companies have been switched, changed, and failed copious times since my family first moved into the original apartment. . . Our first apartment’s middle bathroom ceiling collapsed due to plumbing issues and Black Mold!And these are just a few of the Health issues of and for the residents, among other egregious issues. . . and Lease Agreement breaching on the part of the management by way of arbitrarily handling the bona fide environment issues, evident and incontrovertible malfeasance, misfeasance, and nonfeasance due to “owner” filing bankruptcy, changing name of apartments and the copious times of management and security turnover!

The owner and current management are basically letting the place fall apart. They dont seem to interested in fixing any of the real issues the property is facing, they are taking more of a bandaid approach. For example, when they discovered the pool had issues, they just put the cover back on it can called it closed. It never opened for the summer. There are floods on just about a daily basis that arent always addressed. We had water standing in our hall way for a week.

Worst place Ive ever lived. Period.first of all, they changed their name to midtown apartments because of all the negative reviews and bad press.cars get stolen and towed... The hot water shuts off randomly, the sewer lines cause your bathrooms to smell like feces all the time, their freight elevator isnt a freight elevator at all, the security they claim is 24 hours has never been seen before, the security cameras outside dont work at night ( thats why we dont know who stole my girlfriends car from their gated parking lot that is gated on one side and not the other??!.), and the staff are not capable of doing their jobs.

Ended up breaking my lease after 4 months due to continuous leak in hall directly outside door, always one elevator broken, about 60% of laundry room broken continuously, next door neighbor was selling weed to the management staff, and parking was a jokeWhen I put in my 1 month notice, I ended up move a lot of my stuff in the first two weeks. I cam back a week later to find that the cleaning/ maintenence crew had come in and stolen over $1000 in personal property. Manager denied until we found the cleaning lady using our brand new vacuum down the hall. Then had the maintenence guy bring back my gaming system. This is when I refused to pay my early term fee!

All of the bad reviews are true.. DO NOT LIVE HERE.! There are literally hundreds and hundreds of cockroaches in the stairwell. My apartment had bedbugs bad. The elevators are always broken, The a/c never works, maintenance doesnt ever fix anything. My bathroom sink was broken, as well as my dishwasher and nothing was done about it. They expect you to pay rent but cant provide a comfortable living situation for people. The basement clubhouse was always flooded and the entertainment they provided was broken and missing pieces. When you have an issue with them they are silent but if they have an issue with you best believe youll hear about it. They wont call you or come to your door theyll just leave a million notes on your door. Theres supposedly supposed to be a 24 hour hotline you can call in case of emergency or if youre locked out. HA! nobody ever answers that thing. Ive had to sit in the lobby or basement all night because i got locked out and nobody would answer the phone. This place sucks to live in. People are always moving in and out. First impression is great but give it like 2 weeks and youll regret living there if you end up moving in. Oh yeah and watch out for maintenance they like to steal. My friend had $650 magically disappear after maintenance came to do something on his apartment. Dont do it

Terrible.You smell Weed everyday and management refuse to do anything, that is because half the staff are on the same stuff and are getting it from residents.The laundry room is a joke, half the equipment doesnt work.Media room is the ONLY high point.COVERED parking, half the spots have holes in the roof above them.Apartments are not cleaned before you move in.Their paperwork and record keeping is also a joke.All in all I cant wat to move out.
