No complaints here! Very thorough inspection of an old home that I was thinking about purchasing! A lot to check out. The house is actually small but with it being such an old house theres a lot too check out. The price was right. I had some add-on services done spent about $1,000 some of the competitors were around 1200 for the same type of testing. Happy with the very prompt response after setting the appointment they followed through with everything just like they said they would. Had the report in my email the next morning the radon test was very thorough and had that report with different charts and detailed information within 48 hours to my email. Id recommend this company to my friends and family. Before I picked Brighton home inspections I did a lot of research online with local companies the prices with everybody are really competitive so its not a money issue I would imagine everybody is Right within the same pricing. The gentleman that did the inspection had me show up about a half an hour before the inspection time was over and he very thoroughly walked me through the house and showed me the issues and told me what it would take to fix them and what the risk was if they werent corrected. Im very happy with Brighton home inspections and will be using their services again in the near future!!

Bill spent 5 hours on our inspection. We had a situation where we needed an attic inspection done quickly. I used another company years ago, great mistake. Did not find the electrical, plumbing or roofing issues. Cost me about $50k to fix all these things. Had I known, I may have walked away. So disappointed with our inspector. At first we thought he did a great job. Some time after the inspection, however, we found that some of the things he suggested fixing were fine in the first place (how embarrassing to ask seller to fix things that didnt need fixing). When we moved in, we found a leaking bathroom sink. Fortunately none of the things we had under the sink were ruined. When we got our sewage inspection done, he raced through the pipe so fast we couldnt see hardly anything (and there was no way of slowing it down). The receptionist was very kind and personable, but I would definitely recommend going with a different company if you want a quality inspection.

My clients got scheduled very quickly and Bill was very detailed about every item in the home that needed to be corrected. My clients and I had a great experience working with them and yours will too!

They said dont worry, you dont have to...Ok cool. Come to find out, after the inspection was done, the same fine print was there but the tech said I had to agree to close out the paperwork. Your third party money making schemes should not be forced upon anyone.

Cliff did an amazing job on the inspection of a home we were looking to purchase. As the home is an older home we realized the importance of the inspection. Before the inspection I received multiple contacts regarding specifics of the inspection and if I had any questions. On the day of the inspection Cliff took the time to walk through all of the concerns we had and answer any additional questions. At the end of the inspection Cliff told us he would have the inspection report to us the following morning which would have been plenty quick enough for us, but he actually finished it up that night. Dont waste your money on the sewer line inspection. I had it done and will never do it again. Inspector gives you a video and says to take it to a plumber if you want to know what issues there are. I took the video to a plumber and he said the video is challenging and makes it tough to assess the condition of the pipe. Plus they didnt go far enough to see connection with sewer line. Asked Brighton for a refund or partial refund, no response from company for weeks after emails and calls. WASTE of MONEY! Find another inspection company and if you are concerned about sewer line have a plumber do it.

We asked them to inspect a home we are purchasing. They were very good to respond I short notice and answered all of our questions without making is feel rushed pie hurried.

This is the only company you should be considering.They arent pushy with up sales, but will let you know which ones they recommend, if at all.We were concerned about mold and asked about adding on the test. Our amazing inspector let us know he found no signs of mold or water damage and that we didnt need to waste the money on the test.He pointed out every minor issue and we discussed repair options.The thorough report has photos of everything. And even includes thermal images of every room in and out.Based on my homes square footage our inspection was only $335. Super fair and reasonable.Even though Cliff had other inspections to do that day he never rushed us and made no indication that he wanted to leave early. He made us feel like we were his only priority. Answered every little question we had.I would absolutely use Brighton again in the future for ANY home inspection needs.

I like how clearly everything was shown, with plenty of detail. The most important issues were highlighted up front. Less pressing matters that we should be aware of were shown in a different color.
