Just in general- this place is great. Very calming environment, and Tony is very trustworthy and soothing. He was open to answer any and all questions I had, and I could tell he really wanted to help me, with no fluff. Just helpful and informative, not trying to sell me on anything. We did a mini session the first time I went and I thought I was already relaxed going into it, but leaving I felt so relaxed and calm and had new clarity.For as long as I can remember I have been horrified of needles, to the point where I have to take ani-anxiety pills to even get myself to an office. After literally only 1 session, I went to get my wisdom teeth out, and I was completely fine. I teared up a bit, but I was so calm and got 5 injections, no issues.I personally did not think hypnotherapy would work for me, but even the little exercises he gave me have helped me so much in such a short amount of time, I highly recommend to everyone curious!
