Overall the body was a good cleaning. Very poor job on the wheels. Very obvious rims were not appropriately scrubbed. :(

AVOID THIS CAR WASH! Although the personnel are friendly, we put our new truck through this wash and it came out with massive scratches allll over it. We paid for the $16 wash and tipped both sides (Entry and dryer). Not only was the truck spotty and still dirty, it was horribly scratched up all over it. Do not use this wash of you want to keep your car looking good. We are devastated!

Bit disappointed as Ive been there for ~10 years. No coupons anymore, only one person working, prices raised, and nobody to towel dry your car when exiting. I know Covid-19 has made business difficult; however, if its just drive in/out at the price charged, people will shop elsewhere.

This is by far the best car wash! I drive 10miles to get there and have for over 15years. Very reasonable and you get a realclean car! The brushes dont scratch yourcar. Its obvious the owner cares about hiswas! The car wash has the friendliest helpand the owner even provides uniforms.They have been in business since 1972! Mark the owner is a hard worker and also has a car wash in Charlotte. Great one ownr hands on business owner who truly cares about his customers. He is very creativeHe now has a employee at the exit wiping down the cars sothey are spot free. I have tried other washes NONE are able toCompete. Im very proud to write this review. A premium price car wash with ineffective undercarriage wash. Same with bumpers: mine still have grime after paying for the ultimate. Ive been through this wash a dozen times with the same result, then I go home and finish the job. At least its quick, anyway. You better bring your own chamois to get it dry when you are done, too.

Were closed on a normal day. Me and another car had to back out of the drive. This was during normal operating hours. No sign saying closed

Paid $16 and my wash job was terrible and I had to get out and dry my own car, I go just because I like the fact of the person drying st the end. Time for me to find a new location

This place is awesome. They had maybe 4-5 staff members working, which really helped move along all the cars. Definitely worth the money. On nice days, expect at least a 10 minute wait...but in my opinion, one of the best car washes in Okemos.

This places goes the extra mile to make sure you get your moneys worth. Worth the trip to avoid less quality washes or potential damage. If you want your car washed properly, guaranteed, this is the place.

First experience was good with a midsized sedan. Second experience was poor with an SUV. The back hatch was not cleaned, and the rear wiper blade was broken. Considering the higher prices with this experience, I dont think Ill be back.

Good service with extra care but pricey

This place has become unacceptable. The entire back end of my suv is still dirty. This is the second time I’ve had to get a second car wash to finish the job they should have done.

One of the only places Ill take my van. Great staff.

Very friendly staff but kind of pricey. Cant wash your vehicle if you have a hitch mounted bike rack. No way to back out once your in line, they had to have everyone back up to let me out, a little inconvenient.

Took my Honda Odyssey through here yesterday, they snapped off my rear windshield wiper, and damaged the bracket. Tried calling them several times, but their “voicemail box is full”. If you value your vehicle, go elsewhere.

This place is not open. 45 degrees and sunny on a Sunday afternoon, and the place is closed. Why? You guys could be making a fortune on all of the customers who want to clean the salt off of their vehicles.

The attendant broke the glass on my driver said mirror. They stated they would replace it, but have not called to say when it would be In and will not answer the phone. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

One person working on washing, on a Saturday with five cars in line, seriously..... at least there was a towel dry...but no tire shine option.... Hmm.. Lame. Especially for the price!

Great place in Lansing

I have been going to this car wash for years. My consolation is that it is better than the other similar ones in the area. The wash quality does depend quite a bit on which person is manning the vehicle intake area. The pre-wash hand prep is not consistent at all! Whenever business is heavy they speed up the “belt” that conveys the vehicles through and as a result, the quality of the wash suffers. The prices are rather steep; the advertised sign for Senior discounts is deceptively worded and they always seem to find excuses not to honor it. I am disabled and have difficulty performing this simple task. But, I am always looking for a better car wash.
