Brian is different. Since he uses an out-of-the box approach to creative rent to own/seller financing, he sells homes to people regardless of their credit score. I have seen him help many people own their own home after being told by the bank that they did not qualify. He is one of the few people I know who is able to see things from the buyers perspective and be able to come up with a creative win-win solution that make all parties happy.
