Im not even sure where to begin... other than BOOK YOUR INSPECTION NOW! These guys are beyond thorough and they are quick on the report return! Which is important when youre in a contract to purchase a home and there are time constraints.We were unable to be present for our inspection, but this didnt stop Jacob from still giving 110%. Down to what some might consider knitt-picky items listed. Ive used Majeske twice in our house hunt, and the results of the first inspection saved us from a horrible mold issue. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jacob was friendly, patient, and encouraged me to walk and talk with him during his inspection. Their external partners for pest, sewer, etc. were all fantastic as well. I was so impressed by the quality of their home inspection that I brought them back for a new construction inspection just because I value their perspective. There are not enough words to capture how wonderful Mark is and how amazing he is at his job. Everything about the process was quick, efficient, and utterly painless. As first-time home buyers, the inspection process was a new experience for us. We went with Majeske based on a referral and could not have been happier. Jacob was incredibly thorough and articulate. We had a seller’s inspection, not because we are selling, but because we want to be proactive in fixing problems before they become more serious. We have lived in our home for six years and I thought the inspector would not find anything I didn’t already know about. Wrong! He discovered a place where water was penetrating the foundation. I had Mark come out to do a home inspection on a property I was am looking at buying. I arrived 20 minutes early and he was already there wait for us. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Used Mike for home purchase contingency inspection. He was the most through inspector that I have seen perform home inspections. He even checked inside the electrical service panel to check the wiring and breaker condition, first time I have seen an inspector do that.
