They did really well helping our friend who got injured at the beginning of his experience. But after they left, we were the only ones there. The lifeguard employee walked around looking at us with a sour expression. At first I didnt realize she was an employee...I thought maybe she was a mom displeased with trying to find her own kids. Then she kept looking at my kids, and I noticed she was wearing a small fannypack with a First-Aid symbol. After she looked directly at me and I smiled and she didnt return anything but a blank look, and she kept hovering watching my boys with a really sour expression the whole time, I asked if they wanted to play on the obstacle trampoline with the rotating beam. She put a chair in front of the entrance instead of saying anything. It was astonishingly rude. I couldnt figure out why she was acting that way...my boys are super tame and were just bouncing normally the whole time. We left before our time was up. Never going back...there are plenty of other places that want our business. So weird.

The employees were very friendly as soon as we walked in. This is a nice family friendly facility. Not only was the place surrounded by good vibes but it was very clean and I saw a couple employees sanitizing the trampolines. #ronafree #kidsloveit #recommend

My kids had fun! It was decorated for Halloween which was cool.But the staff was not friendly at all. I even witness one worker aggressively grab AND yank one childs arm because they werent wearing a wrist band. There is no excuse for that behavior. Turns out that child wasnt able to wear a wrist band and the parent (who was with the child) was holding the wrist band. Overall totally disgusted by the workers behavior.

Our favorite thing to do is come here for Halloween. They do such a good Job making this one of yearly stops. Its like a haunted house with trampolines. Its so fun.

This place is fantastic. My kids love it, I (40M) love it. It has everything you want at a trampoline park. It also has an arcade and food. The staff is super nice and friendly too. An easy 5 star.

Fly High puts on an awesome Halloween event every October. Its a great thing to with the family or the kids. They call it flyghtmares. They do a good job making it look like a haunted trampoline park. They dark out there Nets Course and make it into a fun spook ally. Highly Recommended. In ogden behind the Newgate Mall.

This is one of the best layouts Ive seen. Theres so much to do for every age. I was able to watch my 4 year old while wearing my baby in a carrier at no extra charge. The only thing thats lacking is the employees attitudes. The front desk teens will literally ignore you and start talking to each other. They need to learn better customer service soft skills. If you have any questions, they act like its painful to help you.

Lots of fun for the family! Attended a birthday party here and the hostess took care of everyone and the kids had a blast. My sweaty little kids came back and insisted that I bring them back again!

The kids loved it and the staff did a great job of keeping everyone safe without killing the fun.

We had our sons birthday there and we had a good time. There were quite a few people there on Sunday. So i cant imagine what a Saturday would be like. They did a great job with hosting the party. Pizza was warm but not fresh but i can understand why that would be hard to do. Better off taking your own food i think. The room looked great(beach room) nice having your own space.

Fly High saved us when another facility failed to get staff for our reserved party since they got the date wrong. Jasmine at High Fly helped us out and provided us a successful place to have our party. It was clean, fun and a great time was had by all! We will come again! Thank you!

Fly high is so much fun!!! It’s such a great place to take kids and adults. We always have the most fun here. The workers are great and we have never had a bad experience. The other jumpers have always been respectful to the little ones we’ve had there and every time we go we are excited to go back again.

Our 7 year old had a fantastic birthday party 🎉! The price to jump is fair and the environment was clean. I do wish that the table rentals for the party wasnt ridiculously priced at 65$ just for a table. Also... I wish balloons would have been provided decorations other than just plates and tablecolth. Overall....happy, fun day was had by all. Also, the birthday host was super friendly.

What a fun and easy first time experience!! Ninja obstacle course. Parkcour style course and something to do for all ages. Little flyer area for the minis. I absolutely will come back! Plus the girl in the front was very pleasant. 💯👍

Had my sons birthday here. He had so much fun. I wish they had a small area designated for kids under 5 (maybe they do, but I didnt see one). I have a son with autism who is 4 and he was having a hard time finding a place to safely jump without bigger kids around.

We live 30 minutes from the trampoline park. There is a friendly staff and bouncy atmosphere. Awesome!

Clean and organized. Uniform colors inside so it doesnt look like a hodgepodge of equipment. (Which I appreciate very much) They offer military and law enforcement discounts which I appreciate even more. They also have massage chairs for parents to utilize out on the playground floor while watching the kids. It was $10 for 30 minutes. Oh... And they have an arcade as well as a snack bar.

This trampoline park is great. They have so many good specials to save you money and there are so many different options instead of just trampolines to jump on. They have a toddler area and they have an Olympic obstacle course that is up above the ground, they have the high flying trampolines like gymnasts use they also have a ninja course and two foam pits and a dodgeball court. They also have a big blob type thing you can jump off from like a high platform. My girls love this place and always ask to go. Their food court serves zeppes Italian ice and custard which is delicious and their food court prices are really reasonable. My only wish was that they had their toddler pay your age special more than once a week, we would definitely come more if they had it multiple times throughout the week. Overall, a great place!

Great birthday party place but seriously expensive

My son and his friends LOVE this place. Lately it seems like they have been every weekend. They are 9 and never get bored, always begging for another hour. The 1st time I took them in a young woman named Angie at the front desk helped me. She was AMAZING! Great customer service! The last 2 times I have taken them i look for Angie and she always greats us with a big smile. She is so friendly, professional, quick, helpful and I just love her!!!!

First time there. Grandchildren had incredible fun. Staff is wonderkind. Highly recommend.

Looking for an explanation as to why people can’t come in at 7 when you don’t close till 8 on Sundays? We drove 40 minutes from Tremonton to celebrate our daughter getting potty trained. We did the waivers online in advance so we could walk right in and pay and get in. We got there at 7 on the dot and the employee up front was vacuuming and told us they were closed. I asked why their posted hours say they are open till 8 if they close at 7? He said the computer system won’t let them sell anything during the last hour. I call BS. I looked online and the hours say till 8, nowhere does it specify you have to come before the last hour starts to be able to jump. We turned around, walked out and drove the 40 minutes home with an upset toddler for probably no reason other than the employee wanted to go home early. Incredibly disappointed.

Fly high an awesome trampoline park but only if it is not busy, compared to get air that can accommodate for a decent amount of people and still be enjoyable. The air bag is very cool however I do wish there was a full size foam pit because those of us who like to be adventures have less forgiveness with an airbag. Also the vr and nerf arena seem to be broken every other week. The Zeppes inside however is an excellent addition. While it may not be the smartest thing to est before or after jumping around, it sure.does hit the spot everytime.

It was a blast! I really enjoy trampolines, and this was my first time going to a trampoline park! I went with my friends, and we had a total blast!

So my family decided to have my nieces birthday here. You pay to come in and jump which is fine, but what was not fine is that they charge $35 to use one of their white tables. They only have three free ones (which were being used at the time). That is steep for a table that was dirty. Also, nowhere is it posted that you couldnt use the tables. We also called to ask if we could bring food in and they never mentioned that. I will not be coming back here if thats what they think is fair.

This facility is a little on the smaller side but they get good marks for cleanliness and cool features packed in the small space. There is a food center and an arcade as well.

Great place to work out that energy kids have, theyll be sleeping like babies afterwards

Well it is pricey it is really fun. if you are playing the whole time an hour is plenty of time because you will be exhausted. Make sure to follow rules so you dont get injured. Its a great family activity.

We have started a tradition to go to Trampoline Parks when we travel. Weve visited trampoline parks all over Utah (St George to Northern Utah) Chicago, California and more. Fly High remains our favorite.Fly High has it all: performance trampolines, foam pits, high adventure course, parkour, obstacle course, Dodge ball, air filled pits, long trampolines, arcade, great customer service, a swing, the spinning arm on a octagon tramp, pizza, Zeppes, open on Sundays and more.Seriously! Who would of thought thought that In Ogden, UT you would find the best trampoline park. If you read this review, consider yourself in the know now.

The older kids had a certificate from school. Price was reasonable, and we had a lot of fun.Only complaint is that as a non-jumper (was in a car accident a few days before we went) it was difficult to find a place to observe.

This is the 2nd time we have taken our family here! Our kids like it a lot, we like it because the building is clean inside and out. We liked them on Facebook and got a discount.

Bleh. If you feel like spending half your paycheck for an hours worth of play go for it. It was clean but smelt like feet. I brought my toddler and there was so many kids I didnt feel like it was safe for her play. Which is okay. Just sucks we paid all that money. Not going back anytime soon. We have a tramp in the backyard.

This place is lovely, a great environment for your kids & family. It was clean, and they sanitized frequently. Sunday mornings are the best, they are quiet, and very enjoyable. Jasmine & Kennidee seemed very happy, and cared about the customers, taking time to talk to them and making sure they were comfortable and having a good time. The arcade, food court, and the park itself was so fun, my kids were never bored. Thank you fly high, will be coming again. :)!!!!!!

I have visited Fly High several times with my three children and some if their friends. The park has always been clean and the staff friendly and helpful. There is a variety of trampoline activities for all ages. My kids ranged in age from 3 to 10 when we first visited Fly High and they are now ages 7 to 14 and still thoroughly enioy it. The upstairs is open and has lots of nice large tables and seating making it a great place for birthday celebrations. The upstairs overlooks the trampoline park so you can easily see your children at all times. Downstairs has very limited seating. Prices are kind of steep but average compared to other trampoline parks Ive been to. Discounts are offered certain days and times so plan ahead. Overall a fun time.

Kinda pricey but if you I promise you will get tired within 30 minutes. Its a very fun place. An 1 hour there will seem like a long time because your so tired.

We visited Ogden more than 2 months ago, bought 1 month pass to this trampoline park and they continue charging my credit card without my permission and despite multiple calls dont refund those charges. Every time I call they promise to resolve this and send me a confirmation, but nothing happens and a few weeks later they promise the same. I understand that mistakes happen, but its getting beyond ridiculous, it looks like I wont get my money back without disputing those transactions with my credit card company and wasting more of my time dealing with this.Update: they contacted me next day after I left review, acknowledged again that the charge was in error, however I still havent received a refund and they arent responding to emails anymore.

Yes- Handicap parking. Arcade area. Snack stand. Military discount. Parties. Monthly passes. FlyHigh merchandise.Fun place to take your kids, would be better if they had a, toddlers zone. This trampoline park offers hours of fun for your kids. Foam pits, dodgeball, and obstacle course to name a few. Bathrooms are well kept. They have a water dispenser to fill up your water bottles. You can keep your stuff safe in their lockers, plus charge your phone, at a cost of course. The menu items for snack bar is good. Kids seem to go for the Zeppes Italian ice. But they offer more than that. All in all, Id definitely recommend bringing your kids here. Keep in mind it can be a bit costly for jumping, socks, arcade playing and food. But the memories are priceless.

I love taking my kids here, its a very family friendly environment. Their service is incredibly fast and the staff make sure their jobs get done! I definitely recommend taking your kids here for a fun evening out with the family.

Fly High was so much fun! They honored our birthday party reservation even during the social distancing. Alexis was super helpful. I forgot drinks and they provided complimentary waters for every jumper and had soda pop available when I was ready for it. I was worried about cleanliness normally being such a busy place but it was quite clean. I even noticed staff going through different stations when they were not being used and cleaning. Thank you fly high for making my daughters birthday so much fun!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have taken my son here for years, partly because one of the owners told me they would be supportive of the fact that he has a prosthesis. Nope! One of the girls who works there was following him around and getting after him for everything he was doing and has done there for years without anyone saying anything. And the manager defended her! There were other kids there doing the same things he was, but she targeted him. We were there less than 10 minutes and all we heard was “You can’t do that.” Nobody deserves to be treated like that. Especially since this is one of his favorite things. Sad that kids with disabilities are treated different. DON’T go here!!

I had so much fun at Fly High with my two little ones! An employee named Jasmin showed us around. Her customer service and positive vibe made my kids feel even more excited. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean place to take your kids.

So check it, you take your kids theyre having fun. The staff is like hey adults can play too. So you give it a shot and have the most fun you ever had! Super awesome and huge trampoline park, and they have an arcade if you have someone in your group that doesnt know how to have fun.

I have NEVER seen a place like this before. I have always wanted to attempt a Ninja Warrior course, they have one that is thankfully shorter. I will not deny that it took me about 20 or 30 minutes to complete the first obstacle, but I dont care. I had fun with my neices.

I had my son’s birthday party here and the staff went above and beyond to make the day wonderful for him and less stressful for me. I forgot to order pizza so the manger went to pick it up for me. Erin helped with the party, communicated everything very clearly and took time to make sure the party was going well. I can’t say enough good things about this place, especially the staff ❤️

We love this place. So much fun for the whole family. We even took our babies and they had fun. Dodge ball on the big tramps in the back was my favorite. I mean who dont love to throw a ball at their husbands face with some G force!

I held my son’s 4th Birthday Party at Fly High and was so impressed with their events coordinator, Erin! She handled every detail for me and was in touch multiple times beforehand. The facility including the trampoline area and private room were well maintained. Kids and parents all had a blast! I highly recommend Fly High for your next party/event!

My Son was was slightly injured while jumping and 4 employees including the owner came over to us to make sure he was ok. This is a great place and they do a great job making sure it’s a good experience for everyone.

The cleanliness and fantastic customer service was a welcome sight to see after being cooped up in the house for so long. My kids were so happy and excited to finally jump and spend all of that quarantine energy. The kids are already begging us to go back.
