My family and I stayed st Godfrey Street, I. Chelsea at the beginning of Oct. We had a fantastic time in this wonderful home. The house offers all home comforts and the bedrooms are light and spacious. We particularly like the conservatory, which lets the sun flood into this lovely home. Location of the property is perfect and only steps from Kings Road. Weve already booked a return trip to London using London Connection. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at 17 Adams Row in Mayfair for six days in September 2017. The location and house were great, just as portrayed, and everything we had hoped for. Communication at the time of booking, prior to travel, upon our arrival, and after our trip have been very friendly, organized and helpful. I would definitely recommend London Connection!

We thought the apartment was priced correctly.We liked the location because we think Kensington is beautiful. And being halfway between 2 tube stations gave us a lot of flexibility route-wise. We love architecture, so the attached photo is of the building in which this apartment is located. This is very indicative of Kensingtons attractiveness -- numerous neighborhood walks!We are glad we booked with London Connection and would do so again.

These guys are amazing. We identified the apartment we wanted on Home Away. By happenstance, it is one of the properties managed by The London Connection, out of Utah, of all things.What good fortune for us. The flat was impeccable. They and their staff on the ground in London took care of everything, from arranging transport to greeting us with a friendly concierge when we arrived who saw to it we were thoroughly oriented.Throughout, we were showered with friendly expertise.Anytime we return, we’ll just immediately contact London Connection.

We rented a flat in London from The London Connection. They were so professional and easy to communicate with. We LOVED the flat (on Clarges St in Mayfair) and our time in London. The location is just perfect. The flat itself is spotless and well maintained. We had everything we needed to make breakfasts and keep some food items on hand. The king size bed and air conditioning were lovely additions. The market was just across the street, which was convenient and the Green St Tube station was a block away. The value (compared to a hotel) cant be beat. We spent two and a half weeks here and Id do it again in a skinny minute! I don’t think we could have asked for a better place to stay. We’ve highly recommended this company to all our friends.

We had such a great time in London and at the London Connection flat. We stayed at the Gloucester property. It was so beautiful! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know. We don’t get to Europe often, but next time we come back we will stay with the London Connection properties!! By far the best experience we had while traveling for three weeks. Don’t hesitate to book.

My daughter, parents, and I had a wonderful trip to London staying in this flat. Its just the right size for a group of 4. There are two bedrooms; one bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a double bed. Note that this flat is at the top of three flights of stairs. The location is excellent; optimally located next to the Gloucester tube state, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacy. The neighborhood is safe and the flat just what we needed for a week in London.

Staying in this apartment was one of the highlights of our recent trip to London. The flat is gorgeous with plenty of space which made it feel like our own home. It was very clean, which is always important, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area is absolutely perfect with lots of things to do and places to eat near by and the tube easily accessible. We opened our windows and enjoyed our view and totally felt like a local. The location of each flat is within easy walking distance of groceries, transportation and great restaurants. London Connection is an amazing service. The property was absolutely beautiful, and I felt like a native Londoner while staying in their flat - lovely decor in a great location. The rooms were extremely clean (and I am very picky), and the linens and towels were in great shape. Each person with whom I dealt at London Connection was fantastic from start to finish. Cristina was spot on with help and our British questions.

We stayed using London Connection for a week and the whole process was great. From getting picked up at the airport, to the welcoming check-in process, to the location, and the ride back to the airport it was a great experience. We really enjoyed the place and the location was great. The neighborhood was wonderful and made it so easy to get basically everywhere we wanted to go.

We had an awesome time. The Pall Mall flat was really nice and clean. You couldn’t ask for a flat in a better location. It’s and easy walk to the Mall and Buckingham Palace, a grocery was a block away, Trafalgar Was an easy walk, bus stops and subway stations were very close, not to mention the Soho district with plenty of alfresco dinning.

As best as we can tell, the apartments rented by London Connection are top-drawer. Our rentals have been at 2-11 and 2-12 West St, a convenient location at the juncture of the Covent Garden and Soho districts. Like most in-town locations, it is well-served by the subway or Tube. Management did a great job of prompt booking, billing, and coordinating the arrival rendezvous.The apartment building we stayed in does come with a good bit of nighttime street noise, especially on the weekends. 2-11 had an interior bedroom that was very quiet, so our sensitive sleeper was there and the one with earplugs was in the bedroom facing the major intersection. The kitchens and bathrooms were exemplary. You will be comfortable here, and we will be back!

We had an amazing time! The flat was awesome we stayed at in London. We could not get over the amazing location. It was so convenient and close to so many things to see. We had great customer service. London Connection was so easy to work with and always responded in a timely manner. I hope to use them again in my travel needs!

We loved the apartment — especially the location in central London, which is within walking distance of almost all the major sites. In addition, the Charing Cross and Embankment tube stations are only a few minutes away. The London Connections staff were awesome to work with -- including the booking process, transportation from the airport, and apartment check-in. We will definitely stay in a London Connection apartment next time we’re in the city!

We rented a one-bedroom flat in an amazing location in Londons West End. It was within walking distance to all of the theaters, restaurants, Piccadilly Circus, etc. It was perfect! London Connection was wonderful to work with every step of the way. If you want to do London the way the locals do London, I HIGHLY recommend going through the London Connection.

Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect, being so close to Covent Garden, and the apartment matched 100% the photographs and description. It was also extremely comfortable, well sound proofed and superbly equipped. As this was a reservation for a special occasion, it was perfect and played a perfect part in a really nice weekend.

My family and I stayed at the Adams Row flat in early June. It was a fantastic location with easy access to 2 tube stations and walking distance to many of the sights. Our older teenage son loved having his own room and bathroom downstairs while our younger son enjoyed the loft. The flat was on a very quiet, quaint street in the posh Mayfair area, and had comfortable beds, lots of light, great shower water pressure and a well stocked kitchen - all important to us as a family when traveling. We had a great stay and hope to return soon.

We had such a great time in London! Loved Redfield Mews as it was central to everything and it was like a second home. Perfect for travelling with our teenage sons as it gave everybody their own space. My sister was with us for a short time but she also truly enjoyed it.I really am glad we paid for the extra night so we could get into the house early the next day. Both drivers to and from Redfield Mews were very professional and friendly as well and so much easier to have somebody meet you at the airport.Cristina was great as we really did need to be oriented to the flat. She answered my questions promptly by email and again she was very friendly and welcoming.We would recommend the London Pass and the oyster card as well. It did save us considerable money and was well worth it.It was a great family vacation and I am so thankful I booked this trip with London Connection. There is still so much to see and do so we will return.Spectacular city!

We really enjoyed our stay at Redfield Mews. The size was great for our group of 5 and the location was fabulous - close to the tube, shops and restaurants. It was also well located for access to the airport.Thanks to the London Connection team and the drivers - everything went so smoothly, it was great.

Once again we have had a wonderful time in London thanks to The London Connection. This trip we managed to once again stay in our favorite flat in Knightsbridge. As always, it was ready for our arrival and being greeted by Ricardo is always lovely. Looking forward to our return soon.

We spent a wonderful week at 90 Sloan Avenue in the South Kensington area of London. The best thing about the 1 bedroom apt is its location which is only a 5 minute walk from the South Ken tube stop which is on the Circe/District line making it so convenient to both the West End, Central London and Heathrow. Also a 5 minute walk to my favorite museum --- the Victoria and Albert -- and close to many many nice pubs and restaurants. The London Connection concierge service is excellent and timely providing a full explanation of the apt and the neighborhood.

We spent four nights here with our college age kids and had a wonderful time. Great location. We were able to walk everywhere, there were great restaurants all around, theaters, and shopping. Everything worked well from beginning to end. Tom was very helpful on the US side, as we had some flight issues on our end. We were picked up by a very friendly driver and taken straight to the apartment, which was really nice after an overnight flight. We’ve done the tube to Covent Garden from Heathrow before and even though that isn’t too bad, the car pickup was so much nicer. Cristina was great, as she met us at the flat and went through everything with us, and answered all our questions. The flat worked really well for us. Comfortable, cozy beds so we slept really well. Great hot showers. Washer to help us get ready for the rest of our trip. Definitely would stay here again. Also used their car service at the end of our stay to go back to Heathrow for our rental car pickup. So happy we used London Connection.

We had such a wonderful time, and the flat was perfect! (I want to live there!) We would definitely stay there again. We had one of the Clarges St flats. The location couldnt have been better, a couple of blockes from the Green Park Underground station. And Gus was great when he checked us in. He even walked us to the Fortnum & Mason store on Piccadilly Rd, where we bought food for our first lunch in London. Everything was very easy to arrange, and having rented many apartments before, that was very appreciated. I am attaching a picture of my husband and me in front of the gates to Buckingham Palace. While we were there, the Queen rode right past us in her car!!! I know that was special. Thank you again for helping to make our trip to London wonderful!Marilyn

I have stayed in several London Connection flats over a period of more than 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The flats are in really good locations, close to public transport, and are clean, comfortable and well supplied with all you need for a great vacation. The cost is very reasonable (for London) given the excellent locations and standard of furniture and appliances. On several occasions the flat I originally booked was not available through no fault of London Connection and they always found me an excellent replacement flat for the same price. The staff are friendly and very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns or problems.I would advise taking advantage of the airport pickup service -- it is wonderful to have someone meet you, especially after a long haul flight, and take away any concerns re finding the flat. The drivers are very competent and always at the airport on time.

London Connection went out of their way to help us when our US to UK flight was postponed for 12 hours. Driver was waiting for us, flat was spotless, and we were given a long and thorough briefing on the workings of everything inside and out...upon our arriving after midnight.

You can’t get much better than to be in the Mayfair area, on Clarges street, within walking distance to the Ritz hotel! Small elevator gets you to the third floor. It opens into the hallway and to your right is a lovely English living room, with the love seat, a nice big chair and ottoman, perfect for napping!Off that room is a modern kitchen, I cooked breakfast there two or three times, dishes and all are provided!We were met at the airport by David, and at the apartment to show us how things worked by Christina! Both were a good representative for the London Connection!We are returning to London in May, and if it wasn’t that we would have too many people there, we would return to Clarges Street again.We are just sorry we didn’t discover The London Connection sooner!

My family and i have been using London Connection for the last 4 years, and i cannot praise them highly enough. We will be booking one of their appartment again for 2019. I stumbled across them by accident on the web, and what a stroke of luck that turned out to be, this company is AMAZING!! From first contact to last, and everything in between was made very easy by the whole team, from Tori and Shannon in the States to Christina and our let in guy Ricardo in London, a special mention here for Ricardo who was extremely knowledgable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.The flat itself in Gloucester mansions was Superb, in an awesome location, smack bang in the middle of Theatreland and so close to at least three tube stations. It was fully equipped with everything you could need for a great Holiday, and with regard to cost, you wont find anything more reasonable in London, especially not of this quality. If youre looking to go on holiday in London, check them out first, youll be glad you did.

We stayed in a wonderful apartment on Green Street in 2014 which was just around the corner from Selfridges on Oxford Street. Although it appears the flat is no longer available from London Connection I would not hesitate to recommend London Connection for the quality of its properties and their excellent locations close to all the amenities of a world class city.

A disappointment that undermined our holiday - when asked by the company I expressed a range of issues that were ignored. Upon finally contacting the company owner about the rental in question his response was to denial. Be forewarned that all in not what it seems and than photos can be deceiving.

While visiting Europe last fall, we decided at the last minute to make a bee-line for London, our most favorite city in the world. London Connection to the rescue! Despite only two days notice, and with our visit bumping right into the Thanksgiving holiday, Thomas and staff were able to find us one of their few remaining available flats and it worked out perfectly for us. We have used London Connections service for 10 years now and this was our 7th time staying in one of their flats and we were delighted with our stay at their property in the South Kensington area. The location was ideal for us. The South Kensington tube station is a 5 minute walk directly up the street from the flat, and it serves the Piccadilly blue line which made our daily trips to Leicester Square and Covent Garden an absolute breeze. Fun to explore Kensington Gardens, walk around the beautiful neighborhoods of Chelsea, and of course, visit Harrods! While this flat is the smallest of the flats we have rented previously, the rental price reflects this and what a bargain! The flat was laid out in an extremely functional manner--no space wasted. We had plenty of closet space to unpack all our clothes for the 10 days we were there, we used the washer/dryer combo a few times, we brought in our own groceries (Sainsburys is just two blocks away on same street). It was COLD while we were there and the heating system worked great and the WI-FI was perfect. Ricardo and Christine were a pleasure to work with, as always! Another great experience with the entire London Connection team! You cant go wrong using this company! London is expensive, and being able to rent a flat for much less than a hotel is a lifesaver!

Our stay at 3-4 Bramham Gardens was perfect!  The flat is BEAUTIFUL!  Julia enjoyed running around in the garden and played with the neighborhood kids.  The flat is perfectly situated...Earls Court Station is incredibly close and we took advantage of our location to eat local (Cafe du Coin, the shwarma place, and the amazing Moroccan restaurant, awesome Italian en route to the Brompton cemetery, etc.) and shop local.  The shop across from the cafe has a large amount of French products, which was a lovely surprise!Roberto was INCREDIBLE!  He met us straight away at the flat and walked us through everything we needed to know about the flat, the neighborhood, even told us about the local Paul bakery (which I havent seen since I was in France!).  The taxi service with David was an option I am very glad we took and I would highly recommend!  Made life easy after a 10+ hr flight.I cannot recommend the flat enough!!!  It is perfect!Thanks again for all your help in planning our wonderful stay in London!

We had a wonderful 10 night stay in London and loved our flat. Cristina, who welcomed us, was super helpful and professional initially and throughout our stay.We found the flat very comfortable and conveniently located. It was fantastic having Tesco close by, St James Park and a Pret or Caffe Nero on almost every corner.The flat itself was in excellent condition with spacious rooms, plenty of storage and light, and all the appliances you need.Thank you so much for providing such cosy and well-cared for accommodation, as well as such excellent service. We cant wait to return!

Fabulous Location in the middle of thingsThis is a fabulous location for a lively restaurant and bar scene; grocery shopping; Covent Garden; Theater district; Leicester Square; SoHo; Chinatown; walk to Trafalgar Square (Center of London); and near (walk) to several tube stations. Being in the middle of all this activity can have its downside. It can be a little noisy at night with sirens from nearby police station, but you are on 5th floor. It was tolerable and quieted down after midnight. It’s an insignificant price to pay for such a great place in a fabulous location.The apartment met our expectations and is as it appears in the pictures on the website. It is beautifully furnished and very clean. Bathrooms are large with lots of counter space for toiletries. There are comfortable furnishings in Living room and Bed rooms. There is a small lift to this Penthouse Apartment located on the 5th floor.The staff is helpful and responsive answering questions and fixing problems. We used the driver to pick us up at the Airport and take us back to the airport. Great service! We recommend using the driver to and from the airport.We highly recommend this apartment if you want to be where the action is in central London.

Through the London Connection, my family and I found a wonderful flat in the Kensington neighborhood of London. They arranged for a driver to meet us at Heathrow, and for an agent to meet us at the flat with keys. The flat itself was AS ADVERTISED. We had a good experience.

We found the 2 bedroom flat at Upper St. Martins Lane very comfortable, spacious, well-appointed, and clean. It was amazingly quiet for a flat in such a busy spot. Its also nicely decorated in a style we found relaxing. We loved the Seven Dials neighborhood and grabbed most of our meals at local restaurants so we alas did not get a chance to use the lovely kitchen. We also found the flat to be walking distance from many of the things we wanted to do and within easy walking distance from the tube stations we needed for other outings. As always, Cristina, Ricardo and the David Norman Company staff are on time, knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. Its such a relief of any stress to be able to get off the plane and know that well be taken care of.The location of the flat was very good for the things we had planned. Getting to the London Stadium for the World Track and Field competition from the flat was a quick walk up to Tottenham Court Road tube stop and then direct transit to the Stratford stop, which is the one closest the stadium. We used Charing Cross, Bankside and Leicester stations for other outings and one day walked to Buckingham Palace for the Queens Gallery show, going via Trafalgar Square and the Mall.This is very pedestrian of us but one thing we love about the two LC flats we have rented (Palace St. and Upper St. Martins Lane) is having a washer/dryer and it was very helpful particularly this time when we had been out at the London Stadium (which is beautiful btw) multiple days with very changeable temps and weather conditions.In short the flat more than met our needs for this trip and we will plan to book with London Connections again.

Had another great stay at a London Connection apartment, this time at 2 Macklin Street. The apartment was well equipped even with a washer/dryer. Basically all the amenities mentioned in the description of the apartment. We were on the 6th floor and there was hardly any road noise with the windows closed. The living room and bedroom each had their own radiator. For those of you who are tall can see the London Eye from the top kitchen window. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The apartment had fast Wi-Fi and was always connected. The only complaint was a very small kitchen trash can. Made for multiple trips to the trash bin during the week. We will definitely stay next year.

I have used London Connection 3 times in the last 4 years. Once was at a 2 bedroom property on Onslow Gardens in South Kensington which was fabulous with its ammenities especially the communal garden. And at 1-119 Clarges Street, Mayfair twice in the last two years.Both apartments were as described and both had excellent, but different locations. Service from London Connection was easy and smooth and we arranged a limousine all three times to our apartments from the airport (Chris Norman, driver) was excellent. Upon arrival at said apartments you are met by a representative of LC and are shown around the apartment and given guidelines of how the amenities work and rules for staying there. Very pleasant indeed, in fact we will never stay in a London hotel again. Thank you London Connection.
