We ordered our home windows with Valley Glass. Mike White the manager was very helpful with his recommendations on which windows would be best, our windows that were originally installed at the time our home was built didn’t seem to be quality and installed very poorly, no comparison to these new ones! Windows look awesome! We had all upstairs windows replaced. They arrived exactly when Mike told me they would and the price was very competitive. Every worker was courteous, showed impeccable professionalism, performed detailed workmanship with integrity, & final clean-up was like they were never here! Mike made sure all went smooth & trouble free. Bid quote & final cost were exact. Cost of windows was very reasonable. We highly recommend Valley Glass.

07/25/19 Update - Windshield Replacement - We continue to be impressed with the service that Valley Glass provides from start to finish. I recently had a rock crack my windshield on the freeway. I called and spoke to Courtney to schedule a replacement. Courtney is truly the epitome of customer service. She quickly helped me file an insurance claim and scheduled a time for the replacement. When I arrived I was kindly greeted and quickly checked in by Shay. In the time that it took me to stop for a quick lunch, Shane had professionally replaced my windshield within the estimated time. Mike you have a wonderful team working with you!Valley Glass is amazing! We had them replace all of our windows a few years ago. They did an excellent job and we love the tinted glass that they recommended! We recently had a window crack and Valley Glass quicklyand professionally replaced it! I needed my windshield replaced for my car and started calling around after learning my dealership wanted $800 to do it. Valley Glass got me a quote really quick and it was easily the lowest price compared to other businesses. After I got it replaced, I was surprised to learn that the quote already included the tax as well. May not seem a big deal but it was nice to not get surprised. Will definitely remember to come back.

SEE UPDATE BELOW: The 3 stars is for the work they did. It was a good install. I took away 1 star because of how long it took them to actually fix the window in my living room after they came to quote it. It was over 2 months. The second star I removed is because of the price. The window pane that broke was nearly $500. It was caused by a neighbor hitting it with a rock, and so I called them to get a quote. $460 out the door is what I was told, so I passed that on to the neighbor and got a check from him for $460. Turns out that Out the door doesnt include nearly $40 in taxes that I saw charged to my card with the 2nd half of the deposit. Never once was the additional taxes mentioned to me. Im not going to go back to the neighbor and request the additional $, because that not what I told him. His check was for the amount I initially requested. I expect a business would be more forthright and do the same when quoting the window.UPDATE: I spoke to Michael on the phone today and worked out the kinks. I was mistaken on what was charged. The receipt I was left with wasnt reflective of what my card was billed for. I have upgraded my review to reflect that. I was assured that if there was a discrepancy then I would have been compensated for what I was told, vs what was charged. Good customer services. I appreciated the call.

Made an appointment for the estimator about 3 weeks ago, he is over a week late. Called today valley glass to ask for a new appointment and still waiting for a call back from the “estimator” who is as elusive as Bigfoot. Going to call again next week just out of curiosity.

Valley Glass by far had the best customer service than any of the other 4+ star local window companies. I know because I called every one of them. From start to finish, Valley Glass was professional, friendly, and competitive in pricing. Sonny was great to work with for my quote and I was pleased with Mo & Kyle for the installation. I would definitely use Valley Glass again and not worry about the other glass companies given my poor experience with trying to get an initial bid from them.

My experience with Valley Glass has been great! I needed 3 windows replaced in my 1946 home. Darrin is awesome! He took time to go over my options, and got my bid done fast. Zack and Ty did a great job with the installation. They had to cut out the old metal framed windows and get the new ones in. Kudos to both of them, they are fantastic! When it comes time to get my basement windows done, I will definitely be calling Valley Glass.

Sonny was very knowledgeable on his estimate and came for the install to make sure it was done the way I wanted. The installers Kyle, Mo, Zack, Matt, and Jerry were very respectful and did great work. They installed everything from basement windows to large picture windows on my brick home and fit them perfectly.

Fantastic experience! Valley glass cut and tempered a custom sized piece of glass for our patio door and even repaired the frame, replaced the coping, and put it all together for us. We were convinced that we would have to replace the door after the big box store wanted to sell us a 4x8 piece of glass to cut our oblong shape from. But Valley glass took care of us and saved us $30 in the end. Thanks!

Great company. Darrin came out and gave us a couple of different ideas for our cracked octagon window and bid them all so we could see what we were up against. When it was time to install Zack, Matt, and Moe were up to the challenge. A cracked 35 year old octagon window proved tough to remove but they got it out and did a beautiful job with the new install. Valley glass is the best at installing replacement windows!We called them to get 9 windows and a new storm door installed in our 1983 home, Mike and the office staff were great to work with. Sonny was great coming up to Evanston Wyoming to do the measuring. All the installers did a great job. They arrived in the morning with a crew of six guys; Zack, Jerry, Kyle, Mo, Matt and Darrin; and were done by early afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves which is a huge plus! Our home is so much warmer now that we don’t have cold air coming in around the old metal windows.Thank you Valley Glass and the excellent installation crew! A week after I had a new windshield put in, a rock hit and chipped my new window. They did a great job with the install and when they finished they told me that I had free lifetime rock chip repair and now, I needed it! I went to their shop the next morning and was greeted by Reyna Huff at the counter who came out and looked at the damage, took my keys and said Well get it fixed! She said it would be about 15 or so minutes and as promised she came into the waiting area 15 minutes later and said it was ready to go. I didnt see her at the desk during that time so I asked if she had multi-tasked and fixed it herself and she said YES! She explained that she had been trained to do it which was great because I was able to have my new windshield restored without any real wait at all. Reyna represented Valley Glass well and Valley Glass did a great job!

I was having problems with water leaking in the passenger side. Northern UT Glass found the problem. It was caused by lake side glass who improperly installed the windshield. They fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. They truly care about the customer. You can trust them to do a great job with qualified techs who care about doing the job right the first time.

They were able to give me same day service. Super easy to work with & while no one likes paying for a new windshield, it makes driving feel like your back in Hi Def.
