We built a home recently so we moved in and began working on our unfinished bonus room. When we were ready for carpet we called RNR right away because I had priced them out previously. Their pricing is more than fair, better than all their competitors, and I called a lot of places! Their customer service all the way from the phone, to the front desk, and even the install guys were spectacular. The install crew were very respectful of our home, cleaned up every last bit of mess they made during install, and made sure to have me inspect their work to let them know if I was satisfied or not before they left. It just doesn’t get any better than this these days. We have had so many terrible subcontractors work on our home so having this top notch experience with RNR was just really a nice change! You can definitely trust this company. We will be back for more basement flooring in the future!

I find it hard to believe that this company has such great reviews. I found this company randomly through a group Facebook site for our neighborhood. Many people suggested them. All I needed was a carpet stretch. Maybe they don’t make their money on this type of work but regardless the situation has been less then satisfactory. The first time a technician came, I wasn’t even aware he was coming let alone the time. The guy seemed completely confused and had no idea what he was supposed to be doing. I sent him on his way because I was headed out of the house. I then had to call them AGAIN to find out when they would be coming back. I was notified the prior day that the technician would be coming that following Monday in between 1-2 but ALAS no show. No call. Nothing. I took half the day of work off and moved half of our furnace for no reason at all. I left aMessage, and one day later I heard nothing. No apologies no reschedule. Literally nothing. I understand being busy I really do, but this type of unprofessionalism should be mentioned. I will be going to elsewhere, not that they seem to care.

The time and ideas on products for our project that Kat provided were so appreciated, because of her fantastic customer service and genuine attention to us and our project, we are extremely happy with the outcome. We had multiple types of product to install (carpet, tile, and LVP) and the coordination with installers and other contractors was a smooth process. I had two dear friends tell me how pleased they were with RnR, so I stopped by the store. Kylee was knowledgeable and walked me through their product line and answered all of my questions. I ended up getting a second bid which was slightly lower, and true to their word, they matched the price. There was a slight miscommunication on the install date, but Rock stepped up took care of it. I share this to point out their customer service is the real deal. The installation crew came yesterday and I was blown away by their professionalism and quality of work. We needed flooring replacement for our office. I did not know much about R&R Carpet before I walked into their showroom. I observed very quickly that their employees are very happy and intrinsically motivated to provide good service and well as passionate about what they are doing. You can tell a lot about a business by the way their employees do their work. I like to support employers who empower their employees and take good care of them. The entire experience from picking out flooring to their demo crew to their installation crew was top notch. I got to know one of the owners Rock in the process and found him to be very passionate about what he was doing and took very person interest in helping us. This is a great local business that can do it all and carry out their work with ethics and integrity. Could not ask for more.

We just got the entire main floor carpeted today and it looks GREAT. My wife is extremely happy with the quality and texture of the carpet, and it has completely changed the house. Work crew was top rate, and worked quickly and efficiently. We looked for seams and defects in the install and found no problems.We have a very difficult main staircase with a lot of carpet wrap over and wood rails - again, zero problems and it came out great!Thanks R&R for solid work and getting the carpet installed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. I had not used RNR before, but my General Contractor had enjoyed a long and successful relationship with them spanning many years and hundreds of projects. This was a fairly small commercial project, so I didnt have much to lose by giving them a try, and not much to gain by interfering with the proven working relationship between them. So I contracted with RNR, and Im thrilled that I did.The product price was on the low end of the reasonable competitive range, and the installation cost was also very competitive. Its important to look at the total costs when comparing quotes, as some shops will entice you with low product price per yard, and then make it back by selling you more than you really need, and on the installation labor and adhesive costs. This projects total cost was highly competitive. I didnt have much waste during install and there isnt much excess material left over.I got personal attention from Rock, one of the owners, whenever I needed it. Plus, everyone else on the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. Everything was executed exactly as they promised, and the commercial carpet I selected looks amazing. The installers (Bret and Tristan) were expert, fast, friendly, and very clean. One or two of the tiles buckled up near a wall (they were cut a bit too big) before the adhesive set, and the guys were back out the very next day to re-trim the offending pieces and make everything perfect.I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Exceeded expectations! Mary was great helping us pick out the perfect carpet for our house. We had questions about the workmanship of the installers. Rock (THE OWNER) personally came over after hours to inspect their quality. He answered our questions and showed us how to better care for the carpet. Rock even came back the following day to make adjustments. He siliconed a tough tile to carpet, step transition. The carpet looks good, feels good and makes my wife happy.

We will have installers to you between 12:30 and 1:30 nobody shows up so i call. I get told they will call the installer and they will call me back. No call back. I call at 2:30, and get told the installer is running late cause he didnt finish a job the day before. He will be to your house within an hour guess who still isnt here and its now 3:45. So we call, we get told that the installer has already picked up our carpet and they are surprised that he isnt at our house yet. Yeah! Me too! I didnt pay $650 to get jerked around and wait on someone i paid for going on 4.5 hours now.

My wife and I were wanting new flooring in our kitchen and bathrooms. I had used other places in the past, and was satisfied, but the service that was given to us @ R&R was outstanding!! Randy and Rob went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. The installers that were sent to our home were very helpful and kind as well. I would definitely recommend them. I went directly to their store, picked out a carpet and asked for them to drive down the road a few blocks to give me a bid. The lady told me it would be within the next few days. They never showed up. I called and rescheduled another time. Once again, they never showed up. Do they not want to preserve a good reputation and be responsible? Obviously not. There are plenty of places to go that are good and local. I wouldn’t give these guys a penny of my business.

We replaced our living room carpet with hardwood, and we are so happy with our experience at R&R Carpet! They had a huge selection of options to choose from, and the staff was very knowledgeable about every detail (Kat was who we dealt with mostly, and she was amazing and patient as I changed my mind a hundred times. She probably deserves a raise after this one) the installation was quick and looks so good, we would use them again without hesitation. Also, the prices were unbeatable.

RNR is the best!! I had another flooring company bid my house, it was super generic and just the bare minimum, they didnt give me any design ideas or tips. Then I took my plans R&R and they help me design all six bathrooms, two kitchens, living room, and great room. It was a big job but they made me feel like they were there just in business for me. Their pricing for everything came in just about the same as the other company, but I got a better product and better design. I really appreciate everything they did to help make my house beautiful!

We had these guys do part of our house and a competitor do another section we finished a month or so later. The other guys were a little cheaper for what was supposed to be the same product. There is a very noticeable difference in the two. I wish I had gone with these guys on the rest of the house. My floors look high end but were done on a mid grade budget. Thank you!

I would highly recommend giving them a try. I could not be any happier with the service and quality of their products. The only complaint I have is that I did not change out ALL of my rooms at once. But i sure will be back next year to do the kids rooms. We love our floorings from this place.

We have used R&R Carpet for practically every floor in our home. My sisters and brothers who have all built their homes have used them, and/or remodeled their homes. I am teacher, and for a part-time job I install tile, wood, and laminate flooring. I want to give R and R a shout out! They have been great to work with. Their prices are competitive and they have great designers that help make the purchasing process easy and enjoyable. I have sent many customers to get flooring from them and all of them have been well taken care of. In many instances the staff has bent over backwards to help customers. One time a flooring manufacturer messed up on my customers order, and R and R dealt directly with the manufacturer to help the customers get the product as timely as possible. In fact, the owner of the company even got involved to make sure things were taken care of. It is refreshing to deal with a locally owned company with owners that truly care about the customer and not just money.

For my luxury vinyl.flooring, the sales staff was knowledgeable and great to work with. The problem I have is the young man that came to measure, measured 100 square feet to much, or maybe the store added the 100 extra feet, and refused to let us return the 3 full boxes that cost us 450.00 to much. Now I am stuck with a bunch of flooring I dont need. I will in the future measure it myself.

Rock did a great job in making the best of the worst situation. We had ordered carpet weeks in advance to put into our newly purchased home. The carpet ended up getting back ordered, and Rock brought out their interior designer and multiple carpet options, allowing us to get carpet in before we moved in. They went above and beyond to make it right, I wont do business with anyone else.

My husband and I went in to RNR and picked out carpet nearly two months ago. We waited 2 weeks for someone to come and measure the room so we called and asked when they were coming, the employee told us they would remind their worker to come out. No one has followed up. NO calls or measurements in two months!!!We called Wall2Wall Carpet who came that same day and installed the next week. At least someone knows how to treat customers.

Excellent service. Personable and not pushy.The installation of our carpet was seamless. The workers were thorough and left no trace behind, not even one knick in our new baseboards and paint.I will definately use them for our next flooring installation!
