These guys are super honest and a great value. If your mad about your service being shut off, then pay your Bill!! They give multiple notifications. They’ve always been very responsive and brutally honest about connectivity. If line of sight is less than ideal, they will let you know. I love em.

I have been so impressed with the quality of the internet we get. Their customer service is great as well. We are currently getting connext fiber in our area and I cant wait for it to be hooked up!

We had a few issues when they were laying their cables in Farr West, but Craig, Tyler, customer service representatives were awesome with helping us resolve our issues! They were prompt to call us back as well as address and fix any issues we had. They are a very professional company with awesome workers!

When we moved to Farr west a little over a year ago we could only find three Internet service providers. Rise broadband, century link, and connext. I decided to go with the national brand thinking it was going to be the best, century link. Century link was also the only wired connection. Rise broadband and connext were both wireless. Century link only guaranteed five download and the ping was very bad. I kept it for about six months and decided to try something new since I was working from home a lot more. I talked to my neighbor and they recommended Connext because they offered 20 download or better. They have been pretty solid but at times It does go down for about 15 minutes. I’ve only had one issue with them and that was after a huge windstorm it blew the dish a little offset from the micro pop. I called customer service and she was able to tell me that The dish was indeed off a few degrees. They came out early the next morning and re-set the dish and it’s been solid ever since. They have recently started installing fiber in the area and I know they will do a good job just based on what I have seen from them.

I live 2.2 miles from their office. Was informed that my area isnt a priority for their office, it would take 4 to 5 months for them to be bothered to send a technician to my house to set up service.

I had fiber optic connection setup at my home and the installer (Scott) was amazing! He was very attentive to detail with his cable installation and took a lot of pride in his work, making sure to carefully hide the cable as well as possible. He made sure we were satisfied and did a speed test on different devices in our home. The speed was incredible! Upload and download speeds were equally comparable. I appreciated the organization of the company with booking my appointment and letting me know when he was on his way. Excellent service!!

Within a minutes from switching from Century Link to Connext, my download speed was 5 times faster and my upload speed was 11 times faster. This is not a joke. Fantastic service as well and very respectful of social distancing of 6 and the rubber gloves the tech wore while working in my home. Recommend them to anyone.

We are quarantined and have 5 children that have to do online school during this time. Our internet went out on Friday afternoon, didn’t think much about it and just finished with data on our phones. It still wouldn’t connect over the weekend, so Sunday afternoon I left a message that we had been out for a couple days and really needed to get internet back to do school Monday morning. First thing Monday morning, they called and set up for a tech to come out and trouble shoot. It looked like everything was good, but it still wasn’t working on our end. Tech came back and left parts on our doorstep for us to do repairs inside and thread it out to him and his partner. He walked us through everything through the door to keep everyone safe. We got our part inside done and they got back up on the roof and ran a new line (old one ended up having a short somewhere) and got my kids back up and running. Highly impressed with the customer service and going above and beyond to get our kids back to be able to do online school the same day!

I am using wireless service from Connext in the Plain City area. I recently made a switch from Ubiquity Internet, which I constantly had issues with. Connext made the switch easy. They came out the next day after I made the phone call to set up the installation. I have had one trouble ticket since the install and the technician was able to come out the same day and took care of the issue. Connext is very responsive, easy to get a hold of on the phone (talking to a real person), and I feel like the internet service is a very good value for $30 per month. I would definitely recommend using Connext! I wish I would have known about them in the beginning and saved some time and money having to switch from another internet provider.

We tried to get 2 other companies to come out to our newly built home, yet neither of them could pin point pour location. It was extremely frustrating! So much time wasted. Then I called connext. They were so friendly and squeezed me in the very next day! We have internet now... And well... Things are great! Im very happy with this company!!!

So far, Im very satisfied with my experience with Connext. We had fiber installed and the technician (Craig) was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and precise. It turned out that the job was going to take twice as long at my location, and he didnt gripe at all. He also was wearing gloves, and a face mask for protection during this whole COVID situation.As far as the internet goes, so far Ive had top speeds very consistently. With my previous provider it was inconsistent at best, and very low speeds. The router they provide as part of the install fee is a great router. Im very excited to be using them in the future.As far as customer service, its been incredible. When talking to them, I get a person, not a robot. Their business has a very personal feel to it.In short, Ive had a great experience with them, Im extremely happy with my speeds, and Im excited to have made the switch.

Connext fixed wireless internet service was installed at my house today. The tech was on-time, friendly, fast and knowledgeable. The connection speed exceeded my expectations (20-70Mb). I’m very happy with the service and like the idea of supporting a local business. You can’t beat the quality for $30/month. I highly recommend switching to them.

Update July 25th 2020. After 3 months of using connext service, so far it’s good. Slow, but good for basic usage (streaming movies, basic social media stuff). Not so good with their uploading speed, I upload videos on YouTube once or twice a week and it takes forever to upload anything, like literally forever. Hope that they would work on how to get better upload and download speed for our area in the future, that will be awesome.

We just got connected with Connext, switching over from vivint. I’ve been impressed with the customer service. We’ve had two techs out to the house since we wanted to run our cables through the attic, and both were willing to work around our schedules and awesome to work with. So far the internet service and worked great as well!

Im a pretty rare reviewer. You have to knock my socks off. These guys did. I live out west in Ogden where there are few internet options. I was having slow internet in my office which I really needed. They suggested I hard wire in and maybe it was my wifi. I told them I couldnt because I didnt have a line there. They said no problem we will run one for you. So a tech came out for a few hours and ran a line across the roof and right into my office no charge. Now Im getting 40 mgbts out in the boonies and couldnt be more grateful for how above and beyond they went. I love calling and getting a local person if I ever have an issue!Update: 7/28. Again I rarely review but these guys are so good.I just switched to Comcast. 1 gig internet compared to 10-20 meg in my area I had to. (Comcast wasn’t available before but is now and is much more expensive). I switched and forgot to cancel and unplugged my old router. They called me today to ask if my internet was working ok because they didn’t detect a router. That is next level. I have thoroughly enjoyed this company and I highly suggest them to all who want a local top customer service experience.

We switched rom Comcast and they’ve been better to work with, fast enough speed for what we need, and also the no contract flat rate is nice. My service went out due to an unexpected issue with a fiber cable. They came out early in the morning and had it resolved within an hour. Service is very affordable and reliable, I can stream HBO, Netflix and play online.

I signed up with Connext about a month ago after moving to Roy. I shopped around and compared all the options and felt like Connext was the best value. I like that when you call them a human answers instead of getting an endless phone tree. I was thrilled when the install tech informed me I was actually getting 50+mbps download speeds when they only advertised 25mbps.

Worked great for 3 years, then today I got a voicemail informing me the tower that provided service was getting torn down today and they couldnt connect me to a different signal, so my service was being terminated effective immediately. Youd think a little common courtesy like a heads up phone call further in advance than the day of would be appropriate. We referred 6 different people to them, stood by them during their price increase, just to get service terminated the day of. Really disappointed in how it was handled.

Weve had this service just several months, and sure glad we switched over! 1. Quality for the price is great, 2. Anytime we call someones there, 3. Their techs are always on time and go above and beyond making sure our question and concerns are answered, 4. Local company so makes it easier to get ahold of someone not having to go though voice recording you actually speak with someone!I would definitely recommend it, especially if your tired of other over priced places!!

Great experience so far with Connext Internet. Unfortunately, we were just outside of the fiber optic zone, so we settled for the 25 mbps wireless internet option. The connection speeds have been great (between 15 - 35 mbps) for only $30/month. We switched from CenturyLink where we were paying $40/month for 40 mbps, but we were lucky to be getting 5 - 10 mbps. The Connext technician was on time and professional. Calling customer service is a billion times better than calling CenturyLink. A breath of fresh air so far and hopefully it stays that way.

I moved from southern Utah and was looking for a local quality company. Ive had them for two months and they have been fantastic to work with. Everything was good until a storm came through and then it stopped working. I called to let them know it wasnt working and got a tech to come the same day. No hidden costs, no hidden fees, its a very straight forward company. After visiting with their employees, you can tell they arent just providing a service, but they are building a reputation.

These people are a total joke, I have had service with this company for 2 years plus, I put up with multiple connection issues, multiple service calls, through all this I stayed a loyal customer. Then all of a sudden they shut my service off due to non payment, when they are set up on auto pay. 18 days into the month without 1 phone call or email telling me that there was an issue with my auto payment.

I have had excellent service with Connext Internet Service. I had CenturyLink before and service was poor. At first I had Connext Satellite Service but recently switched to fiber optics and couldnt be happier. I signed up for the 250 mbps but actually my speeds are 280+ mbps download and almost 400 mbps upload speeds. I am streaming 3 devices at once.

Connext was VERY quick to come out and install fiber internet in my home. Whenever I call I always get someone on the line quickly. They included high quality equipment without charging a rental fee.Their gigabit internet truly is gigabit internet. 1000 down 1000 up. I get a ping of 1ms to my local server. Their prices are amazing for the speeds and service provided.I highly recommend Connext to anyone considering the switch. There is no reason to choose any other ISP.

We have had Connext internet service for going on four years and have never had any issues. The handful of times our internet ever went out was because the weather was terrible, heavy winds or a down pour of snow. I would recommend.

Connext has been amazingly easy and great to work with. They came to instal our internet and it immediately worked great! The installer that came was very professional, nice and fast. However, when my husband got home he wasnt happy with where the router was set up. Not to my knowledge, we had cables ran to each room and place where they all came together to be hooked into to router. I called connext and they sent someone out. It ended up being the same young man that had come the first time. I felt really bad for not being able to point him in the right direction the first time, but he was again, so kind, professional, went right to work and fixed the problem. My internet is fast, I havent had any problems connecting, losing connection or with anything else surrounding our internet. I couldnt ask for better customer service, internet nor price. These guys are great! I would highly recommend it to everyone!

They have changed a lot compared to the reviews given in the last two or three years and are located on G Ave in Ogden. Have a tower very close to our house, so the speed is great compared to Century Link that was only giving us around 1.3 mbps. So far, so good.

Absolutely terrible service. Only one package offered, 6 Mbps with bursts of up to 25 Mbps. I currently average around 1 or 2 Mbps. Completely unreliable. You guys need to step your game up, maybe hire someone that knows what they are doing, unless youre OK with providing spotty unreliable service. Definitely not worth the monthly fee, or time trying to deal with it.

But keep in mind that a few years ago, this company was small and going through a normal learning curve.Ive used their service for several years, and I can honestly say that the company 3-4 years ago, is not the same company that exists today. They have learned that servicing existing customers, is just as valuable as providing a good product.Are they the fastest? No. Do you get a great product for the price? Absolutely.Paying $50+ for access to the internet, is ridiculous.I say, give them a try, and go buy yourself some new shoes with the money you save.

We have been a customer for three years, our Radio Receiver wore out and our internet would not come in. After our failed attempts to reset our system, we called customer service and they sent out a technician the very next day. Colton was very professional and went the extra mile to make sure we would have maximum speed and communication between our router and their receiver. We are very pleased with their service.

I have had Connex internet service for about 3 weeks now. Internet service has been great. It took the technician around 2 hours to propely set up service. Connex is a small but growing company. So things can get a bit slower service wise if there is a backlog of service calls. But when it costs 60% less than my previous broadband provider, and the speeds went from 5mb to 21mb... Ill not complain.The one thing people are missing here when their internet is not working or working slow, is that the tower and reciver on a customers house has to have a clear line of sight. New spring growth of tall trees, new buildings in the way of a brodcasting tower, or a good sized wind storm can prevent proper reception.Note:Its been awhile since I posted my first initial review. As of January 2020. Im still positive with the internet service.

I love the price and for the first year, we had minimal service interruption. However, over the past six months, our internet is down at least once a week. I hate to pay more, but Im am online student and need reliable service.

I am so disappointed, Ive had more problems trying to connect to the internet these past 2 months. Especially this last month! Im so ready to cancel and go somewhere else. Everytime i try to troubleshoot its stating one thing after another. Ive tried rebooting i cant say how many times, and still the same thing. It is so frustrating. I am not going to continue to pay for a service that i continuously have problems getting on to the internet.. I am seriously thinking of looking into a different provider who is a bit more reliable with the service.

The internet is slow even though I pay for the high speed I get 2.2 Mbps it is suppose to be 15.0 Mbps.

Was ok at first. After a while it got to the point that during peak hours, especially during the weekends my internet was essentially unusable. They arent open on the weekends, however, so I ended up going the weekend without internet. When I would call during the week they would try to diagnose the problem unsuccessfully. In my conversations with them the claim to be the only local ISP to guarantee their speeds but when I asked them if i could be pro rated for the days that I didnt have internet that was usable they told me that they couldnt because they didnt have a record of when those days were. I told them I did because I ran speed tests about every hour on the days that my internet wasnt working out of frustration. They told me they wouldnt. I asked them what their gaurantee actually means than, and its nothing. It means nothing. They wont pro rate you for not having internet speeds they claim. Overall the only good thing I can say is that the technician was a cool guy and did a good job. Use Txox. Its the same type of service that is faster, cheaper, and open 24/7.

We tried this internet service because it was cheaper. The 4MB service from day one was about dial up speeds. I work from home and I missed two days of work because it was not even fast enough to get on the websites I needed. I called the company all day long and no one returned my calls. Finally that evening after my work day was shot to heck, the owner called from Montana and told me my dish was faulty and it would be five days until he could get me a new one. I can’t skip work for five days! There is only one technician and if he’s out of town you’re up a creek until he gets back. I was on the verge of losing my job because of the poor service of this company.

We moved from Comcast to Connext in March. We use Netflix and the Internet regularly for entertainment and business. While there have been a few hiccups, the service and speed have been pretty good. We are happy with the price. However, I wouldnt use this service exclusively for my business, I would have concerns with the hiccups.
